Mitt Romney shows yet again his support is loyal but few. Still not breaking above thirty percent in the polls, Mitt Romney fails to win conservatives and independents to his camp.

Look at the facts of electability, or as the RINO's want us to believe, Mitt is the only one who has national support, money, and the grass roots support. Well Here is a fact to go with that. The only one who has been campaigning longer then Mitt is President Obama. Obama started in 2005 while Romney started campaigning in 2006. Neither of which has stopped their campaigning.

The only reason that Mitt is even in the game with his follow what ever catches the peoples support plan is the fact that those RINO's in Washington can control him. The established RINO's do not like Newt for the fact he knows the game and has dirt on them. To Newts credit he has not blasted them yet, but he should. In this time we need the dirt exposed and swept away. This is what the voters of South Carolina have done.

With the MSM and the RINO's in the tank for Romney and Obama we see the attack dogs coming out. First was Ann Coulter this morning on Fox and Friends. Trying to imply Newt is a leftists. Hugh Hewitt, not worth mentioning except he has a national syndicated support Romney radio show. The hits like the left claim and distortion of the 84 ethical charges against Newt.

Claim ethic charges until one sticks was what happened. We saw this repeated against Gov. Palin. An effective attack when the truth is never released or talked about. Newt had 84 charges, 83 of which were bogus and dismissed while the 84Th amounted to less then a slap on the wrist for something so minor and absurd Newt agreed to take the blame for it.

Let us attack Newt's past marriages with lies from a spurned, vindictive woman. Then let roll out a nationally televised interview exposing the lies of this woman but spinning it in her favor.

Look at the candidates left in the Repugnant race.

Ron Paul, LMMFAO!! This man has proven to be a joke of a policy maker. A lack of Domestic sense and common sense. His supporters are either conspiracy theorist of weed smoking bums in the OWS movement.

Rick Santorum, a hell of a nice guy but just does not have the appeal to be a leader of caliber.

Mitt Romney, look at the last three debates. He has to wait to the next day after his handlers have had a chance to find a politically correct response to questions. Mitt is not quick on his feet unless it is to agree with others ideas that the people like. Mitt is a fraud in every sense of the word and a slickster in the image of Obama.

The only difference between Mitt Romney and President Obama is that one is a Marxist and the other a socialist. Big spending and hurt the American principles that we are founded on. Mitt may talk a fair game, not a good one at all. This does not change the fact that he is a closet socialist who will not bring about any real hopeful changer to the destruction laid on this country by the Marxist in Chief Obama.

Our country is facing the end of liberty and our way of life. As the Repugnants push forward a Rino ion a candidate the people are rebelling with a wacko far left calling himself a libertarian. Ron Paul is the absolute worse candidate other then Obama in the Democratic party. Ron Paul would in the name of false liberty surrender this country in a heart beat to radical illusions of conspiracy theories and distrust in the Constitution, all the while proclaiming to defend it. His lack of foreign policy will lead to fighting in American streets with foreign soldiers and terrorist. The utter lack of common sense on domestic policy will lead to anarchy and chaos in the streets. Either way with Ron Paul it will be time to lock and load and distrust people outside of your neighborhood.

Mitt Romney may have and pose a more authoritative figure on foreign policy, I doubt his domestic policies will aid in the return of American respect around the world. There is a fine line between respect and fear. Romney does not have the character to pull off either. The Romney domestic schedule may slow down the ruin of the American economy , it will not end wasteful spending by this liberal government. The entitlement programs will still grow, the military will still be cut and nothing will be done to stem the problem of ILLEGALS on the southern border with the cartels moving into America.

The father of 15 year old Jaime Gonzalez, an 8 TH grade student of Cummings Middle School in Brownsville Texas, claims that even though his son was brandishing a weapon and has a history of questionable behavior, did not deserve to be shot.

Police responded to a call of a student threatening faculty and other students with a weapon. As it turns out the weapon is just a pellet gun. One that happens to look a lot like a glock 9mm. The student, Jaime, was shot twice in the chest and once in the head. Thus an end to what ever criminal career he may have been looking forward to. In other words the ending came much sooner then intended.

What you cry harsh and lack of sympathy here. To bad!! The question of why was Jaime caring even a pellet gun on school grounds is not even approached by his father. The fact that his son has a history of questionable actions in a violent nature. The fact his son was a behavioral problem is never asked. The only question asked is why did the cops "overreact" and have to shoot Jaime.

Shortly after school started Jaime walked into a classroom and for apparently no reason, there must have been one , just not reported as of yet, he punched another student in the face. then he proceeded to pull out what appeared to be a real gun. This gun having been later identified and a pellet gun looked real enough for teachers to have school administration call a lock down. Forcing them to shut off lights, lock doors and call the police. Once police arrived the student , Jaime was located outside the principles office holding the pistol. Police then gave the boy several chances to drop the said weapon, but he refused. This left police with no other option but to shoot.

Police are trained like the military and any other normal organization. They train to shoot center mass and not to wound or disable. They are trained to bring the target down. Is there any question to this, no. The question that Jaime's mother asks is the third shot to the head that obviously was a coup de grau. A double tap, Mozambique, the kill shot.

I see this as a suspect holding an unidentified weapon refusing to comply with lawful orders and being delt with appropriately. Nothing more , nothing less. Looking back at the whole incident, was it necessary to kill the boy? Probably not. However did the police over react? Not in the least.

What is going to happen now? Simply a pay off by the police is more then likely to the Gonzalaz family in the neighborhood of hundreds of thousands of dollars. All tax payer money. Why? Because they had a troubled son who looks to have been a menace to society and the father who bought the toy pellet gun more then likely, living a better life then before only minus a troubled son.

Bill Maher vs Tim Tebow

So Bill is not a Bronco fan. Big deal! bill Maher is nothing more or less then jealous of anyone who may be or is anyone. His comments against religion, real science, or anything that may be remotely funny is nothing new. The fact that people are now speaking out against his single minded points of view is what is news worthy.

For years not only has the NFL been bias against the Denver Broncos, but all the main stream and alternative sports media. It was a fluke in their minds that John Elway won two back to back super bowls. The fact that Denver statistically is the best team to ever play is one thing. To ignore the fats is another. In the 98 season their game stats are mind boggling. Over 530 yards per game while holding their opponents to ten or less points per game. Match that Green Bay, they haven't yet.

Sure some team down the road will have amazing stats that set new records but for now Denver holds them and no one talks about it.

Tim Tebow is just another one of those stats. His play may not be beautiful and dynamic but it is exciting and heart stopping. The most exciting player in the game today by far. So when bill doubting Maher runs his mouth against him. All he is trying to do is divert attention from something interesting and have it focus on himself. Why , because he is a small man who has done and will never do anything important in his life.

Have we forgotten the true meaning of Christmas? In the commercialization of the Holiday that now starts before Thanksgiving, the jolly time of the year no longer seems to be jolly. We have thousands of people lining up in front of stores minutes after the finish stuffing Turkey into their mouths and watching the clock stop ticking on the football game. How many people were hit with a shopping cart or was cut in front of in line at the store. Did you, or I bet you saw someone get into a argument or a shoving match in a store.

How about in the parking lot? Was there a parking spot that you tried to pull into that someone sped into in front of you? Where is the spirit of the season? Has it faded away into the night with the rest of religion. The secular are jumping for joy as they time and time again rejoice in their victories of eliminating any part of Religion from the holiday. No baby Jesus allowed in the manger but you can light a Kwanzaa candle and place a towel over your head as you walk into the store to cover your face.

This is Christmas. It may not be the correct day of the actual birth of our Lord and Savior, yet it is the day we pick to celebrate his life. A day for rejoicing when God Almighty sent his only son to earth. A gift for us, one that is eternal.

The Holiday of Christmas is not about a new pair of air jordans or the flat screen television. It is about family. It is a time to reflect ion who we are and how we live with our morals and values. A time to rejoice with the knowledge that our Lord and Savior gave his life for us to inherit time everlasting in the Kingdom of God.

Haven't blogged in a while. Not a whole lot to say really. Same old same ol. The more things change the more they stay the same , right? Maybe not so. Could there be a change coming to the Republican party and a return to common sense in America? With the endorsement of Newt Gingrich by the main paper in New Hampshire, light is glowing from the end of the tunnel once again and it is not from the on coming train.

Now it is clear to anyone with any minuscule of intelligence that Newt has won every debate and is by far the smartest candidate in the race for the Republican nomination. Let's face it, Huntsman never stood a chance. His pro China and service to the current administration was not just red flags but communist red flags rising. Gov. Rick Perry, although a charismatic and leader in personality just does not have the presidential appeal. I like Perry because he claims to be willing to step on toes and reign in Congress. However his flubs and bloopers show his all to flawed side.

Ron Paul, are you for real? No one in their right mind should support or consider this extremist, isolationist and believer in the 9/11 insider conspiracy. Ron Paul is a wacko and should not even have a 1% of the support he has. Clearly this exposes a major problem we have in this country of distrust and ignorance by the American people.

Michelle Backman, I like her and supported her early on. Intelligent, knows the game and is moral, family oriented and not afraid to say it how it is (a Newt characteristic). It is just her whining after the last couple debates that are a turn off. Although she carries herself with dignity and class (the late nite music debacle). I do not feel that it is time for a woman president. The national support just is not here.

Herman Cain. What to say. The left has made up lies, thrown the mud and some of it stuck. just enough to send a suit to the cleaners but not enough to hurt him. What has hurt him is his lack of political experience, and national security ignorance tied to foreign policy.

Yes I did and will continue to say IGNORANT. By now you should have seen clips of the protests against the "fat cats" and wall street. How many young IGNORANT and uninformed people are on the streets marching and demonstrating against Capitalism.

Three clips stand out above the rest of the absolute stupidity being displayed by the youth and left wingers on the street. All of them are of women and demonstrate a lack of intelligence and common sense about not only how a capitalist system works but how are form of a REPUBLIC Democracy is the best system today.

In the first clip a woman says "if the rich would share we would all live in prosperity." Say what? She clearly would like something for nothing. A lack of self worth and fortitude on her part. That the haves have something she has not achieved herself and is not looking hard to EARN herself.

The next clip was of a younger woman who was asked if a CEO were to come down to the protest and offer her a job would she take it. Her answer was clear, decisive, and immediate. She responded "NO". Why? I guess she is independently wealthy and does not need a job. I am sure that there are several million others who would jump at the chance for employment right now if this opportunity was given to them. A chance to earn their own way and provide for their families clearly is not on this young woman's mind. I guess she more then likely would rather sit on her backside and collect a check from those who produce for society.

The third and last clip was truth telling and the bottom line for the actual reasons for the misguided youth demonstrating on the streets. This young woman spoke "we are here to tear down capitalism and this form of government." The real reason for the protest spoken by a protester. The left, socialist, Marxist, communist, and those who just hate America want to bring down this country.

The left is behind these protest make no doubt about it. George Soros and his ilk along with any and all who believe that the government should be oppressive and that those who have earned and achieved should be punished for working hard and reaping rewards from their sweat and tears are to be punished. This is what is going on here. It is not a protest about inequality or a lack of jobs. This is about class warfare and the American way of life.

A sad state of affairs here that our youth are so stupid, blind , and naive to be used by those who are lazy, lack intestinal fortitude and are manipulative.

The liberals blame those who create jobs for the lack of jobs. however all the proposals that they push forward kill growth and stagnate the economy.

Then he would know that it is written clearly and specifically in our Constitution that the government will " Provide for the common defense". This means providing protection for the fifty states from enemies foreign and domestic. A national military force. In our case one made up of brave young men and women who volunteered to serve. Not only would this be a betrayal in a time of war the thought of such an act is treasonous.

