Full of Themselves

The press sure thinks they are somthing special. Trying harder and harder to set themselves ABOVE the law. This bogus idea of confidential and secrete sources is outlandish. When the press write a TABLIOD story and site confidential sources, how many times is the artical scathing with accusations? So if there are accusations does not the accused have the right to know who is accuseing them of whatever?

Lets look at the Plame Game and the journalist Miller who sits in jail, rightfully so.
In a statement, CPJ's 35-member board said it "strenuously protests" Miller's July 6 imprisonment, which was ordered by U.S. District Court Judge Thomas F. Hogan after the reporter refused to testify about a confidential source before a grand jury investigating the 2003 leak of a CIA operative's identity. Uncertainty remains about Miller's role in the probe, with speculation all over the map, including the possibility she may have mentioned Plame first to an administration official.

The CPJ (committee to protect journalists) even now hints at the possibility that it was Miller herself weho outed Plame as a CIA agent. This is why she sits in Jail. She sited annonomuse sorces. So why is there a jump on the bandwagon to get Carl Rove. Rove who has been determined to not be the source of the outing. It is because the press has an agenda. Holding themselves above the law in thinking that they have a right to go any where any time and say any thing.

The press has the right not to be hindered or oppresed by the government but no where does it say they are above the law with their accusations and invented rights of hiding sources. That in its self is an infridgement on my rights and the rights of every American. "The right to know ones accuser".

The press has the freedom to go and report but not to sit above the law and determine judgement on their stories. This is where the press has totally gotten out of hand. No longer are they reporting the news but they are editorilizing. This is not what freedom of the press is. If we the public want this we can always read the World Weekly News.

Islam Propaganda

The American Islamic Leaders' "Fatwa" is Bogus
Steven Emerson
The Investigative Project on Terrorism

This morning a group of American Islamic leaders held a press conference to announce a fatwa, or Islamic religious ruling, against “terrorism and extremism.” An organization called the Fiqh Council of North America (FCNA) issued the fatwa, and the Council on American - Islamic Relations (CAIR) organized the press conference, stating that several major U.S. Muslim groups endorsed the fatwa.

In fact, the fatwa is bogus. Nowhere does it condemn the Islamic extremism ideology that has spawned Islamic terrorism. It does not renounce nor even acknowledge the existence of an Islamic jihadist culture that has permeated mosques and young Muslims around the world. It does not renounce Jihad let alone admit that it has been used to justify Islamic terrorist acts. It does not condemn by name any Islamic group or leader. In short, it is a fake fatwa designed merely to deceive the American public into believing that these groups are moderate. In fact, officials of both organizations have been directly linked to and associated with Islamic terrorist groups and Islamic extremist organizations. One of them is an unindicted co-conspirator in a current terrorist case; another previous member was a financier to Al-Qaeda.

I spoke with Judea Pearl, father of murdered journalist Daniel Pearl who told me that the fatwa was “vacuous because it does not name the perpetrators of Islamic terrorist theologies and leaders of Islamic movements like Yousef Al Qaradawi, Osama Bin Laden, Ayman Al Zawahari, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, etc.” Pearl told me that these groups are “trying to perpetrate a deception on the American public.”

The Chairman of the Fiqh Council, Taha Jaber Al-Alwani, is an unindicted co-conspirator in the case against Sami al-Arian, the alleged North American leader of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, whose trial began in June 2005 in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Alwani has been named in court documents as an official of several entities in northern Virginia suspected of being connected to terrorist financing. Documents released in the Al Arian trial show that Alwani funded the Islamic Jihad front groups in Tampa.

Another past trustee of the Fiqh Council, Abdurrahman Alamoudi, is serving a 23-year prison sentence for illegal financial dealings with Libya and immigration fraud, has admitted to his part in a plot to assassinate the Saudi Crown Prince, and has vocally announced his support for the terrorist groups Hamas and Hezbollah. Additionally Alamoudi was just named by Treasury as having been a financier for Al Qaeda.

In 1998, Fiqh Council member Sheikh Muhammad al-Hanooti, gave a speech calling for jihad against the United States and the United Kingdom, saying that “Allah will curse the Americans and British” and “Allah, the curse of Allah will become true on the infidel Jews and on the tyrannical Americans.” Additionally, Hanooti is strongly linked to Hamas, having served on the board of the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP). A 2002 INS memo extensively documented IAP’s support for HAMAS and noted that the “facts strongly suggest” that IAP is “part of HAMAS’ propaganda apparatus.”

On October 28, 2000, Muzammil Siddiqui, the President of FCNA, at a rally in Lafayette Park in Washington D.C., said, “America has to learn -- if you remain on the side of injustice, the wrath of God will come!"

In the past 4 years, several CAIR officials have been convicted of or charged with various terrorism-related offenses.

