Duke , Reverse Racism???
DNA test have come back, showing that the 46 memebers of the Lacross team were not involved in an alledged rape of a stripper. However public pressure is calling for a charge and conviction of this case.
With DNA a bottom line of conviction or of innocence standard in law cases, one would have to acknowledge that if the test is negative. Then the accused is innocent. However trying to score political points in a race baiting case, the prosecution plans to still charge the accused.
Is this reverse racism? Are they going with allegations over evidance? It would appear so. Looks like they want to apply a little greese to the squeky wheel at the expense of putting an innocent in jail on hearsay alone.
Only time will tell, but where is the so callled self protectors of the innocent. The ACLU is no where to be found to defend these white kids in this case. Par for course for this activist group who only take on cases that serve their political cause.
Photographic evidance, DNA tests, all evidance clearing the team of these ugly charges will be ignored as justice is being twisted and turned upside down in order to appease activists who appear to be racist themselves.
What is dispicable is the e-mail published by one member/student that called for the skinning of someone. A lack of judgment and decency. Other then this there is nothing legally to take to trial. Or nothing that has been released as of yet.