How dare this man even consider speaking such a threat or even consider such an act. Should President Obama refuse to pay our military not only should he IMMEDIATELY be removed from office but tried as a traitor as well!

American History, 30 Years in the Making

It has been thirty years in the making, but like all things it comes to an end. today a little over an hour ago the Space Shuttle program and thanks to the Obamanation, the space program for the most part goes into mothballs.

A picture perfect landing at the Kennedy Center, in the dark before daybreak the Space Shuttle Atlantis landed concluding 135 missions over three decades ended. This with the blessing of President Obama. With the cost of a single Astronaut now being between 50 and 60 million dollars to go to space as this is the taxi fee we will now pay.

In addition to being pushed into the backseat in space exploration, an increase in unemployment will happen. This due to the lack of jobs in the space industry. An increase in needless spending as we now pay fees for faring people into space. Also, and maybe the most important aspect is the lack of innovation and tech we will no longer receive.

Just what has the space program over all brought us? Well if it was not for the space programs we would not have the lap top computer or the ipod and smart phones. It all began with the transistor which lead to the computer chip, then the micro chip. Satellite communications a daily use taken for granted.

Yes the private sector will be motivated and push a few innovations, but at what cost. National defense is compromised beyond belief from this. An increase in defense spending in able to place and use new programs for our safety. A function that was not talked about much in NASA. As they were a huge part of our national safety and protection.

The space shuttle was an advancement that took human kind deeper and further into the exploration of space then ever before. Although no shuttle ever left Earth's orbit the fact that it was a work horse is incalculable. Transporting material to the international space station (under funded by the United Nations, and supported by other space agencies), Americas part in moving further into space was placed on the back of the shuttle program.

Having been a bit on the inside of the space programs, a front row seat per say by having a Father who for 35 years worked in and on various exploration projects. An older Brother who is following in fathers footsteps, although be it with a now different company. I was fortunate to be woken up and watch the moon landings, the moon rover, the rise and fall of Skylab. Have an explanation from first hand of the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo missions and functions of the craft.

To feel a heart pounding when the Viking landed on Mars, when the Venus probe made target and Voyager was launched and then reached the outer limits of the Solar system. All of these events capped by the shuttle program.

To my Father, and all those who have worked on the Shuttle program, and all space flight and exploration projects. Job well done, congratulations and Thank you!

Senators, RINO's and Liberal taxation

The Republican Congress has demonstrated some back bone and that it, at the moment is following the will of the people. By passing a Bill calling for 6 plus trillion in spending cuts, caps on spending and a Constitutional Amendment to balance the federal budget. This is what the people are wanting. Responsible leadership in Washington. Now those in the Senate are caving and showing that they are more concerned with power posts and keeping the status qua in Washington. This means a slowing in spending, not a reduction, continual borrowing of money, higher taxes ( what every liberal wants) and ignoring the people.

So far all of the Republican plans in the Senate have contained more taxation and a refusal to look seriously at spending cuts. More of the same old same ol. This is why those in the senate need to be placed on notice. If they want to keep their cushy jobs then listen to the people and do our will. This meaning a cut in, a huge cut in frivolous spending. Lower tax rates on businesses, to encourage investments, and closing of loopholes to special parties in the tax code. Also forcing those in office TO PAY THEIR DAMN TAXES!

For those liberals who read this and disagree let me be frank on how I feel about taxes. I work HARD for my money and I do pay. However I can not afford to pay more so that someone else can sit at home and do nothing. If you think I am cold hearted to bad. How about you. Seeing how you have so much money check that little box on the bottom of your tax form. Then write out a check and donate your money for some of these ridiculous spending programs?

What is the real unemployment rate?

So what exactly is the real numbers? How many people are really out of work? For that mater how much money is not going to help get AMERICANS back onto their feet and going overseas to bribe some government official who will not really help us finding terrorist but just line his pockets with American tax money?

How many people are not being counted as unemployed because they are in a transition period from step one to step two or tier two or whatever unemployment is calling it. A way for them to hold up unemployment benefits for several weeks while supposedly reviewing the claim. In layman's terms it is a way for them to cheat the unemployed out of several weeks of benefits while they take extended lunches.

The government is claiming that they have stopped/slowed down the layoff/fire rate and that the economy is getting better. So then tell me why I see many more retirees working at McDonald's. Is it because the baby boomer generation can't sit still? I don't think so. As the foreclosure rates go up on homes, local taxes rise as local municipalities look to augment their budgets for their out of control spending and padding of government union pensions/benefits, are we to believe that things are better now under the Obama administration domestically then they were under previous administrations.

It does not take a brainiac to see more people panhandling then before. Sure a quick way to determine if they are truly in need is look at the shoes they wear. It is time that we start to take care of our own, meaning enough subsidising the rest of the world. Until Congress and the Senate can real in their spending sprees, we have to consider stopping the waste of giving away billions that we do not have.

I may sound heartless, but we have to take care of our selves before we can save the world. Take any African country as an example. Millions of U.S.dollars have been given to them to improve their nation economically and manufacturing, along with living standards. Has this been achieved? Not even close. These countries still live in squallier and could care less for the most part on improvement for their people. Their governments are living high on the U.S. hog but the people are not. So why are we giving them more and more money?

In the middle east we are hated. So why in the hell are we giving them money, especially when the money goes into the hands of those who would like to see us dead? Stupid is as stupid does I suppose.

All the while the average American family is going down in living standards. More and more are having to go on the welfare rolls in one way or another. The increase of food stamps, increase in unemployment extensions. The lists go on and on. Yet the current administration and those in the federal legislature want to give away money to foreign governments. Why? It does not make any sense.

At least a step in the right direction was made with the vote on not increasing the debt ceiling last night. This is a move in the correct direction of fiscal responsibility. Now it is time to examine where the money is going and to make cuts in wasteful spending.

3) How long did it take to build the Great wall of China? No silver bullet there so why build it.

4) If man was meant to fly he would have been born with wings. Tell the Wright brothers to quit wasting their time on such a silly notion of flying.

5) A horse manure problem in the streets? Do not bother on alternative transport, unless you are walking. Forget the street car. It will take to long to build and set up. Besides think of the children. One of them may fall off the car while playing and be hurt.

So what was all the fuss about? Absolutely nothing. The government still spent more then they have. Sure a few programs may see a shortage of funds. However absurd spending is still in the budget. Look at $20 million dollars for Sesame Street in Pakistan. Please who gives a rats backside on whether or not Pakistan has Sesame street or not.

The jobless rate is still under reported by close to 8 percent. Fuel prices are way out of hand and only climbing, forcing this country into an economic crisis that will dwarf the housing bubble.

A lack of reigning in the E.P.A. in this agreement is a huge win for the liberals who want to ruin our children's future. While both sides claim little victory the real losers of this drama are the American people.

It is us who will still feel the non reported inflation. At the fuel pumps, at the grocery store, in our smaller pay checks, the monthly energy bill. We lost big time and Washington still does not seem to care.

Was our voice not heard in this last election? I am sure that the Democrats were not listening, but what about the Republicans?

So what exactly is President Obama's plan for energy in this country. We see that his Sec. of the Interior Ken Salazar still is refusing to issue permits for drilling. The excuse of leases are issued does not hold any water. Leases on land are not permits to drill.

A serious stop on nuclear development is in place because Japan proved that they could build a reactor that with stood a catastrophe undreamed of.

We have a lack of funds yet Obama sees it fit to give two billion dollars to develop drilling practices that Obama calls dangerous and environmentally unsafe here but supports in Brazil. A push for green energy development on ideas that are either unpractical or out of reach do to one thing or another. More to the fact that the green push is political then practical.

Wind, solar, hydro, alternative sourced energy is decades away. Fossil fuels are here and much better, cheaper, developed and practical. The lie of "big evil , money grabbing oil companies", just does not cut it when compared to the truth. The truth being that the government brings in four times as much money as the oil companies do per gallon. SO when the spin of record profits are in for these companies this means that the federal government has record income as well. So where is this money going? Is it going to pay for the unconstitutional Tsars?, Michelle's over paid staff? Or is Congress, full of RINO's and liberals spending these funds faster then it comes in?

Just exactly where is the separation of church and state that the left is always championing? Is it only applicable to Christianity? Look at this recent politically correct case the D.O.J. is taking up on behalf of Islam and their pilgrimage to Mecca. A teacher who is muslim quits her job because the school district she works for can not afford to let her go. She being the only math teacher or something to this effect. So she quits, not fired but quits to because of her religion. The school district did not let her go , nor was it because of her religion.

So then why is Holder and the D.O.J. now suing this school district on discrimination basis? This is political pomp at its worse here. If this is discrimination it would appear to me that the separation of church and state is gone.

I propose that all Catholic teachers and students demand that meat be removed from school cafeterias on Fridays. That any teacher or student who feels it is within their religion to wear the cross be allowed to do so. This is no more offensive then a teacher who would like an additional three weeks paid vacation on top of their already short work year.

Kent Conrad, D-N.D., Senate budget Committee Chairman, held a meeting with Sec of transportation Ray "incompetent no#3" LaHood on funding. This was just earlier this month. In this meeting the idea of more tax on fuel was brought up. Of coarse the idea of more tax on a money grab at the pumps in a time when the current administration is refusing to end dependency on foreign fuels and promote domestic options in fossil fuels. They understand that this would be met with much opposition. SO a proposal to mandate monitoring of how many miles one drives and a system to monitor ones personal vehicles was made.

Looking for an additional 556 million to fiance a mismanaged federal highway system. Where funds have been taken and spent on welfare items and not what it was designated for. The federal government would like to mandate monitoring of vehicles and adding an additional tax to ones paycheck. After all where do we the average American get our money. From our paycheck that represents 50 hours to 60 hours a week of hard work just to get by after the theft of our money to begin with.

The billions of dollars we pay at the pumps now is supposed to go to the upkeep, maintenance, and betterment of the highway system. Now fact is that the federal government makes four times, THAT IS FOUR TIMES more then the big bad oil companies make.

This idea is counter productive to the greeners who are pushing underpowered and questionably over priced hybrid transportation. Vehicles who are supposed to help reduce our dependence on foreign energy. SO the government in their brilliant mind melds are looking to find a new TAX and mandate it at the pumps.

This will be a cash cow for them as our society is dependant on the automobile. The thought by some to add this to truckers , claiming that they are the ones who destroy the highways most is idiocy in its opurest form. Any additional tax to truckers will only be passed on to consumers. There is nothing in this country that is not delivered by a truck. One can claim that air transportation and movement by train brings goods. However what moves the product form the airport or train station. It is a truck. Yes delivery vans like those UPS, FEDEX, and DHL use are considered trucks by the PUC and DOT. SO they will be taxed as well if this is the route used. Either way we the consumer will be nailed by this money grab.

The other absurd idea of installing monitoring devices as a factory mandated device is not just BIG BROTHER with a gps chip installed. The blue collar worker is the one who will be ultimately penalised by this. Construction workers by far drive the most to and from their work sites. Then there are those who drive from one city to another for work. An example is how many people live in San Diego and work in L.A., and vise verse.

Instead of looking at the real problem, which is a complete mismanagement of government. The spend , spend, spend trend of fiscal irresponsible elected officials, and shifting the argument to how do we steal more money from the people is what is wrong.

It has been thirty two days and still counting. The run a way demorats in Wisconsin have come home yet those in Indiana are still hiding in Illinois. Where is the coverage of this. Why is there no major outcry about these babies who run from their jobs and refuse to do the will of the people.

The Demorats fled for one reason. The left to protect the forced dues power of the union leaders to collect dues or "fees" as they call them, from the hard working people of Indiana, or be fired from their jobs.