CAIR has championed and defended officials of Islamic terrorist groups including Hamas leader Musa Abu Marzook, Palestinian Islamic Jihad leader Sami al-Arian, Palestinian Islamic Jihad fundraiser Fawaz Damra, and the radical Egyptian cleric Wagdy Ghoneim.

CAIR has repeatedly attacked the prosecutions of Islamic terrorists arrested and/or convicted since 9-11 and has attacked the government’s freezing of Islamic terrorist fronts as part of a “war against Islam” by the United States.

CAIR has led protests against the deportation of radical Islamic clerics who have called for Jihad or who have been fundraisers for Hamas.

CAIR has asserted that the indictment of Palestinian Islamic Jihad leader Sami al-Arian on conspiracy to murder more than 100 people was “politically motivated” and instigated by “the attack dogs of the pro-Israeli lobby."

CAIR has been named as a defendant in a civil lawsuit filed by the family of former FBI official John O’Neill, who was killed on 9-11.

One of the signatories to today’s fatwa is Fawaz Damra who was convicted of immigration fraud related to his ties to Palestinian Islamic Jihad and denaturalized. He is currently awaiting a deportation hearing.

Another signatory, the Muslim American Society, is a front for the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States and whose publications have repeatedly supported suicide bombings.

More SCUM invading America

Here is more information and prof that foriegn governments are sending their degenerates to this country. It is an invasion to humilate and degredate American Society:

Thousands of Foreign Child Predators Roam US

July 29, 2005
Top officials at the Department of Homeland Security recently announced that arrests during the first two years of Operation Predator have exceeded 6,000.

Operation Predator is Immigration and Customs Enforcement's comprehensive initiative to safeguard children from foreign national pedophiles, international sex tourists, Internet child pornographers and human traffickers. Operation Predator evolved out of ICE’s mission to find and deport illegal aliens, particularly those with criminal records. The majority of the arrests under Operation Predator - roughly 85% - have involved foreign nationals in this country whose child sex crimes make them removable from the United States. By matching immigration databases with state Megan’s law directories, ICE agents have arrested more than 1,800 registered sex offenders.

Since Operation Predator began on July 9, 2003, the initiative has resulted in 6,085 child predator arrests throughout the country - an average of roughly 250 arrests per month and eight arrests per day. While arrests have been made in every state, the most have occurred in these states: Arizona (207), California (1,578), Florida (255), Illinois (282), Michigan (153), Minnesota (190), New Jersey (423), New York (367), Oregon (148) and Texas (545).

Operation Predator also has an important international component, as leads developed by domestic ICE offices are shared with ICE Attaché offices overseas and foreign law enforcement for action. To date, leads shared by ICE with foreign authorities have resulted in the arrest of roughly 1,000 individuals overseas.

With an average of nearly 250 child sex predator arrests per month, ICE's Operation Predator has emerged as one of most successful efforts ever launched to protect America's children. In enforcing the nation's immigration laws, ICE is systematically targeting those who pose the greatest threats, including criminal aliens who prey on our children.

Some recent ICE arrests involving criminal aliens who committed child sex crimes include Julio Cesar Rabago-Magana, a Mexican man who raped a four-year-old child in the basement of Mercado Central in Minneapolis, Minn. Rabago-Magana pleaded guilty Oct. 23, 2002 to first-degree criminal sexual conduct. After serving his criminal sentence, he was arrested by ICE agents at his St. Paul home on March 3, 2005, and deported six days later.

To date, more than 2,100 of these foreign-born predators have been removed from the United States to their home nations. As part of this process, ICE advises the host nation governments about the criminal histories of each sex predator it is deporting to their nations. ICE also issues Green Notices through Interpol in appropriate cases. The Green Notice provides information on career criminals who have committed, or are likely to commit, offenses in several countries.

Police allege illegals involved in registration scam
Union Leader Staff

MANCHESTER — A Manchester man is alleged to have been running an illegal car registration scam, charging people he knew to be in the county illegally up to $2,000 each to register their cars and trucks in his name, authorities said yesterday.

Florentino Hernandez, 43, of 536 Hall St., came under investigation on March 31 when his name was flagged after he filed 30 car and truck registrations, according to New Hampshire Highway Patrol Lt. William McGee.

Highway Patrol Officer First Class James Berube investigated the case and discovered illegal aliens were paying Hernandez up to $2,000 per vehicle to have him register their cars and trucks, McGee said.

Berube contacted U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The federal agency provided five agents from Boston and Manchester to assist in the investigation.

Berube got an arrest warrants and, Wednesday night, 11 people were taken into custody in Manchester. Three of them — including Hernandez — were charged criminally while eight others were picked up for being in the country illegally.

Yesterday, Hernandez pleaded guilty in Manchester District Court to four misdemeanor counts of tampering with public records or information.

On two charges, he was sentenced to a total of 60 days in jail and fined $600. On the remaining two offenses, he was given a 60-day suspended sentence and $600 suspended fine.