Indiana's state Constitution allows the ruling party to authorise stiff fines and penalties, much like what the legislature in Wisconsin tried to pass and impose on the chicken demorats. This would force them to do their jobs. The jobs the swore to do when elected.

The whole issue is a right to work legislation to protect the worker from union tyranny. however this is exactly why in Indiana the demorats fled. They know that there is enough votes to pass a protection for a right to work in their state. So to throw a wrench into things they fled and went into hiding like a middle eastern dictator. Receiving support for their actions by the unions and other socialist.

SO where is the news coverage on this? Why is there no national condemnation of this. The dems in Wisconsin for the most part received a pass for their behavior, and it looks like those from Indiana are going to get a pass as well.

Listening to the breaking news that our State department is in high level talks with Gaddafi's or a few high level members of his government. No real news there but the conspiratorial wheels did begin to move.

OK, so we have, follow me here on this. We know that Louis Fairycon is close friends to Gaddafi's. We also know that Louie pals around with Rev Wright. Rev Wright is Obama's spiritual (try not to laugh OK) leader or mentor since he (claims to have) converted to Christianity.

The multi national coalition is falling apart, England has suggested assassinating Qaddafi's. Our mission is not to kill Qaddafi, but limit him. He has no place to go to. Should he have to flee his home country of Libya.

So Obama ends his Latin vacation early after these talks begin. There is no mission goal and no exit strategy for Qaddafi. So why are we talking to them? A lesson from Japan

In the aftermath of what has to be one of the, if not the biggest natural disaster in our life time. There are several lessons to be learned from the Japanese people. I will focus on one. The fact that the Japanese people are behaving themselves in a manner that shames the rest of the world. KUDOS go to the spirit and the sensibility of the Japanese. Even though there is a shortage of electricity, food, water. People are still trapped and the dead are being discovered on a hourly basis. Thousands are missing, yet we see no displays of panic. There are no masses gathered demanding help. The people calmly wait in line for the little supplies that are available in the devastated areas.

What you have here for a lack of better words is a well behaved society taking it square on the chin. Getting back up on their feet and plugging on in this world. This display of self control and discipline is a breath of fresh air to common sense and the human spirit. Here in America we have those who would riot because they failed to pay their cable bill and deem that this was unfair to have it turned off. People here in America who would kill their neighbor for a loaf of bread if they were caught in a disaster.

We already see a run on Potassium Iodine in this country. A run on something we still have no idea if we need yet or not. In California they are running a shortage now on this product. Why? There is no evidence that radioactive fallout is even there yet or will be there. Have they made a run on this product in Japan yet? No they have not and they have a more immediate threat and use for Potassium Iodine then we do.

The Japanese people are standing in line for five hours and more just to get food for one meal. They are not fighting with others in line, nor are they rioting at aid stations. This is a society that demonstrates in adversity we can still be civil.

Obama: Change School Policy Now

Now President Obama wants to change the former administrations policy of "no child left behind". A policy that started to hold accountability of the teachers on the subjects they taught. However we all know this did not work. The teachers union has fought this all the way because it shows the negligence and ineptitude of the teachers and school administrations.

OK so now we know and knowing is half the battle. What is the proposal? Is there going to be accountability? Will the children be taught , or will they be further pushed into the quagmire of propaganda in socialist indoctrination?

If you watch the recent you tube videos out of Wisconsin, it would appear that the teachers union is going for the propaganda and indoctrination technique. Bringing the children who are under the age of 12 to the state capitol and chanting "hey, hey , ho , ho, Scott Walker has to go." This is a last ditch effort by the left. A tactic always used by the left in an argument. What about the children. Making it seem as if the children understand the complications that the teacher union and public service unions have created on a broke states budget.

These children have no clue on this but enjoy the fact that they are front and center of attention. A field trip to the state capitol is a wonderful experience not only for the children but for adults to. Yet the left is totally abusing this. Using children to promote their anger, lies , and side of a socialist agenda.

This brings us back to the question at hand. What is President Obama's new policy and plan for education. Let us hope for change in education. that we will return to the three R's, hold children to a higher standard and teach them not proselytise them in socialism.

The importance of HAMM radio

As today's news is full of coverage about the tsunami that has effected the world. From swallowing towns in Japan to flooding hotels in Hawaii, and sucking four people away in California. It is important to stop for a minute and think about what can happen and what little we can do about it.

The force of nature is grand in the beauty it creates. From the amazing organization out of what is first conceived as chaos. Then there is the fury and devastation it reaps. To unleash primeval forces we cannot even hope to subdue.

One of the key phrases being used is " no communication". A lack of "communication" to areas. A key word that, communication. Many years ago this great country set up a system of radio that was manned by civilians who not only have a love for broadcasting but an interest in radio. This is the MARS system. A way of sending telegrams (telegrams sounds like something out of a black and white movie). I know this as when I was stationed overseas I sent a MARS gram once a month home to my family.

The MARS system is in my understanding an off shoot of the HAM radio groups. These are clubs of men and women who love broadcasting and radio. More of a love of radio and chatting world wide. By the use of relay stations and transmitters one can in essence send a message and talk to Europe, Asia, almost any where.

So how does this all relate to the Tsunami? Well it is communication. In a natural disaster here in the United States Ham radio operators go on the offensive, or alert. Rather called upon or not. Many see it as a personal duty to pay attention and man certain frequencies, passing on information. I have had the privilege of working with a couple of hammies. One who runs communication for fire jumpers in the summer when hey are called out to fight fires. The other through a love of radio and broadcasting. Both these gentlemen introduced me to alternative communication. A way to get in touch, pass on , or find things out.

Ham operators are very important and a highly under appreciated group of individuals. With out any pats on the back they provide a service that in times of catastrophe is under rated. In Japan the areas that are not reachable by road, do to the earthquake. Reports are being made on the situation to authorities by HAM radio operators. This is helping in the routing of supplies and aid to those who need it.

This being said it is not so hard to find one of these hammies. Look at the license plates on many vehicles. The call sign of many are used for custom license plates. A funny looking extra powerful antenna on the rear or top of the vehicle. then the biggest give away a funky looking, outrageously large, what appears to be an outdated television antenna in the yard. That my friend is a hammers life line.

So if you see this in the neighbors yard ask him or her. Then ask them if they could show you their set up. Most would be happy to do this. Then give them a huge thank you. For they will be transmitting when the government is not, and your cell phone is not being heard.

It is about budgets, so do not buy into the lefts spin that what is happening not only in Wisconsin, but many other states of breaking the unions. It is a budget matter. By limiting the unions strangle hold on wages and benefits through the argument of striking and screwing those who pay their salaries.

Claiming that the democrats were not given enough time to get back to work in order to place their negative vote on a balancing of state budgets, is also a spin on the truth. To claim it was not legal is yet a stretch of what happened. The cowardly state senators from Wisconsin ran away from their sworn duties and job, enough that in the private sector they would be receiving pink slips for their childish behavior. A three week leave of unauthorised absence, hiding out in another state , receiving funds from the unions to pay for their hotel bills, being in CONTACT the WHOLE TIME with what was going on in the legislature, then to claim they did not know , nor were given enough time to get back to work is inexcusable on their part and not a trick by the Republican party.

Let us face the hard truth of reality. This country, which is made up of 50 states , is broke. An over abundance of frivolous spending on welfare handouts to unions, public employees benefits, and feel good programs has gone way to far. Now the bill has literally come due and it has to be paid. The left want you to continue to pay an above average salary to public employees and unions , while you rob Peter to pay Paul just to keep your own head afloat on bills.

No more, the republican party may just be getting the message sent by a coalition of democrats, republicans, and independents called the Tea Party. A message of enough frivolous spending , live with in your means.

Gov. Walker of Wisconsin, by limiting the collective bargaining of public unions. Specifically the over paid and over benefited Teachers union, will now be able to restructure a more fiscal responsible and FAIR portion of the states budget. We see in Rhode Island, Providence I believe that fired their teachers in order to bring their budget under control and add accountability of a minor factor back into their educational system.

The false claim of Reverend Jesse "the hustler" Jackson, that these people are out of work and loosing their homes is to play upon your heart strings. However it is a LIE. Yes Jesse you are a LI ER! The average salary of the teachers , who like their democrat senators, are playing possum and failing to do their jobs by showing up to work, make a six digit income , while the average Wisconsin makes around $60k for a full year of work, not 9 months.

Who is really the ones being shoved around and threatened? It is the responsible tax paying , hard working Wisconsin citizen., and all around this nation. The union thugs have for years enjoyed the wealth of those who work. Forcing dues to be paid for the union, preventing people from getting jobs, because they are not in the union. Taking food out of the union workers mouth by telling them when and where they will work. Any one been on strike lately? Not the same income is it when on strike. However the union still collects the same in dues from you rather you work or not.

For those of you who support those democrats who ran from their job. I want you to think long and hard. If it were your business and your employees came to you and said "you make to much money. we will not work until you give us more." I think you would fire them and look for other employees. When you elect someone to represent you in a state or federal legislature, is it not their job to be there and argue, debate, and work for you by representing your beliefs? Not hiding out in another state or closet to keep the business from operating. Yes business because that is what government is. A piss poorly run business that extorts money from its customers.

Once again the wannabe documentary film maker Micheal Moore opens his mouth and proves he is out of touch with reality. Earlier this week Mikey came out and said that we need to tax the rich even more. That the rich have money to burn. Though I point out that he had yet to volunteer any of his millions. Instead he is suing for more money on his lies about 9/11.

Now Micheal Moore is in Wisconsin stirring up the flames at the union protests. Claiming that America is not financially broke but morally bankrupt. Well yes I have to agree that America is corrupt. An administration that is definitely going to go down as the most secretive, cowardly, and wasteful we have ever seen. A lack of responsible fiscal sense and respect for this country is what we have in Washington. However to say America is not broke financially and that state governments along with the working class family can continue to afford to pay unions above average wages , retirement plans and health care that are Cadillac in nature compared to not having any at for the non union working families is ridiculous.

Moore seems to think that Americans are stupid and will continue to be pushed around by union thugs. That we do not notice the hypocrisy he himself lives by. A rich man Moore is , with a lot more money then most. Portraying himself like a baseball player, working class with a modest means of living no longer cuts the mustard when you have millions in the bank and more on the way.

Moore seems to think it is a fundamental right for unions to have their lives paid for by those with less. If this is the case why does he not reach into his pocket and pay for it himself. If he is so concerned about the unions retirements then why does he not subsidise the millions needed for the exempted from Obama care Unions to continue their lifestyles? Micheal Moore is nothing but a hypocritical, pompous ass. A leftist who does not have a clue on what is financially happening to our economy with these bloated union benefits.

Why Unions are Obsolete

Unions are obsolete for one reason or another. The long held story of they protect the worker from poor working conditions is old hat and no longer applies. Since President Nixon signed into life OSHA (occupation safety & health administration) Dec 29TH 1970, and began operation on April 28TH 1971. The unions have become redundant.

OSHA takes care of all the work place problems. Massive laws have been passed on workers compensation. Hell there is a board that determines with workers compensation if you were terminated (fired) illegally. So what does the union do now for its members?

1) mandatory theft of pay to union coffers that pay six digit salaries to union officials

2) political payouts to political agendas that do not necessarily represent the union members.

3) dictate to members when and where they will work and for how much which includes how much theft of pay will result for this.

These are just the top three things the unions do for its members. Again I ask what do unions really do for their members?

The only ones who are getting rich with a union are its leadership, or the group of thugs in charge. Look around at the rank and file members of any union. Are they really getting rich. Compare the rank and file to the leadership of a union. Who has the nicer car, home, lifestyle? It certainly is not the member of the union.

Unions have played a large part in improving the work conditions in many occupations. However the time of the union is OVER. Now we have way too many governmental agencies that look out for the safety and well being of the worker to have a union steal a workers pay and taxpayer funds any more. OOPS did I say steal tax payers monies? YES I DID.

When I have to place away my own retirement funds at around 15% on top of all else that is removed on my paycheck. Then why the hell does a union member not have to. Instead a huge chunk of my taxes are going to retirement funds and health care payments so that a union member who makes more then I do does not have to pay into their benefit programs.

Seeing how the Teachers union is the one making the news right now let us look at a few things. A few facts that is.

1) Teachers do not work a full year. Fact, teachers have in most states and districts a minimum of four months a year off that they do not work. This is summer vacation, holidays, and different breaks during the "hectic and stressful " school year.

That is four months off with pay. Nice job if you can get it. Any other union out there get that benefit? Carpenter trades, mechanics, teamsters even?

2) Teachers get a job for life. When was the last time a teacher was fired for incompetence? I can not find on a google search any. Make it through in most districts the first year and become tenured. Meaning no firing possible. Some districts it takes three years but still. Wonder if any heavy equipment operators get that?

3) Double dipping. Teachers are allowed to double dip and face no repercussions. Many hold down a second job during the summer and off school day days. On top of that many get a year paid off called a sabbatical. This is usually for more education on their part or to write in higher education papers for publish on their field of "knowledge". In the education area this means three or four weekend lectures. A whole year off with pay for that? Shouldn't this be done on their own time with certain expenses reimbursement. Do engineers get this to upgrade their skills on new CAD programs? NOPE!

Remember teachers say that they are in it for the children. SO then why are there no uniformed national levels of education that help bring the kids up. Instead they are left to local or state levels where the children are taught to pass a test and not learn the subjects taught.

We see teachers out acting like the elementary kids in protests with needed adult supervision on their deviant behavior. They are not in it for the kids they are in it for their greedy selves.

When a person is paid for a service and then does not provide this service then pay must be withheld. If not then it is a waste of money. This is the situation we face and are in today. Paying for a service that is not being received.

A thankyou to unions for their past history is in order. Yet no thanks and loyalty or support is earned for todays unions.

The attitude of do as I say not as I do, or I am better then you because I am enlightened in my thinking is a one sided argument being waged by those who cannot argue on the facts of a discussion. Rather when confronted with the facts turn to name calling, labeling ( let us not label crowd) and even physical altercations. This is the left. Agree with us or else.

Remember sticks and stones? Well one can only take verbal abuse for so long. Do we not have case law that proves that verbal abuse is a cause for violence? When will the powder keg be set off and who will light the torch?

As FOX news proved in interviews with the cheese heads who protested outside of the New York studios this week. The left doesn't even know what they are protesting. Spewing the same old lines that have nothing to do with the facts. Interview after interview showed that the protesters were uninformed and uneducated on the points of their protest.

"What stories is Fox not fair on?"

"I don't watch FOX I read."

So if this person reads and does not watch FOX news then how can they be certain that FOX is unfair and not reporting the truth? Simple, their enlightened mind has been told by someone, and instead of finding out for themselves they just spew the line.

America is sitting on a powder keg , the likes we have not seen. Some may say it is a return to the protests of the sixties, I highly disagree. It is far worse. The sixties were anti war, free love and nonsense agendas. Today we are more focused on the central liberties that the founding fathers created this country on. We are focused on taking from those who produce and giving to those who sit on their butts and do nothing demanding that they be able to have what those who work for have. An entitlement, or a gimme gimme generation that is being lead by those who protested in the sixties and still have not grown up.

It is a conflict of basic human nature. Jealousy being at the top of the list followed by the biblical sin of sloth. It is not fair for someone to take that which someone else has worked so hard for. Yet this is exactly what the protesters in Wisconsin are protesting for. I make more then you and I deserve even more of your money.

As more and more of the left rear their ugly heads. The chance for conflict is going to increase as more and more people are saying no to the lefts demands. So the left is inching closer to physical conflict. A call to get bloody by Democrat Congressional officials in Boston. Union leader thugs busing in radical union members to attend protests.

Conservatives and common sense people who want to get out and voice their opinion must watch their and others backs. Be vigilant and peaceful in your gatherings. Bring cameras and cell phones to document the left and their behavior. Be not surprised when the left sends people to infiltrate Tea Party activities and create problems. Look out for them. Although you may want to place bumper stickers on your car or lawn signs in your yard . Be careful as it is not above the left to key your car or even break a window or two, dump your trash cans out on your lawn or even graffiti your house.

So much going on and so much to comment on. Where to start and what to comment on. So let us just make a few observations on the hateful left and how they refuse to live within their means, the UNIONS!

The teachers union is so full of incompetent , egotistical, social leftists that it is amazing that they even consider themselves average, or on a par with the working American. Look at what they are doing to this country. First of all they complain when they are criticised for the lack of educating the youth of this country. For the last twenty years this country has slipped and free fallen down the educational ladder and we are no longer considered a home for intelligence (the election of a fraud not included).

Second the vile language that is being used by so called educated people. Foul language an name calling is the last refuge for the uneducated who cannot argue on the facts. This is what the Teachers in Wisconsin are doing. Prime examples of this are on their signs that they are holding. Then the fact that they are caught using such language on film to children. Lucky my kids are not there or else several teachers would be in the back of the wood shed learning manners.

President Obummer has asked this country to live within their means. So when these teachers are asked to contribute 2 1/2 percent more on their retirement and another 5 1/5 percent contribution on their health care they go on the verge of rioting.

How dare they have to live without entitlements. The world is going to end. With an above average by close to twenty thousand a year more then the average worker in Wisconsin. These self righteous pricks walk off their jobs and demand that not only will they not contribute more but should have more paid for by those who make less.

President Obama supports this attitude of arrogance. Not only has he commented that these unions need more but has provided more to the unions then any other president in history. Overseeing a massive payoff of monies that legally should have gone to stock and share holders but was diverted to union thugs in the auto industry at General Motors. It is amazing that the economy is even moving at all.

The vile hate coming from the left is a one way street. If anyone disagrees with the left and their social agenda then you are labeled, smeared and even assaulted physically. However if you are on the left and want to go after anyone with common sense then you are heralded as a social hero of some warped kind.

The evidence that the left does not , nor has ever cared about anyone other then themselves is on display for all to see right now. This should be looked at hard and shown to all. Reminders must and will be replayed before elections. It is time to clean this country up from the dump the left is creating and the cesspool the left wishes to achieve.

A failed record on the southern border. American sovereignty negated in Arizona, given away to drug cartels and the human smugglers. No help for local authority in enforcing the law. Lets face it she is a joke.

The veiled threat of "Today I say to the cartels: Don't even think about bringing your violence and tactics across this border. You will be met by overwhelming response."

The only response will come from the American ARMED citizen who will not tolerate these punks and their activities. Unfortunately they will be labeled and pursued as vigilantes by our own government. Why is the fall of the current Egyptian government so important to the integrity of the United States? Well after 30 years of support and a semi quasi peace in the middle east, Egypt plays a major role in keeping the current status qua.

As Iran continues its pursuit of nuclear weapons , all in the name of peace. Hamas and Hezbollah factions fight for control of terrorist funds and armaments. The Israelis, are only true allies in the middle east find themselves between a rock and a hard place. There is no Moshe Dian to save them this go round.

Jimmy Carter received way touch credit for a peace treaty. The fact that the Israeli military kicked butt and put the Egyptians on the run and made the middle east rethink their position on genocide of the Jew for three decades. Now we find that despite local protesters in the United States trying their best to spin the leaders of this revolution as democracy pro advocates. We find that the Muslim Brotherhood is behind this. We also find that Islamic fanatics have been behind the revolt in Tunnisa and all over the middle east.

The aid from secrete meetings and communications from the White House have been leaked. Check the Drudge Report for these details. Local uprising enthusiast are claiming that this is all in favor of removing a dictator and oppressive regime from control in Egypt. A false hood and propaganda message being bought into by the MSM and doops here in the west.

The spin of a democratic government being placed in to control is like saying that the sun comes up in the west and sits in the east. It just is not so. The objective of this revolt and others happening and getting ready to explode in the middle east is to replace current governments that are considered liberal under Islamic radicalism and replace them with a anti west and Jew killing mandated fanatical theocracy. Jim Moran, (D) Va., is nothing more then a disgrace. Why? His recent interview with a foreign news agency is why. It is not that he gave time to this network, it is what he said that is disgraceful and disgusting. The people of Virginia need to not only recall this putz but never allow him to be in public office again.

In his interview not only did he call all of America racist, but he specifically called his own constituents racists. All because we do not agree with the socialist policies of the left. He is entitled to have this opinion , however the disgusting and disgraceful act was to voice this internationally. As an elected member of this country you should give time for some foreign interviews. Promote this country and our form of Democracy. Yet this does not mean that you stand there and degrade and insinuate falsehoods.

The old saying of keeping things in house has no meaning anymore to those on the left when it comes to their agenda. It is really disgraceful. One can talk to friends and family about family problems but you do not get on a soap box with a blow horn and announce it to the neighborhood.

This President has been on more talk shows, given over 250 interviews, made 901 speeches, and taken 46 vacations in just two years.

You break down the number of speeches and it is 1 1/2 a day, that's if you average it out and say he gave speeches on the golf course. This man has done nothing but campaign since the 2008 election. Actually since 2006, he never stopped campaigning.

Now this evening we are going to be given another rah rah speech instead of a report on things. The State of the Union speech is pretty self explanatory. It is a speech/report on how the Union (the nation) is doing. It is not, as it currently is. A campaigning and rah rah report. For good or bad it should say how the economy, foreign affairs, domestic policies have effected this country over the last 365 days. Hence the "State of the Union" speech.

New reports have come out claiming that the American tax payer now owes $45,000.00 to the national debt. I ask why? How the hell do I owe that much when I did not spend. I have no problem paying for what the Constitution and the Supreme Court has determined is my fair share. Things like National Defense, highways, reasonable wages for government and elected officials. However to say I owe money for massive spending that I never was asked about. To tell me I have to support higher education for non citizens over AMERICAN CITIZENS. I got news for you pally.

This is not only just absurd , but it is a shake down, blackmail, theft by a government gone crazy with fiscal negligence. This government also wants to prolong paying back the loans we make to it over the coarse of a year in what has been termed taxes. Yes I did say loans. This is exactly what any overpayment in taxes is. A loan to the government at no interest.

With a debt of over 14 TRILLION dollars, my share of their spend , spend , spend aproach to governing is now $45,000.00. If I have to budget my money to make it through the week then by GOD the Federal and State governments had best start doing so as well.

More threats from the Government

A very disturbing fact has come to my attention. This new American Survey questionnaire, a supposedly census continuation, is being pushed to find out more on who we are. As I have stated before it asks questions that is none of their business.

Now people who have not returned this are getting phone calls from someone demanding that they fill it out. One of these people has discussed this with me. A phone call was received from someone with a heavy accent saying that it is the law to fill this out and that they could face fines and jail time if it was not returned. That a select number of people , 250,000 have been chosen to answer this questionnaire.

This smells fishy to me. One all that is required by the Constitution is a head count. No information about your income is required , or about mortgages, or the cars in your drive way and their use. Thes questions are smelly. If the quack and walk like an invasion of privacy then perhaps they are.

So if being a good American you already returned the original census, you fulfilled the requirement of the law. So is it double jeopardy of sorts, or is it just another intrusion into our lives?

A possible conspiracy?

Is this a conspiracy, or just another attempt by the left to run our lives? This comes from linking some future dots to what certain groups on the left want and our doing. Now we have pushed into law the removal of Edison light bulbs. Starting at the end of this month , 100 watt bulbs will no longer be available. Meaning you have to by the MERCURY filled (?) environmentally friendly curly fries ones.