Hernandez told a bail commissioner he has lived in New Hampshire for 2½ years. Prior to moving here, he worked remodeling homes for seven years in Houston, Texas.

He said he is a self-employed drywall contractor.

His cousin, Juan Manuel Hernandez, 25, of 175 Manchester St., Apt. 3, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal solicitation of Florentino Hernandez to file the false car registration. He was given a 30-day sentence and fined $300.

Authorities said he is in this country illegally. In court records, Juan Hernandez said he has lived in New Hampshire for two years and is employed by DSI Drywall doing construction and drywalling.

Emilio Gonzalez, 26, also of 175 Manchester St. and who police said is in the U.S. illegally, pleaded guilty to the same charge. He, too, was given a 30-day jail sentence and fined $300.

Gonzalez said he is from Mexico, lived in Dallas for three years and has resided in New Hampshire for three years.

He also is employed by DSI Drywall.

McGee said he does not know if DSI is Florentino's company.

The investigation is continuing and, McGee said, Florentino Hernandez could be facing additional charges.

CHICAGO Governor Rod Blagojevich (bluh-GOY'-uh-vitch) today signed into law a measure requiring state and local governments in Illinois to recognize identification cards issued by foreign consulates and used by immigrants.

The cards are favored by undocumented Mexican immigrants, and they're often referred to by the Spanish word `matricula' (mah-trik-u-lah). They can be used to open bank accounts, establish credit or prove identity with police.

The Mexican consulate said it has issued just under 500-thousand of its matriculas in Chicago since 2002. Other countries issue versions of the consular cards, as well.

The consular I-D cards cannot be used as a driver's license, to register to vote, to qualify for benefits, or as proof of residency or immigration status. The measure becomes effective January First.

Illegal Immigrants Using Your Tax Dollars?

The number of illegal immigrants in the United States who are enjoying the benefits given to American Citizens is on the rise.

That ends up costing you, the taxpayer.

A baby born to parents here illegally is an instant American citizen.

There is also free health care financed by taxpayers.

Once an immigrant crosses the border, the reward is enjoy the free perks with little to fear from the Department of Labor or immigration authorities.

A vast ring of fake document dealers feed this network.

A fake or stolen social security card gets an undocumented immigrant a job in almost any industry.

Citizens living here near the Mexican border say they have noticed those getting the American benefits.

Roman Gomez from West El Paso says, "Sometimes there's just a bunch of freeloaders that just come and take advantage of what the U.S. has."

Blanca Hernandez from Sunland Park, New Mexico says, "We work real hard to have everything we have, and these people from Mexico come over here and they get all the benefits. They drive good cars full of jewelry, eat at expensive resturants."

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has even noticed the problem, saying that the amount of people taking advantage of the system is overwhelming.

Interesting values brought to light

Some very interesting words being bandered about by a Pakistani Muslum Leader. With thanks to Jihad Watch read the following please:

British jihadist: would-be London bombers guilty of tactical errors, not immorality
Hassan Butt doesn't seem moved by the recent Muslim condemnations of the bombers: he is still convinced that they acted in accord with Islam. This may be in part because the condemnations did not even address the Islamic reasoning that people like Butt use to establish their positions. "Radical Muslim questions tactics of bombers," from The Telegraph, with thanks to Nicolei:

A Muslim who helped recruit young men to fight for the Taliban says that those willing to plant bombs in London were guilty of tactical errors but were not immoral.
Hassan Butt, 25, earned notoriety in January 2002 when he told the BBC's Today programme that Britons who went to fight the West in Afghanistan would return home to launch terror attacks.

Three years on, in an interview given to Prospect magazine some months before the bombings and published this week, he predicted that "a lot of killing" is unavoidable if the world is to come under the banner of Islam.

Formerly the self-styled spokesman for al-Muhajiroun, an Islamic fundamentalist group, he split from the faction over the issue of the "covenant of security", which forbade Muslims living in Britain from engaging in military action within the country.

While al-Muhajiroun supported the concept, Butt said he did not. His opposition to committing acts of violence was, he said, a matter of tactics rather than principle. "Now, I am not in favour of military action in Britain but if somebody did do it who was British, I would not have any trouble with that either. . . It wouldn't necessarily be the wisest thing to do but it wouldn't be un-Islamic."

Anyone who was involved in such attacks would be a "completely and utterly loose cannon", said Butt, who now lives in the Leeds suburb of Beeston. Such "military action" would be unwise because "a bomb in London would be strategically damaging to Muslims here. Immigration is lax in Britain. . . London has more radical Muslims than anywhere in the Muslim world. A bomb would jeopardise everyone's position. There has to be a place we can come."

I suspect that Butt has also articulated one principle reason why we have not seen a similar bombing in the United States.

But he drew a distinction between Muslims who sought refuge in Britain - who would be bound by the covenant - and those who were born here, who would not.
"Most of our people, especially the youth, are British citizens," he said. "They owe nothing to the Government. They did not ask to be born here; neither did they ask to be protected by Britain."