Now it is fact that the EPA and other organizations have gotten outlawed certain products do to the level of MERCURY in them. So why is there no out cry as to these new light bulbs and the hazards that they produce? Several incidents have already occurred that required medical treatment and haz mat teams to conduct clean ups of these MERCURY filled light bulbs. In a Home Depot several boxes broke and fumes caused several people to seek emergency aid. Why because these bulbs pose a threat.

Now if by law we are required over the period of months to change Edison light bulbs to these new ones what happens when they break. Already there have been proposed that a green friendly inspector to come to homes and make sure we are using these bulbs. Will he be given certain authority to enter our homes without our permission?

The conspiracy theory of invading our lives comes here. An end run on the 4TH Amendment of the Bill of Rights, illegal searches and entry into our homes. Once inside will they snoop or out right search our homes as to what we have, and our doing there? All this under the guise of providing for our safety over a mandated hazard. I think it is time for basic introduction to the Constitution of the United States. In this line of thinking let us examine the Constitution and just exactly what it says.

The Preamble:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

So what does this mean? Let's take a closer look.

"We the People", this is simple. We, us, I , you are the people. The Citizens of the United States of America, that is who "We the People" are.

"To form a more perfect Union", a union of what? A union is the coming together of several different or similar things. In this case the individual States, at the time the Thirteen Colonies. They joined together in a union to form a greater state. This being a Country.

"establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquility, provide for the Common Defense", to bring order and a sense of equality across the union in a fair, yet equal outline from a centralised federal government. This government is to protect the individual States equally by providing a military made up of the separate yet combined states.

"Promote the General Welfare", to see that no one singular state or person is lording over another in morals or in economic viability. To ensure that every one has the same chance to better them selves without favor to one over another.

"secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Prosperity", to protect and continue without hindrance the ability to stay free and protect it for future generations. Prosperity in this case would be the future generations.

"do Ordain and establish this Constitution", this is meaning to recognise an established document we know as the Constitution of the United States, as the legitimate document in which the powers, authority, and outline of operations is written.

We learn that Congress still does not understand that if you do not have the money then you cannot spend it. By still referring to the tax rates currently as tax cuts. One can see that these people believe that the money is and always will be theirs before the American people who work hard to earn it.

The LIE of these tax cuts (once again they are not tax cuts but a continuation of the current rates) will increase the debt by billions. This is economic spin and lies. You cannot take money you do not have and count on it to spend. This is deficit spending and it lands the average American in jail for fraud when we do it.

If taxes are not increased then you do not for the government have an increase of money. Yet Nancy Pelosi and other spenders want to convince us that this will increase the deficit. A lie, a big fat lie. What causes an increase in the debt is the continuation of spending more then we have. This is what Washington is doing. Spending money they do not have.

Once again it is a LIE to say that the extension of current tax rates are a tax cut. It is only a tax cut in "projected" figures of a wishful budget that these socialist want.

We have a new push by the left to remove labeling of political thought and actions. This movement runs 180 to what the left originally pushed. That is labeling everything. The left wanted to put this label on anyone who realised Islam as a cult not a religion of peace.

So why the all out push now to remove labels? Simple. Labels backfired on the left. As progressives, and socialist are found out. That their political ideology is not what the majority of American people want. The labeling or the actual calling by name who and what these people are, exposed them to the truth. People where able to decide if that is what they support or not.

The election in November resulted in more of the truth in reality being at play. This hurt politically the left. So now a new way to censor the truth is being tried. Remove the labels and hide what and who you are. That is the bottom line to none labeling. Freshman State Senator Angela Giron (D) Pueblo, is pushing legislation that in the past has been turned down, yet she hopes to resurrect and pass under the ILLEGAL ALIEN sympathisers of the Hickenlooper admin. This "Dream Act" once again wants to give a pass on fees for education by illegal aliens. While at the same time proposing an increase for fees to legal residents to collages. Yes this is correct. You cannot give free education without making someone else pay for it.

Giron says "This issue is about young people and the opportunities that young people should have." Nice sentiments except she ignores the young LEGAL Americans in favor of those who are breaking the law.

"We need all the talent we can get, and it is walking right out the door." Giron says. Yet she does not mean the talented young American Citizens who this bill will deny a chance to improve themselves. She favors lower fees for those of a singular ethnicity over everyone. A racially based program that hinders Blacks, Orientals, and yes Whites too. All in favor of those who enter this country illegally and sponge off hard working LEGAL RESIDENTS of this country. Denying them a chance to send their children to higher education and a chance to improve their lives.

It comes from the U.S. Dept of Commerce. What are the questions inside?

Page 5 question 9 How many automobiles, vans,and trucks of a one ton capacity or less are kept at home for use by members of this household?

This is public info look it up!

Page 7 question 19 part c Does the regular monthly mortgage payment include payment for real estate on this property?

Again public info go to the county assayers office and read it!

Page 13 asks about insurance and disabilities.
Page 19 wants to know if I work , how often , where, how much paid, supplemental retirement payments, disability payments. THIS IS ALREADY AT THE I.R.S. OFFICE AND NOT FOR PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

It goes on to ask my citizenship status. If I SPEAK ENGLISH OR NOT. Maybe they should have printed this damn thing in Spanish huh.

This is not a survey , it is intrusive and shows that if they wanted this info for any real purpose they could contact local state and federal agencies to get it.

However at a cost of $300,000.00 dollars per 1 job created is ridiculous. Talk about mismanaged money. WOW! The jobs created are in government and not the private sector. A growth in government and not in the private sector where long term viable economic growth is located.

The play on figures and re figuring mathematics to adjust the numbers on unemployment and the economy is leftist spin of the truth. Though the stimulus has created a couple jobs, the fact that more jobs have been lost keeping the rate of GDP down and jobless numbers up is proof positive that the the stimulus is not working at all.

When a liberal leftist socialist says it could have been worse. They are actually once in their lives telling the truth it could have been worse. Yet to sit there on a talk show and claim what they are doing is helping the economy is like putting chewing gum on a dam to stop it from cracking further. Sure it helps for a minute but it is not even close to a proper fix of the problem.

This is why the TEA PARTY movement must remain vigilant and keep turning the heat up on transparency and being held accountable by elected officials. It is not only the responsibility of the grass roots movements but of all citizens.

TSA and traveling

So why do I travel? Simple to get to where I am going, duh. So do I travel by Airplane? Hell no, and unless I am paid a good sum of money the chances I will ever fly again are slim. I see no reason to subjugate myself and loved ones to being treated as a third world citizen. If the TSA were actually trained and had some real security in position instead of reactionary intrusive policies then I would reconsider.

I drive. I have driven to several spots this year on vacation and it was well worth the drive. One I got to see the country more. The small towns and the great American landscape. That was worth the drive in itself. Plus I t was fun to camp at several places and not have to worry about the bed bug invasion. Sure there may have been some creepy crawlers and one snake who got a little close to the camp ground ( think he is a pair of boots now). I won't fly again.

Over labor day I drove over 900 miles in two days, hiked the Mesa Verde and had a great time. It was a little rushed but well worth it. I am looking forward to Memorial day and my next trip.

Lets face the truth. The TSA has become a fascist arm of the Obama administration. They are violating the 4Th amendment with impunity. There is no other way to look at this. Flying in a plane is by choice. No one has twisted your arm to do so. It is by choice that Americans are subjecting themselves to this nonsense. I refuse to and will not. The government and elected officials are playing a game on what should be cut from governmental spending. It is all a scam. A misdirection to provoke the public and cause unrest in entitlement recipients.

A clear and fast way to reduce governmental spending is simple and something that should seriously be considered. Here are a few that would drop the budget by several billion just this year alone.

1) No more Presidential trips on the extravaganza. The latest was over 400 people not including security at a cost of 2 billion. Reduce the size of personal friends, staff and press corps.

2) a reduction in the first ladies staff and THEIR SALARIES. At a cost of 24 million a year get real. That is more then all the First Ladies previously combined. She does not need this nor does the staff deserve these wages.

3) A reduction in the frivolous dinners at the White House.

4) PUT A CAP ON THE STATE DEPARTMENT AND HILLARY. Yet another 150 million to terrorist in the Gaza. Come on no more money for these criminals!!!!!!!!!!!

5) A removal of the CZARS and the salaries that are not published. Just who the hell are they and why are they being paid to do what the Cabinet is supposed to do and why so much more in salaries. How much wasted money goes to their staffs as well. No Congressional oversight, how do we know that they are not just pocketing tax payer money.

Just those five suggestions could reduce the deficit. Take the wasted money and use it to pay down the debt, not increase it.

So the top story today is that the White house is now saying that they are willing to extend the current tax levels for another two years. The debt commission is finally throwing out some fiscal responsible ideas in reducing spending. So is this a sign that the current regime is caving into common sense?

No, do not believe this. It is politics as usual with this leftist crowd. They are trying to placate the TEA PARTY. The movement that swept the election. Be careful when they say that they are wiling to reduce spending. Just exactly what programs and governmental departments are they going to cut funds from.

Remember that the Obamacare needs money and it has yet to be fully implemented and there is no repeal currently. Not until after the new year will there even be consideration of this. Nancy Pelosi is not going to allow it until she is removed from her seat as Speaker of the House.

Obama will not go down without a fight in his march towards socialism for this country. Right now he is over seas in the Orient and he is not making friends there. He is upsetting China. China who owns a huge chunk of our debt is not pleased with Obama's rhetoric and economic plans here at home. The feds buying up 6 billion in bonds was not only a bad fiscal move heading towards run a way inflation. But it is sinking the value of the dollar on the world market.

In the past we know that the libs use this as an excuse to spend, spend, spend. Further reducing the value of the dollar. China does not like this as it makes the bonds they purchased less valuable.

Now we must pay close attention to the proposals being thrown out. Like a reduction in Social Security. YES this program is full of fraud and abuse. Not as wide spread as in Medicare. So when they spin the cuts or proposal of cuts be careful of the the fear tactics. All old and retired people will loose what they have etc. Meanwhile pay extreme close attention to what the fee and hikes on other things are. Fuel for instance is going up for no reason. The claim it is the evil oil companies greed is a huge falsehood. The government makes four times a gallon then what the oil companies do. Now just where is that money going.

It is supposed to be used as a road tax, yet States are not receiving these funds to take care of the roads and services of the DOT. They are sucking up stimulus funds to do what is supposed to be paid for out of gasoline taxes.

SO is the White House really caving in to common sense? No not at all it is a shuffle and misdirection to pacify us the CITIZENS.

America does not need a hand out but it could use a hand up in these times of social empathy for the have nots not willing to work for what the haves have earned. It is a time to turn the clock back. Yes the same thing the liberal left is afraid of. A resurgence of nose to the grind stone and achievement. The self satisfaction of saying I am doing fine and am making it without your hand outs. I have self pride and after my day is done I do not mind going over and helping my neighbor. He does it for me.

A poignant question, " What to do now". The election is over so campaigning should be at a lull for a month or two. Colorado has moved further left into the state of ignorance, yet nationally there seems to be a glimmer of light upon the hill.

So what should we do then? Well the "Tea Party" needs to keep the heat on. Hold the newly elected officials to what we put them in office to do. A smaller Government, repeal Obamacare, bring pride back to this country and international respect.

The work is not completed nor is it close. As long as the established elite in Washington are still not listening to us. A sense of accomplishment is not justified.

Here in Colorado we MUST take a long look at the repugnant leadership of the party. When a candidate like Maes is put forth , then says when he is not even close to being competitive, "I am not in this to win". We must seek a new chairman for the party. Dick Wadhams has to go. I have said this before and will continue until we get a NON RINO in charge.