He is assuming that their primary loyalty will be to the Islamic umma, as is taught by traditional, mainstream Islam.

Pakistan clerics explain 'jihad'
More misleading talk and half-measures, this time from Pakistan's top Muslim clerics. From the BBC via the Pakistani Newspaper, with thanks to the Constantinopolitan Irredentist:

Lahore, July 29: Pakistan's top Muslim clerics have said it is becoming increasingly difficult for them to preach the real concept of jihad, or holy war, to young Muslims.
"The situation in Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine is radicalising young people," says Mufti Rafi Usmani, one of Pakistan's highest-ranking clerics.

"And an angry young man is in no-one's control," he said.

In other words, what these angry young men do is no one's responsibility. Thus Mufti Rafi neatly deflects attention away from the jihad ideology that is being preached all over Pakistan -- young men aren't joining jihad because of that, you see. They're just angry young men, out of control.

Other high-ranking Islamic scholars have also endorsed these views.
Mufti Rafi Usmani heads Darul Uloom Karachi, one of Pakistan's most respected religious schools, or madrassas.

"Islam does not allow killing of innocent civilians and non-combatants under any circumstances," he said in an interview with the BBC News website.

Here we go again. Who is innocent? What is a civilian? When a moderate Muslim spokesman addresses and refutes the assertions by Muslims that various Western non-combatants are neither innocent nor civilians, I will begin to think that the moderate Islam that is supposed to be the solution may actually have some chance of appearing somewhere in the world.

Asked to explain the concept of jihad as expounded in mainstream Islamic thought, Mufti Usmani said it had been laid down in great detail precisely to avoid any confusion.
"To begin with, jihad is not incumbent on all Muslims and a call for jihad can be given only under special circumstances," he said.

Right. Traditional Islamic law teaches that jihad is an obligation incumbent on the community as a whole -- fard kifaya. If some people in the umma, the worldwide Muslim community, are fulfilling this obligation, the others are freed from it. However, if a Muslim land is attacked (a highly elastic concept that Osama bin Laden and others use artfully today), jihad becomes fard ayn -- compulsory for all Muslims either to fight in or aid in some way. But as Islamic jihadists today routinely claim that they are fighting in defense of Muslim lands, they also claim that jihad today is fard ayn -- in other words, that the "special conditions" to which Mufti Usmani refers do exist now.

Islamic scholars - or ulema - agree that injunctions explaining the circumstances for jihad and the people's conduct during jihad constitute the core principles of the doctrine.
According to three top scholars interviewed by the BBC News website, jihad can only be called in the following circumstances:

If a Muslim community comes under attack, then jihad becomes an obligation for all Muslims, male and female, in that community

If that particular community feels it cannot fight off attackers on its own, then jihad becomes incumbent on Muslims living in nearby communities

That's why so many Muslims from neighboring countries have been streaming into Iraq.

If a Muslim ruler of a country calls for jihad, then it is incumbent upon the Muslims living under that ruler to join the jihad.
Mufti Usmani says that even in such circumstances, jihad is obligatory only on as many Muslims as are required to defend the community under attack.

But others must aid it materially -- hence the proliferation of "terror-supporting charities."

"If Pakistan is attacked but its army is sufficient to deal with the threat, then Pakistani civilians are under no obligation to join jihad," he said.
The second principle relates to the conduct of the jihadis. Under no circumstances are Muslims allowed to attack women, children, the old and the meek, the sick, those that are praying and civilians, say these ulema.

Unless they are perceived as aiding the enemies of the Muslims (cf. Mawardi, al-Akham as-Sultaniyyah, 4.2; 'Umdat al-Salik o9.10)

Muslim militants argue that if innocent Muslims are killed in enemy action then Muslims are allowed to kill innocent people in retaliation.
But clerics strongly disagree with this line of thinking, arguing that Islam does not allow Muslims to respond to "a mistake" by another mistake.

"Islam is absolutely clear on this issue. Two wrongs do not make a right," Mufti Usmani said.

"If they feel that the US or the UK are killing innocent civilians in Iraq or Afghanistan, it does not give them the right to kill innocent citizens in London or New York," he said....

Very well. But here again he doesn't address the core issue: are those civilians in London or New York innocent at all? Osama and his ilk would say no. How would the Mufti respond? Can he refute this view on Islamic grounds? If so, he should do so, and do so quickly.

"When a Muslim visits a Western country or if he is living there, then he is under a kind of a contractual obligation to abide by the law of that land," explains Mufti Usmani.
"Islam is so strict about honouring commitments that a commitment cannot be revoked unilaterally even in times of battle."