On the local level a closer examination of those we elected must be conducted. Just what has Cheri Gerou done? Will Tim Leonard be conservative or another RINO?

These are important questions. The heat has got to be turned up on the pro amnesty Governor elect, Trickenlooper. We cannot afford to accept more of his amnesty policies on a state wide basis. Denver has been run into the ground under his leadership and now I fear so will the state. He has to be kept in check on his leftist agenda.

With more repugnants in state legislature the chances are better but unless we hold these officials true to what the people want . We may just get more Washington crap shoved onto our plates.

As amendments that would have forced the state to be responsible in the budget and reign in excessive spending. The Colorado voter voted in many counties to increase the tax burden on them selves. Amazingly no one has really said anything about this so far.

As the Colorado voter has placed the do nothing except spend Hickenlooper into the Governors office one has to wonder what will happen this spring. When we get a large wet heavy snow. Will Hickenlooper close all the state roads and send CDOT drivers home because the weather is foul, or will he perhaps use his ever so wise hiring experience and hire more illegals under his amnesty plans for this state to remove snow.

Colorado has shown that it has learned nothing from the over reach of the Obama liberals into our pocket books and personal lives. That they want to be drones who have no say in their lives and how they will live. The election of big labor union beliefs, and support for irresponsible economic policy, demonstrates that Colorado is another California in the making. A land of fruits and nuts.

The last time Colorado had this many crooks in office was under Governor Evens and his dealings for the land of Mt. Evens and the land around it.

With RINO's like Hugh Hewitt spewing about one must vote early and by absent ballot/mail in are only aiding and adding to the fraud and abuse that is happening. The only way we have at the moment to stop voter fraud is to sit in and watch the precinct judges check off the names and make sure that they are doing so. That any questionable votes be noted and followed up on. This means going to the poll and voting in person, then stay there to watch.

Foe the last three national elections this is what I have done and plan to do again. I am one of the first ten voters every time then I hang around and drink up the coffee. I bring a tape measure and make sure all political signs are over 100 feet away from the poll, other wise I MOVE THEM. Fortunately in my little polling spot it is small and there is not a lot on the rolls. SO it is rather easy to watch.

So do not be surprised if the left wins in November. The voting fraud is occurring now and will until they count enough votes for them to win. Only way to stop this is to participate in person and not by mail.

I wrote about this several years ago when the evidence was clear at the time. The fact that listening posts and observation posts manned by Mexican Military personnel and Cartel thugs where in the United States. Many miles north of the border in Arizona, New Mexico and in Arizona.

The recent debate over the now denied document by sister no nothing Napolitano, the joke of homeland security. Our government, even in the last administration of Bush knew that this was happening. That this country was on the verge and is now being invaded from the southern border.

Over 30,000 people have been murdered. This is on the Mexican side of the border. The count of Americans being threatened and sighted in for Murder is only beginning. Have we heard anything from the open border activists who claim humanitarian causes? No! NOT a damn thing about the crime and threat of more violence. They only want to blame this country for the actions of thugs, punks, child molesters, sexual deviants and the resulting crime on AMERICANS. When in fact it is coming from south of the border.

The Zetas, a pro military group who sold out their own country after getting the best training possible from America in order to be better soldiers for Mexico, are now a powerful force in the act of crimes in Mexico. So where is our government in all of this? Passively hiding away in Washington and on the golf courses there within.

I have been saying this, and trying to warn America since I started this blog. We are being invaded not by those who seek a better way of life, but by those who want to kill us and pollute our society. Those who seek power and control over our SOVEREIGN NATION.

Arizona is only the starting point for the up coming violence. The Sheriffs of Arizona need and must have our support in this war. Believe me if we do not get a handle on this it will be a war. One like that being waged in Mexico and previously in Columbia with the cartels.

Just announced the unemployment rate is 9.6%. However polls and other economic analysis are saying it is 10.1 %. Lead story on Drudge this morning. Underemployment is being touted as 18 plus %. Almost one in five not working. o in the bizzaro world that Obama is living in the economy is fine.

Colorado race for Governor

Dick Wadhams has let his personal dislike for Tom Tancredo to ensure a republican loss in this election cycle. A loss that will not only aid in putting an OBAMA yes man into office but hurt future republican fund raising and candidate options.

There is only one candidate out there that will aid and benefit Colorado. As I have said weeks ago. Tom Tancredo is the man for this job. Although I highly disagree with his position on legalizing drugs, I support just about every thing else about this man and you will to. All you have to do is look at his record and what he stands for. A man of principle, character, and backbone. Not afraid to speak his mind and stand for his convictions. This is the leadership we need and deserve. With Tom Tancredo there will be no next day surprises. We know what we will get with him before and after he is elected..

As you read this Tancredo is gaining in the polls and Meas is dropping, Hickenlooper is beginning to sweat. This is good. This is what we need, support and send your monetary campaign donations to Tancredo. Help him get his word out and the truth about both Hickenlooper and Meas.

When you go into the booth to cast your vote. Think hard. There is no time limit in the voting booth, so if you have to pull out your notes on the issues and the candidates do so. Study up and find out what the small print is, who the candidate really is, and how it will all effect you.

As it now turns out she has recused herself from over half of the first 50 plus cases up for review. Some say that this is no big deal but It is a huge deal. If she cannot participate in review of cases brought to the Supreme Court just what good is she on the bench. Never mind her lack of credentials to be there in the first place. That she has no judicial experience, and is lacking in legal status. She has no taken a place on the bench that will not participate in our rule of law.

October Surprise?

So in the year 2010, just what will this election year bring in the way of a surprise for this country? It is hard to say from what direction it will come. Will it be another terrorist attack? Allowed to happen by a weak and nonexistent secure southern border. Could it be more bad economic news. Rising unemployment rates do to poor policies and lies from the White House. As stimulus projects end and union workers, those who were really the only benefactors from stimulus run out of work. As the season changes and seasonal workers find themselves out of work, all heading for unemployment assistance.

Will there be more light shown on the racially biased Department of Justice and the way they are supporting voter intimidation and fraud. Or will there be some election rule changes or postponed voting?

I wonder if the October surprise will be nothing more then there is no surprise.

As we are wrapping up the primaries we are seeing a great lesson play out. A lesson that needs to be learned and passed on. This is one of sore losers, a loss of power, and one of how we have let go of our basic fundamental rights to those who would steal them from us.

Democrats in Washington are running scared and see how fragile their power over the American people really is. So what are they doing? They are consolidating what power they can, lying about opponents, and stealing the future of this country. Through higher taxes, fees, and other misdirection policies. Rep. Wiener (D) New York is calling for congressional hearings on Gold. Demanding a way to stop people from investing in gold and forcing them to buy T-bills and T-notes only as an alternative to retirement investments.

Obama's pack of Chicago thugs are raking in tax money on bogus positions like food Czar, Pay Czar, and other unconstitutional government positions. A money grab if there ever was one. One where they are not answerable to Congress or the Senate.

We have in just over 20 months the most corrupt, least ethical and unmoral government in our history. This is just on the Democrat side of politics. On the Republican side we see the established RINO's shaking in their shoes.

The loss of authority they see coming has brought out some of the most childish behavior in Washington. RINO's are supporting candidates that are not even close to being moderate but claimed to be conservative. When these candidates lose their primary after mass amounts of RNC funds have been spent on their campaigns, they immediately become independents or throw their support over to the liberal candidate.

The Alaska fiasco is a prime example of this. As Joe Miller won a brilliant grass roots campaign to become the Senatorial candidate, his opponent ( I won't mention her name, because I can not spell it LOL), is a scandal in the fact of poor loser syndrome. The Republican party at first reused to support O'Donnell in Delaware until they feel the heat from the public. Now they give a measly 43 grand to her in support.

Radio talk show hosts, who play off that they are conservative. Ones like Hugh Hewitt want us to support other RINO's no matter what. Forget any other candidate who may be conservative. Do the "democratic party " line and vote party no matter what. Hugh among the the Democratic leadership wants to put an end to our way of life and government. You have the right to vote for who ever you want that is on the ballot. Yet giving much verbal leverage and support for the keep people who are not on the ticket a chance. Hugh Hewitt dismisses the Tea Party, grass roots ability of American politics.

As the American people put action to their beliefs. Third party candidates are winning across this nation in primaries for the two party system and this scars they hell out of the establishment.

Yesterday afternoon, syndicated talk show host Hugh Hewitt opened his mouth and how he was able to insert yet another foot in there I will never know. Yet Hugh is able to insert a fifth and sixth foot into his mouth. Once again Hugh shows his true colors of being a huge supporter of the RINO establishment in the Repugnant party.

Not just dismissing any third party candidate , he insults and smears Colorado's third party candidate Tom Tancredo. Telling us to support another RINO in Meas for Governor. I have said it before and will say it again. Look up the facts, the positions, the history of the candidates for Governor in Colorado. We have three choices.

Choice 1, Hickenlooper. A man who is nothing more then a yes man for the left and the Obama administration.

Choice 2, Dan Maes. A RINO being pushed by the established (must protect our jobs) repugnant party, lead in Colorado by RINO Dick Wadham.

Choice 3, Tom Tancredo. A man with congressional experience, says it like it is and makes no excuses for what he believes.

Tom Tancredo is a moderate at best. Yet he does hold the Constitution and America first. He loves Colorado and has represented Colorado for several terms as a Congressman. You may not like him but he is the best of the three if you love liberty, America, freedom, and our way of life.

So Hugh Hewitt calls him a self absorbed, self centered, grandiosing, want to be in the spot light candidate. Vote for the RINO, or Maes as Hugh calls him. Remember in the last election Hugh also claimed that mail in ballots were tamper proof and the only way to vote as well. He also supports Mitt Romney who at best is left of center for president.

What is wrong with the Colorado Republican party? The support for a RINO candidate who not only is a poor choice in the first place is having all sorts of character issues now. Meas is definitely not a good choice for Governor material. Every one I ask about him says "oh yeah he is a good choice", but no one knows his stance or real back ground.

Now the Colorado Repugnants are refusing to listen to the growing anti Meas movement from within. As many are now donating their time and money to Tom Tancredo. A more well known and sound candidate. Even though RINO's and the lame stream media are in the tank against Tancredo, because of his tough stance on ILLEGAL ALIENS. RINO's are still trying to convince Coloradoans that a vote for another RINO is the only way to go.

Dick Wadhams, the head of the CGOP, refuses to allow Tancredo to enter into debate that the state GOP sponsors. Why? Because of a personal dislike to Tancredo. Filling lawsuits to prevent Tancredo from appearing on this November ballot, is only one left wing tactic being adopted by RINO's. All in order to maintain their strangle hold on the Colorado voter.

As this election is so important to the future of our State and nation. We really have no choice in who to vote for. Dan Meas has to many character flaws and lack of honesty to be elected. Hickenlooper supports sanctuary polices for ILLEGAL ALIENS, cap and tax policies, card check and pro union policies, health care tax increases, any thing that Washington dictates. So now that the mid term elections are almost upon us, we see the President shift gears and pretend to take the car out of the ditch (to spin his own phrase). A proposal of reducing taxes on small business is a falsehood that our President wants us to believe he is for. The truth in the matter is that this is a shuffle game to try and win support for the left.

Fact: small businesses are facing 80 to 90% increase in health care fees.

Fact: small businesses gross more then $250,000.00 a year.

Fact: small businesses fall into the administrations definition of rich.

Fact: small businesses net far less then $250,000.00 a year, after expenses and payroll.

Fact: under the health care act small businesses cannot write off half of the expenses they did before.

Over all small businesses are seeing and increase in fees (new taxes) while they are being told that they need to increase payroll. Simple economics tells us you cannot hire when you do not have the money.

President Obama would like us to believe that he is for small business yet he promotes contracts for union companies over nonunion companies. In the rewarding of stimulus monies we see the evidence of this. His pro union stance is defined by those he has appointed to oversee the stimulus and other certain positions in government. A pro union lawyer who is to over see union nonunion grievances, a push for card check and the removal of secrete ballots, helping the subversive act of putting the SEIU into private homes in Illinois.

Any one who has a clear mind can see that it is unions who are destroying businesses in this country. After a clear run of defending workers rights they now are in full mode to destroy business. Look at the auto industry, the educational system in any state (the fight in New Jersey). Unions are greedy and destructive. This is what President Obama supports. SO the religion of peace and tolerance is offended by the possibility of a Koran burning. The FACT that in Saudi Arabia it is law to burn the Bible on site when found. The fact that the Koran dictates the treating of non Muslims as trash, at best second class citizens who are extorted at every turn in their lives. No once again this is not offensive. That in Africa we have genocide being committed against Christian faiths.

So a few people here in America would like to exercise their Constitutional right of the first amendment is offend able. So friken what. We allow jerks too burn and defecate on the American flag and protect these offend able acts as freedom of expression. So why did President Obama send the F.B.I. down to chat with the pastor who started all of this?

To intimidate him into not burning the Koran this is why. To censor his first amendment rights under the system we have. Yet Obama is offended and calls the act disgraceful, but supports the insensitive act of building a masque near ground zero with funding from questionable sources.

Note that Imam's and goat intercoursers from around the world are up in arms about this. Not a word of outrage about the subjugation , burning, and oppression of anything from the Christian faiths. A one way street in acts and beliefs here is it not?

Let's be real here. A new report from the intelligence community states that we are looking at new threats. New threats that are of a home grown nature. OK, duuuh. It was only a matter of time before this was to become reality.

The scoop is supposedly that disgruntled Muslim youth, an oxymoron there. That disgruntled Muslim youth are being targeted as new jihadist by the American hating Islamic, ooops. That is the anti American faction of the religion of peace. The attempt to radicalise them and turn the into bombers, murderers, and what ever else that they can is the plan. The goal to strike at American hearts with more fear and bulling tactics to force us into capitulation to a theocracy of oppression and doom.

Now those who have any idea of how to handle this situation are being pushed to the back of the room and ignored. While incompetence and ignorance are being promoted and put in charge of homeland security, among other federal agencies.

Let's face some reality here. Most if not all disgruntled Muslim youth are immigrants that our ever so wise government has brought in to this country on resettlement programs. They are not home grown. What they are are low self esteemed youth that are being brainwashed and denied freedom by a tyrannical so called religion of peace.

What should the average person do? One get involved in your community and pay attention politically as to what the left is doing to this country. Once again President Obama has interrupted the airwaves in an attempt to gain the trust of the American people. The result, not working. With a feeble attempt to take credit for strategies and policies that worked from the Bush administration on the wars. Obama still wants to ignore the truth. That the death toll in the military conflicts is higher under his failing policies, the enemy is growing stronger, and those who oppose freedom beginning to knock at the door.

No mention of the lies about security on the southern border. No mention of the truth in unemployment's rise. No truth in his talk of economic recovery that is not happening. Only more of the blame Bush rhetoric. Though it was veiled some what this time it was still there.

One huge reason that President Obama lacks creditability is what the left and RINO's have declared the "birthers". The next is his uncertain religious affiliation. Obama still says he was born in America and that is that. Yet many questions remain with information that he was truly born in Kenya Africa. His birth certificate is under lock and key in Hawaii. By Governor decree it is sealed and not open for the public to see. Why? Just release it and the birthers will go away. As for his religion, well where is Obama on Fridays?. Why has he not, like past Presidents gone to church on a regular basis? How is it that when ever he spoke on the campaign trail any religious article of Christianity was removed from the area?

How is it that any time he has met with Islamic leaders he is submissive and respectful, yet who has he met from the Christian beliefs?

Another Look at Tancredo

Why another look at Governor candidate Tom Tancredo? Simple he has a known track record and experience over the other candidates. When compared to Mayor Hickenlooper the difference in judgment is one sided. Where as Hickenlooper has hired illegals and then denies it, sends snow plows to the barn during a snow storm, then spends tax payer money in an effort to by forgiveness.

Hickenlooper's fiscal responsibility in Denver has lead to deficits and a higher attempt to bring in income to the city. Although there has not been a real hike in "taxes". There has been a jump in fees that are paid and a hike in fines levied on the citizens of Denver.

Mayor Hickenlooper has implemented and continued with sanctuary polices that he now conveniently says he was unaware of. Policies that hurt law enforcement in their daily attempts to do their duty of "to serve and protect".

Many scream and cry foul. The race card is being played with bottom of the deck dealing. The local press refuses to mention or hint at any of Hickenlooper's flaws and lack of leadership in the mile high city. Yet they want to lambaste Tancredo for hiring illegals on a remodel and yard work. The truth is that Tancredo hired a company that hired illegals , not directly hiring illegals himself. Where as Hickenlooper directly hired illegal assassins of Denver police to work for his businesses.

The claim that Tancredo is a one issue candidate is a huge falsehood. In fact when one looks at the subject of ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, one finds it effects jobs, social services, law enforcement, health care and several other major issues. Rallying for enforcement of the law is not a single issue.

Looking at Tancredo's election website (www.tancredoforgovernor.co) we find a sound and responsible plan for the state of Colorado. With the recent endorsement of America's Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the choice for Governor is coming clearer. Think Tancredo for Governor in November.

A harsh economic winter

Why this fall and winter will be a harsh one has nothing to do with the weather itself. It has to do with bad policy, a lack of caring and piss poor leadership out of elected officials across this nation. Not only is there blame in Washington but all across this country in local and state legislatures as well. With liberals mouthing the same old lines being sent from Washington as speaking points, there is no economic strategy being put forth to solve the problems.

Unemployment numbers are on the rise yet again. They are only going to go up. Why you ask, simple. It is that time of the year again where seasonal workers jobs will be ending. This always brings unemployment numbers up. Just like in the spring they go down a little bit. However the big increase in the unemployment is going to come from the small and medium sized businesses who are having to adjust for the "health care" debacle that is beginning to be implemented.

As White Castle restaurants have announced. That they are going to have to lay off employees in order to pay for the new taxes being imposed. Other restaurant chains will soon be doing the same. It should come as no surprise that medical manufacturing companies are doing the same. As a specific section of the health care bill called for the oppressive taxing of these companies. Declaring that they should not be able to make profit on the back of those who need their equipment.

So what does our elected officials have to say about this? NOTHING. The democrats (liberals), all fall in line with the Obamanation line of "nothing is wrong and we are going in the right direction" bull. The RINO's just say no. Only a couple of Repugnants have offered any public option to the oppression of the current liberal establishment.

So as the mid term elections , only 68 days away happen. We will see more and more people filing for unemployment do to the above mentioned factors. Multiply this by a lame congress who will push poor policy through legislation. Be it as a way to screw those who voted them out or as a celebration of voter fraud in keeping their own skins employed. This winter of 2011 will be bleak on the economic front.

Illegal Immigration is not a one position problem

Illegal immigration is far more then just people crossing the border. It has many facets. From creating a new under class of poverty to economic drains. It has lead to the bankruptcy of many hospitals, and is ruining our health care system. Not that Obama care is not going to do that as well. High unemployment is another factor from illegal immigration. No it is far more then just the agricultural point.

Many seasonal jobs and part time jobs that once were a mainstay of income for the school class (16 to 24 year old) is no longer there. American youth looking to earn money for school can not find jobs because there are none. Being filled by those who are here illegally. Remember when you went to a fast food stand and could order in English?

What about the local kid who mowed your lawn. He is gone replaced by illegals in many cases. It is rare not to see a Hispanic hanging off the back end of a trash truck. Sounds bad but in the back of many a mind the thought "is he legal" is there.

Identification Theft is up as illegals look for ways to legitimise themselves. This ruining lives with their theft of social security numbers. Wrecking credit for American Citizens who have worked hard to establish good credit. I have personal knowledge of one person who was admitted into a hospital then arrested for using his own social security number. Charges were never filed but the hassle of having to prove he was who he said he was, because someone else had been in the hospital using his social security number. The answer from the police. Live with it. You do the foot work in finding this person and then we might arrest them. Political favoritism for criminals over citizens. This person had to have family bring in his birth certificate to prove he was born here. Bring in his social security issued card. Then wait for the police to run a check with social security to confirm he was issued said number. Now he has to request a new number.

Another person I know had to request the same after identity theft. No she has two numbers and social security refuses to correct their mistake. All the while multiple people are no using the first number while she is having to continue the fight to correct her credit because of this.

These are only two examples. The drain on the economy is multi layered from handouts in the welfare system, to federal programs that aid illegals over American citizens who are hurting during these bad times. Education programs that citizens do not qualify for and have to pay higher fees for.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION is far more then a single issue problem. Reform is not an answer. Enforcing the law, protecting and providing for Citizens is the answer.

Mexican punks and criminals are running ramp id and taking over parts of New Mexico and Arizona while our elected officials turn a cowardly back on the situation and place warning signs of a danger that has been preventable. A lack of leadership and commitment by leftist world order and open boarder sedition supporters ignore the problem.

Being removed in their tax payer paid for offices they refuse to listen to those who are in harms way. The Illegal ALIEN ISSUE is much more then a few "displaced migrant workers" looking to improve their status in life. It is a war on our society and way of life. As human smuggling and drug transportation, along with increased violent crime is being forced upon this country.

Cochise county is covered in signs warning Americans not to go and travel in our own country. Instead of sending federal agents, or even the military in to remove with extreme prejudice, criminals. Our fearless Obama lead government retreats and takes the cowards way out. Moving in reverse and ignoring the problem. Pulling ICE and BORDER patrol agents away from the problem. A Hickenlooper tactic, "it is too dangerous to perform their job." (referance to his sending snow plows home instead of plowing the roads).

As Sheriff Joe Arpaio leads the fight against these criminals, other Sheriffs are not backing down along the border. Recall in Texas where the sheriff told the citizens of his county to arm themselves. Thank GOD for the second amendment.

California took the first step by improving the fence along the Tijuana San Diego border. However the Tijuana cartels are receiving aid from Real Estate agents, Bankers, and Lawyers from the ACLU who want the fence tore down. For her stance she now has to ask for donations for a legal defense fund of the Federal LAW. Texas Governor Perry is raising the issue along his border and has threatened cession from the union. However Governor Richardson in New Mexico seems to think all is fine and that there is no problem except on the American side of the border caused by America.

Make no mistake there is a war and it has been going on for years. It is about to explode into shooting on the American side. In fact it already has. With gang banging punks and thugs in major cities arbitrarily killing innocent people to control drug neighborhoods. El Paso has had the city hall hit with bullets. A price has been put on the head of America's Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

I am proud to claim my Colorado heritage. Except for my time in the military I have spent my life here in the Mile High State, the gateway to the Rockies. It amazes me on the political scene just how either stupid or naive Coloradoans are.

In this years clamour to claim Tea Party support and reclaim conservatism, the spin and ignorance is showing without any thought. Colorado is jumping on so called Conservative candidates who are really nothing more then the same old same old. A RINO is nothing more then a liberal in disguise.

Yet it appears that RINO's are the choice of the "informed" voter. This is intolerable. The claim by Tea Party activist is information and well rounded thought on issues that have been perverted and made to walk the fine grey line of unconstitutionality.

The out pouring of Ken Buck support over Norton for the Republican Senatorial nomination is a prime example of lack of informed voters knee jerk reaction to political commercials. Ken Buck is nothing more then a Cintonite and soon to be Obama supporter. His past history clearly shows his disregard for the voter and a pushing of a liberal protectionist agenda.