This is ridiculous in light of Muhammad's own behavior, particularly regarding the Treaty of Hudaybiya which the early Muslims concluded with the pagan Quraysh. After the treaty was concluded, a woman of the Quraysh, Umm Kulthum, joined the Muslims in Medina; her two brothers came to Muhammad, asking that she be returned "in accordance with the agreement between him and the Quraysh at Hudaybiya." Muhammad refused because Allah forbade it: he gave Muhammad a new revelation: "O ye who believe! When there come to you believing women refugees, examine and test them: Allah knows best as to their faith: if ye ascertain that they are believers, then send them not back to the unbelievers" (Qur’an 60:10).

In refusing to send Umm Kulthum back to the Quraysh, Muhammad broke the treaty. Although Muslim apologists have claimed throughout history that the Quraysh broke it first, this incident came before any treaty violations by the Quraysh. Breaking of the treaty in this way would reinforce the principle that nothing was good except what was advantageous to Islam, and nothing evil except what hindered Islam.

Mufti Akram Kashmiri, the head of Jamia Ashrafia in Lahore - another top madrassa whose students have risen to top posts in various Islamic countries - says that the existing circumstances are making it extremely difficult for the ulema to preach this message to disaffected Muslim youth.
"Angry young Muslims are no longer satisfied with this doctrine," he says.

"That is why they go around to all kinds of ulema with dubious credentials to seek religious sanctions to deal with the rising tide of anger inside them," he says.

These ulema are convinced that the solution to terrorism no longer lies in the hands of the Muslim world or the clerics.

The West, they say, must seek a resolution of all the conflicts involving the Muslim world and hit at the root causes that have spawned terrorism all over the world.

Sure. It's all the West's fault. Yet I seem to remember a good number of jihads being waged long before there was any Western "imperialism" or "colonialism" to speak of.

Good Enough for France

This should really set the open boarders, anti war , and the ACLU ( American Communist Liberation Unit) on their ears. If it is being done in the civilized intellectual elite country of France then why can we not do it also? As they persitantly preach and insult the average American with how great France is. Look at the hard line the French Government has now taken with Islamofacists preaching hatred.

France ejects 12 Islamic 'preachers of hate'
By Colin Randall in Paris
(Filed: 30/07/2005)

The gulf between British and French treatment of preachers of hatred and violence was thrown sharply into focus yesterday when France announced the summary expulsion of a dozen Islamists between now and the end of August.

A tough new anti-terrorism package was unveiled by Nicolas Sarkozy, the interior minister and a popular centre-Right politician.

Nicolas Sarkozy: 'We have to act against radical preachers'
His proposals reflect French determination to act swiftly against extremists in defiance of the human rights lobby, which is noticeably less vocal in France than in Britain.

Imams and their followers who fuel anti-western feeling among impressionable young French Muslims will be rounded up and returned to their countries of origin, most commonly in France's case to its former north African colonies.

Mr Sarkozy also revealed that as many as 12 French mosques associated with provocative anti-western preaching were under surveillance. Imams indulging in inflammatory rhetoric will be expelled even if their religious status is recognised by mainstream Muslim bodies.

Those who have assumed French citizenship will not be protected from deportation. Mr Sarkozy said he will reactivate measures, "already available in our penal code but simply not used", to strip undesirables of their adopted nationality. "We have to act against radical preachers capable of influencing the youngest and most weak-minded," Mr Sarkozy told the French daily Le Parisien.

The first to be caught in the new round of expulsions is an Algerian, Rena Ameuroud, whose brother Abderraham was jailed in France earlier this year for his part in a jihadist training exercise in the Fontainebleau forest south of Paris. He faces immediate deportation for allegedly urging fellow-worshippers at a Parisian mosque to engage in "holy war".

At least seven French nationals are now known to have been killed while fighting with anti-coalition insurgents in Iraq, in some cases as suicide bombers, the minister said. A further 10 are believed still to be there. France, which has Europe's largest Muslim population with estimates varying from five to nine million out of a population of 60 million, has long prided itself on its stern approach to terrorism.

Mr Sarkozy's crackdown on those "promoting radical Islamist polemic" was disclosed at the end of a week that began with French anger at Britain's failure to extradite the alleged financier of Islamist bombings in Paris in the mid-1990s. Rachid Ramda, 35, an Algerian, has been held for 10 years while fighting attempts to return him to stand trial. Survivors and victims' relatives who gathered this week at the St Michel station in the heart of Paris to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the worst attack, which killed eight, called on Britain to "stop protecting" Ramda.

They are unimpressed by his supporters' claims that he is a "gentle and peaceful" man who devotes his time in the Belmarsh top-security jail in south-east London to learning the Koran by heart, studying English literature and comforting other Muslim prisoners. Charles Clarke, the Home Secretary, has approved Ramda's extradition - as did his predecessor David Blunkett - but his removal depends on High Court proceedings.

French ministers and commentators have long expressed exasperation at British handling of individuals who support terrorism, arguing that greater emphasis is being placed on their human rights rather than on security interests.

Mental and Physical Equality.

What makes a balanced person? Is balance achieved through academia? Does equality in a persons health mean being in good shape? Well the answer in my opinion is both yes and no.

To have a balance / equilibrim of life I feel one needs to have both. A love to keep learning and ever redefineing personal opinions and striveing to set and accomplish goals. If a goal is set one has to work to achieve it. To achieve it does not mean getting up and running every morning only. There in lies the problem I feel with most people not achieveing a sense of accomplishment within themelves on goals.

A goal is only a wish list. To actually surpass the goal one needs to listen, research and strive to shatter the bar. By listening I mean keeping an open mind to what others are saying and doing. Look listen to their points of veiw and experiances on things. Even though they may be totally off the mark. It may help one learn from their mistakes. To be balanced it is very important to know where one sits before they stand. I used to think certain people were incredibally knowledgable on certain topics untill I researched myself. I then found that I was totally bamboozelled by flash and glitter. That certain people were blowing smoke, a dazzeling color of smoke and mirrors , but no substance of the truth.

Physically if one is not feeling good , or basically is always depressed they are no fun to be around. Ending depression can be as easy as getting up and going outside in the sunshine for a walk. Lookig at the beauty of nature all around. Or it can take years of theropy. I think that goal setting and achievment is the better way of getting rid of depression myself. A lot cheaper then being on an uncomfortable couch in some shrinks office. The sense of achievment is euphoric in my mind. A self realization and satisfaction to knowing hey I did this.

By listening, researching and reevaluating topics/ opinions. Combinding this with certtain personal goals, confidence and self worth will be created and nutured. This leads to a balance and an Equality in Mental and Physical being.
Thats my opinion.

Naive Hugh Hewitt

Hugh Hewitt is a dove trying to portray himself as a hawk. Though his opinions on most things appear to be conservative he misleads well. When it comes to the war on terrorism, like many of the so called conservative talkers. He fails to see the big picture. Allowing himself to be fooled by so called Islamic Moderates ( an oxymoron in itself) He condems the idea of bombing Mecca.
Ok maybe Mecca is not a good place to bomb. So tell me what is? The whole notion of terrorists useing a nuke here in America is very plausable. But does Hugh and other arm chair generals think that a nuke will not destroy historical locations, hospitals, and churches. Oh yeah thats right when we dropped the hydrogen bomb on Hiroshima it left the buddist temples alone. Yeah right. I have been to both Hiroshima and to Nagasaki. The "bomb" was not discriminate on what and who it destroyed. It cleaned house in a big way. Now that was a hydrogen bomb not nearly as powerful as tactical nukes are.
In a war, and this is a war we can not hold back our punches. This is not a fight being held to the Queen of Marqesburry rules. It is a winner take all, knock down drag out fight. The rules are clear, however the terrorist do not play by the geneva convention. They have altered the rules. In this type of game we need to adapt and play by their rules. Yes this sounds extreme and cruel. Let me remind you of the screams of the poor hostages who were beheaded and video taped. The last thing their families and friends remember of them is their screams of pain as their heads are severed from their bodies. How hostages are beaten and cruelly treated.
When Black Jack Persion was in charge of the military in the Philippeans he had an insurection to handle. How did he set the rebels back for close to 60 years? He adapted their behavior and gave them a taste of their own medicine. Yes I am talking about his execution of 49 out of 50 prisoners. Leaving the 50th alive to tell the other rebels what their fate was if they did not cool their actions down. Need I remind you once again of Vlad the Impailer. How the church sanctioned him to defend Christianity in eastern Europe? Impailing 100,000 muslims. Treating them as they treated Christians.
If the so called moderate Muslims realize that if they do not do something themselves about the radical Islamofacists they too are going to suffer. It takes a messages of extreme proportion to answer an extreme measure. An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth. This is what the radicals believe. So let them understand that a nuke which again is not discriminating in what it destroys, will beget a nuke.

Judicial Activism

Anyone listening to yesterdays news, (July 28th,2005) better be hopping mad. Amazing that someone on the bench would have such a disregaurd for the safety of the citizens of this country. A total lack of respect for the system he is supposedly upholding. This one judge I refere to needs to be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY from the bench and disgraced.

Hugh Hewitt sums up the actions of this bone head:
Whatever the message the judge hoped to send, the one he in fact did send was to Islamicists all around the globe: Come to America. Try and kill us. Either you succeed and get to your version of heaven, or you'll get a second chance 22 years later after spending a couple of decades setting up networks that can help you with round 2.
The arrogance of this renegade judge's lecture is simply beyond belief. Congress should summon the judge to testify as to his inane remarks, but precede and follow his appearnce with panels comprised of vitims of terror and the families of military killed in the war.

I am ashamed to say Judge Coughenour is a Reagan appointee.