Dan Maes, a no body is heralded as the next Governor of the State by Tea Party activists. Yet when one tries to ask about this man the only answer is that "oh he is a great business man". OK so what are his positions on the issues? Where does he stand on the sanctuary status that Gov Ritter and Mayor Hickenlooper have in placed. What about the over reaching budget that is penalising the Colorado small business man and tax payer? There is no answer. A quick google search reveals non answers as answers.

The latest Rasmussen survey has declared Colorado a Democrat state for this November election. With Hickenlooper in a double digit lead over Maes. Even Sen. Bennett a clear Obama bootlicker is leading Buck in the polls. You may want to look at the recent voting record of the Mass Senator who took Kennedy's seat. He won on a wave of change and Tea Party support, yet is no better then another Kennedy when it comes to voting.

While the Tea Party in Colorado spouts its support for candidates with a left liberal and non conservative history. It looks like the Liberals may pull out a win and keep Colorado under the thumb of increasing oppression to the Tax Payer.

It is evident that RINO is the ideal conservative for Colorado as real conservative candidates were dismissed early in the primaries.

Also the outrage over certain actions by the left and fake outrage over things said and done are the act of the day by the established RINO commentators against yet another candidate, Tom Tancredo.

Nationally Hugh Hewitt, of which I have met and worked with on several occasions. Is leading the charge against Tancredo. A total hypocritical stance with Hugh's comments about things. Congressman Tancredo did an excellent job as an elected official representing Colorado over the years. With reelection after reelection. Yet no that he has spoken out against the Obama administration and pointed out many acts that boarder on illegal activity, impeachable, and offensive to any Constitutional loving American. Tom is being harangued as some far right wacko. In reality He did not support the War in Iraq or Afghanistan. He supports the legalization of medicinal marijuana, very left leaning positions.

What Tancredo is being accused of is racism. A total lie. All because out of any candidate in Colorado today. Tancredo is the only one who has any sort of plan to secure this state against the invasion of ILLEGAL ALIENS. Something that is not politically correct even to RINO's like Hugh Hewitt.

While no one other then Tancredo is bringing forth the sanctuary and incompetence of Hickenlooper on this topic. Hickenlooper is gaining support. It would seem that Coloradoans have short memories. It was not so long ago that the city of Denver ousted Mayor McNickels because of a lack of snow removal capabilities. However a pass is being given to Hickenlopper who sent home the snow plow drivers because "the conditions were to dangerous". to be out of the roads. A clear lack of brain power on that. As a former state employee who did plow the roads. This is when the plows are supposed to be on the roads. Not parked in the yards waiting for the next sunny day. So Hickenlooper wastes tax payers money and throws a sledding and hot chocolate day for his lack of judgment.

Do not let us forget how Hickenlooper employed ILLEGALS to work in his businesses and restaurants. One of which became famous for the execution of a off duty Denver Police officer. Hickenloopers support for the dropping of the death penalty in order to prosecute this thug , punk was totally wrong.

Under Hickenloopers leadership Denver is over budget, over taxed, lacks civic pride by its workers. As well noted every time you see city workers standing around and ignoring the tax payer whom they are to serve. You have had phallic symbols in civic park, nudist riding bikes through the streets, and an over whelming increase in crime. Crime which the city has tried to cover up and not tell the citizenry about. Recall the roving band of thugs who attack Hispanic and single white males on the streets. Yet do to political correctness these punks have not been charged with hate crimes.

The resurfacing of Colorado Conservatism is a reality, however it is being corrupted by those who are spinning and ignoring the problems that this state is facing. By supporting RINO's. It is a loose loose situation, or a win win if you are a pot smoking hand out receiving , lack of personal fortitude and work ethic Boulderite.

With only eighty days left to the election, the time to get informed if you are a voter is almost over. The real spin and distortion of records and positions is beginning. National and International money is going to be coming in to support candidates and put out commercials that do not tell the whole truth.

Do not rely on a friend in the Tea Party to inform you on things. You had best go to the source and ask questions, take notes and get informed.

Why Kagen's appointment is wrong.

The main reason that Kagen as a Supreme Court Justice is all wrong is the legislation from the bench factor. Overall a balance of Conservative and Liberal beliefs are a good thing. The balance helps bring about what should be fair and balanced CONSTITUTIONAL decisions. However with a person like Kagen the Constitution does not matter.

The outlandish decision in California this week over turning the will of the people on prop 8 by an activist judge is only the beginning. Now with a person (Kagen) who has no bench experience, argues that one must decide from the heart and take international law decisions and apply them here. Makes for a scary, very scary scenario.

Just think about it. You are assaulted or robbed but in the name of social justice there is no prosecution. Well there is, you. Not only are you the victim but then they charge you with racism or some other B.S. P.C. concept. This all in the name of some fantasy of reality.

This is what Kagen brings to the bench. Judgement from the heart and a far far far left perspective. One that ignores the CONSTITUTION and recognises European Law over American law.

Congress has done the American people no favors with this appointment.

When I first read this I was a little upset. Then I had to laugh. As a matter of fact I am still laughing at the stupidity of the Mexican Drug Cartels. Just what is so funny? Well it seems that these cowards on the other side of the boarder have p[laced a million dollar bounty on the head of America's favorite Sheriff, Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County Arizona.

Now at first, like I said this upset me and made me mad. How dare they even contemplate assassination of an American officer of the Law let alone a U.S. citizen. This in my book changes the rules. It means that all is fair in retaliation on these punks. In plain terms their homes , their families, their dogs and cats. All are targets of extreme prejudice.

Do the Drug Cartels actually think that even President Obama would be allowed to ignore this. We all know he would try but the American people would never allow that.

For an outside entity, even a criminal organization of thugs and murderers like the cartels, to ever come after American citizens or officials is just getting a little big for their own britches. In honesty do they believe that hiding below the boarder would protect them? Anyone ever associated with or had dealings with the cartels in any form would be open targets for not only the law but every American citizen who supports Sheriff Joe. Now that is millions of Americans who do. There would be no safe place north of the boarder for them to even think about doing business in. Then I am willing to place money on it that many Arizonans would be attempting or willing to ignore the boarder like the Mexicans do and go south after the punks.

Hell I would be willing to go on a snipe hunt south of the boarder should they attempt to hurt Sheriff Joe. It is the principle of the act. The act of coming in to Our Country and trying to dictate to us our laws. Hell we have a big enough problem with this President and Congress ignoring the law. In the name of social equality I demand to be treated fairly. In other words if ILLEGALS do not have to obey our laws then why must I?

When the Government Fails.

When the Government fails to do its job, it is left to those who employed the government in a free society. The PEOPLE are left with the duty and responsibility to do the job. In this case the job is the safety and security of the not only the people but the country itself.

In history one can easily read about how a civilization falls. It falls when the government fails to protect and listen to the people. When corruption corrodes from within as we see happening today in America. The very foundation of freedom crumbles. If it crumbles in America who and where will in this world will it rise again?

There is an all out war being conducted against the free people of the United States of America. This war is being aided by enemies not outside, but from within. This current administration, the State department, the Judicial system (legislation from the bench), and from leftist disguising themselves as liberals. Face the truth. Our country is being systematically disassembled with extreme prejudice.

When a government of the people , by the people, and for the people is removed from the people, all that is left is oppression. It is time the PEOPLE rise up and take back what is ours by right of our forefathers and their blood.

You may not like former Congressman Tom Tancredo, however you need to listen to what he is saying and look at the evidence he eludes to about the IMPEACHABLE offenses of President Obama. Yet the so called conservative `crowd is calling for all but censorship. A huge side road from conservative principles.

Today on the Hugh Hewitt RINO show. The guest host displayed for all listening her RINO beliefs. A great guest host for the RINO Hewitt. Hugh Hewitt who is a RINO as well claims to be a conservative , yet he displays his liberal leanings as well under the SALEM BROADCASTING umbrella.

Now is not the time for anyone who loves this country to be taken in by these charlatans. Be you a Democrat or a Republican. A Federalist or a Libertarian, now is the time more then ever to inform yourself on the issues and the positions that these people take. You may not like what some say, or love what they say. However if you listen but do not hear, we are in for a third world status as a nation.

Tom Tancredo is right. He may ruffle a few feathers and his tact on a few of his speeches may be lacking. Yet what he says is something to think about hard and long. There is evidence to support his opinion.

For those of us here in Colorado. We must be extra attentive on those running for office. Faced with an Obama idolising Hickenlooper, or the RINO's McGuiness and Maes for Governor. Alternative candidates may be worth looking into. That is if the Republican party itself does not sink the elections. Remember it was they who supported a far left candidate in New York over a true Conservative in the last election. As well as many they are supporting this time around.

So the strategy now for the incumbents Democrats is to call their opponents racists. A tactic that is not new and is low. As the American people are seeing buyers remorse in their choice of a very poor candidate and elected official , Obama. The Democrats not only in Washington but all over this great country are shaking in their shoes. Their liberal anti American agenda has been exposed.

The truth is leaking out on voter fraud, intimidation and simple theft of our government by liberals. The far left socialist/communist/Marxist, and America hating crowd is being reveled. Black Panthers are being excused by what would appear to be racist in the DOJ. A committee crimes without punishment aura is being projected. Investigations of illegal voting by felons in Minnesota is being ignored by officials. In the Democratic party evidence of voting denial is being scoffed at as fellow Democrats had their voices silenced by Obama supporters.

The November elections are getting closer and the liberals are desperate. When dirty tricks are being stopped the big alternative left to them is to drop the race card on those who oppose their agenda. Anytime that someone speaks out or criticises this administration the "you are a racists" card is being played.

So what does this mean to you and I? It means that we are about to be labeled. A stigma that really only applies to those who are screaming it loud. The real racists are the liberals. They are the ones with a long history of racism. From lack of support for civil rights in the sixties, to non support of emancipation in the 1800's. To even further back as the slave traders in the 1600's.

It is the liberals and their ilk that are truly racists. It is time to stand up and call it like it is. President Obama does not like America, he is racial. As evident by the First Ladies rant at the NAACP. Calling on Blacks to keep fighting the system and the white power structure. Something that like Aztlan is a Myth.

Let us be clear on something here. YES it is President wannabe Obama's War. For the last 18 plus months he has been the Commander in Chief, this makes any conflict that this country is in his responsibility. Therefore the "confrontation " in Afghanistan is his war.

The way he has executed the way it has been fought makes it clearly his failure or his victory. So far it is a failure. By sitting back and thinking that a soft approach will win , and that announcing a withdrawal with dates and unit removal will make it disappear is part of the Utopian leftist false reality.

If Obama really wants to take charge and win this fight against a cult of murderers and oppression he will take the kid gloves off and pursue war as it is intended. Plenty of DEATH and DESTRUCTION. This is the bottom line of war. To kill the enemy and bring destruction to the what backs and drives the enemy and it's thinking.

If Obama wants to leave a legacy that is to be favorable to him. A pussy footing of tolerance to those who want to kill us is not the way to achieve a promising legacy. Unless of coarse he wants to be heralded as a supporter of those who fly a crescent moon over the oppression that they bring.

In the first few eeks of the war , back in 92. The United States was very successful by bringing death to those who aligned against us. The early bombing and ground attacks were successful because the politicians stayed out of command decisions of the military. In a few short weeks we not only crippled the Taliban and its allies. This is appalling, the fact a public official would dare lay hands on someone NOT IN SELF DEFENSE! For Congressman Etheridge we get a closer look at how politics in this country has brought to positions of power the worst in this nation. Those who think that they are above the law. NOWHERE, that is where. No one is shouting for his pink slip. No one is calling for his actions to be punished by law. For it was breaking the law when he ASSAULTED the student in the video.