Captian Ed's blog continues:
I will point out something that Judge Coughenour seems to have forgotten in his zeal to hold himself up as a Constitutional protector, as opposed to the rest of us police-state brownshirts. We captured this terrorist on American soil, mostly by luck and the sharp eye of airport security. Under most circumstances, that does mean that the civilian courts would come into play. If we had traced the terrorist using highly-sensitive intelligence capabilities, however, we would have to have exposed them in Judge Coughenour's court, making them unusable after a single prosecution.
Next, a point which Coughenour elides, the detainees at Guantanamo and elsewhere were captured outside the United States, as part of our military operations. Those people not only do not qualify as civilian prisoners, they don't qualify as POWs. Even if they qualified for the latter, the Geneva Conventions do not allow us to try them in civilian courts.

It's all well and good to sit on one's high horse (or bench, in this case) and proclaim one's devotion to the Constitution. It's quite another to understand the proper application of law in wartime and the nature of the enemies arrayed against us. It comes as no surprise that Judge Coughenour displays his expertise at the first and his absolute incompetence at the second, especially given the laughably light sentence he handed to a man who planned on blowing up hundreds, if not thousands, of Americans to celebrate his religion and the new century.

The political statement made by this activist poseing as a judge is amazing. It shows how out of touch witrh the law and reality the left has gotten. Not even looking at the differances in circumstance in which this bomber was caught. He has the balls to compare him to those apprehended on a battlefield to someone caught in a civil arena.

Why CAFTA should not be passed

Good Reasons To Reject CAFTA

Good reasons to reject CAFTA

By Bill Graves

Congress is debating the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), also known as son of NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement). America presumably benefits from "free" trade, and CAFTA allegedly will open up billions in trade between the United States and Central America. However, here's the other side of the story.

With CAFTA, as with its membership in NAFTA and the World Trade Organization, America will surrender more of its sovereignty as a nation and its states' rights to outside tribunals. For example, California's legislature passed a bill in 2004 to dispose of millions of scrap tires by recycling them into asphalt for road construction. When Mexican rubber producers claimed the bill violated NAFTA, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, citing NAFTA supremacy, vetoed the bill.

U.S. courts were overruled by a NAFTA tribunal in a dispute between Canadian and American firms. Afterward, a NAFTA tribunal judge said, "If Congress had known that there was anything like this in NAFTA, they never would have voted for it." He shouldn't be so sure. Rep. Ernest Istook, R-Warr Acres, who voted for NAFTA, believes that "U.S. sovereignty is less important than fostering interdependence and cooperation among nations with international bodies and tribunals."

Since NAFTA's passage, the U.S. trade surplus with Mexico was replaced by a trade deficit above $50 billion annually and a cumulative trade deficit exceeding $300 billion. The trade deficit with Canada and Mexico ballooned to 12 times its pre-NAFTA size. Moreover, 500,000 illegal immigrants annually make it across the border to take up American residence and enjoy the numerous social programs provided by overtaxed Americans. That will increase under CAFTA.

John Sweeney, AFL-CIO president, is firmly opposed to CAFTA because it is an extension of NAFTA. He said, "NAFTA has cost U.S. workers 900,000 jobs and job opportunities." Meanwhile, NAFTA didn't help Mexican workers as its supporters predicted, but Mexico's real wages fell and the number of poor increased.

Pat Buchanan said that with CAFTA, in return "for access to our market, we get access to six Central American markets with a total economy the size of" that of New Haven, Conn. Thus, about the only things the United States will be exporting to Central America are jobs, industry and capital as more factories seek to escape the U.S. tax and regulatory burden. In exchange, the United States will get even more illegal immigrants who are greatly attracted to the U.S. welfare state.

Despite all the talk about free trade, CAFTA's real purpose is not free trade. On May 31, President Bush said there is a "geopolitical, as well as economic, concern for CAFTA" in order to "support young democracies" in the region.

The columnist Charles Krauthammer said CAFTA gives America a chance to pull millions "out of poverty." Since when is it Congress' job to get non-Americans out of poverty? CAFTA, rather than being a "free trade" pact, is a disguised form of foreign aid.

Oklahomans should urge their congressmen to put not Central America's, but America's, economy first and reject the globaloney of CAFTA.

CAFTA undermines immigration laws

By: TOM TANCREDO - Commentary

Congress will soon take up the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), which many see as an extension of NAFTA and a precursor to the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas that would convert all of North and South America into one integrated market.

Opinions about CAFTA's impact on the regional economy vary widely among members of Congress based largely on what the agreement will do for their constituents. But in the rush to highlight who wins and who loses when these trade barriers come down, almost everyone has overlooked the troubling non-trade provisions that are tucked into the voluminous document.

CAFTA would do more than just phase out tariffs and open new markets ---- a lot more. For example, buried among its nearly 1,000 pages, the agreement contains an expansive definition of "cross-border trade in services." This definition would give people in Central American nations a de facto right to work in the United States. CAFTA is more than a trade agreement about sugar and bananas. It is a thinly disguised immigration accord.

The immigration provisions are cloaked as "service agreements" in the document that have become standard fare in most trade agreements.

One article of CAFTA reads, "Cross-border trade in services or cross-border supply of services means the supply of a service ... by a national of a party in the territory of another party." CAFTA goes on to stipulate that member nations take care to ensure that local and national "measures relating to qualification requirements and procedures, technical standards and licensing requirements do not constitute unnecessary barriers to trade in services," and to guarantee that our domestic laws are "not in themselves a restriction on the supply of the service."

What those provisions mean is that a foreign company would be empowered under CAFTA to challenge the validity of our immigration laws. If an international tribunal rules against us, Congress would then be forced to change our immigration laws or face international trade sanctions. These tribunals have the authority to rule that U.S. immigration limits, visa requirements, or even licensing requirements and zoning rules are "unnecessary burdens to trade" that act as "restrictions on the supply of a service."

This hidden legislation to open the U.S. border is only the beginning.

The chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means, which oversees most international trade matters, believes that these kinds of immigration provisions are fair game for future trade deals as well.

If CAFTA were really just about trade, the agreement would be little more than a few pages long, declaring that tariff treatment for U.S. and Central American goods will be on a reciprocal basis. But it isn't. In reality, CAFTA is about expanding a growing body of international law that supersedes our own.

If CAFTA is approved, Congress' "exclusive" authority to regulate immigration policy will be subjugated to the whim of international tribunals and trade panels ---- in much the same way that Congress' once supreme constitutional authority to "regulate commerce with foreign nations," has already been largely ceded to the WTO.

Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo., is a member of the House International Relations Committee.

CAFTA’s role as steppingstone to hemispheric integration and the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA). “[The governments of Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the United States of America] resolved to: … CONTRIBUTE to hemispheric integration and provide an impetus toward establishing the Free Trade Area of the Americas.” (CAFTA Agreement, Preamble)

CAFTA’s subservience to the World Trade Organization (WTO). “[The governments of Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the United States of America] resolved to: … BUILD on their respective rights and obligations under the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization…. The Parties to this Agreement, consistent with Article XXIV of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 [WTO] and Article V of the General Agreement on Trade in Services [WTO], hereby establish a free trade area…. The Parties affirm their existing rights and obligations with respect to each other under the WTO Agreement….” (CAFTA Agreement, Preamble and Chapter 1)

Loss of U.S. independence to the supranational CAFTA Free Trade Commission. “The Parties hereby establish the Free Trade Commission, comprising cabinet-level representatives of the Parties…. The Commission shall: (a) supervise the implementation of this Agreement; (b) oversee the further elaboration of this Agreement; (c) seek to resolve disputes that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement; (d) supervise the work of all committees and working groups established under this Agreement; and (e) consider any other matter that may affect the operation of this Agreement.” (CAFTA Agreement, Chapter 19)

Loss of U.S. independence to World Bank and United Nations tribunals under CAFTA. “Provided that six months have elapsed since the events giving rise to the claim, a claimant may submit a claim … (a) under the ICSID Convention [World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID)] and the ICSID Rules of Procedures for Arbitration Proceedings, provided that both the respondent and the Party of the claimant are parties to the ICSID Convention; (b) under the ICSID Additional Facility Rules, provided that either the respondent or the Party of the claimant is a party to the ICSID Convention; or (c) under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules [United Nations Commission on International Trade Law arbitration rules].” (CAFTA Agreement, Chapter 10) “A Party shall be deemed to be in compliance … if it is a party to and is in compliance with the 1958 United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards….” (CAFTA Agreement, Chapter 20)

Loss of independence of U.S. federal, state, and local governments to regulate service professions and businesses to CAFTA’s “Cross-Border Trade in Services” provisions. “Cross-Border Trade in Services … applies to measures adopted or maintained by a Party affecting cross-border trade in services by service suppliers of another Party. Such measures include measures affecting: (a) the production, distribution, marketing, sale, and delivery of a service; (b) the purchase or use of, or payment for, a service; (c) the access to and use of distribution, transport, or telecommunications networks and services in connection with the supply of a service; (d) the presence in its territory of a service supplier of another Party; and (e) the provision of a bond or other form of financial security as a condition for the supply of a service…. For purposes of this Chapter, “measures adopted or maintained by a Party” means measures adopted or maintained by: (a) central, regional, or local governments and authorities; and (b) non governmental bodies in the exercise of powers delegated by central, regional, or local governments or authorities…. National Treatment 1. Each Party shall accord to service suppliers of another Party treatment no less favorable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to its own service suppliers. 2. The treatment to be accorded by a Party under paragraph 1 means, with respect to a regional level of government, treatment no less favorable than the most favorable treatment accorded, in like circumstances, by that regional level of government to service suppliers of the Party of which it forms a part…. Most-Favored-Nation Treatment Each Party shall accord to service suppliers of another Party treatment no less favorable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to service suppliers of any other Party or a non-Party…. Local Presence No Party may require a service supplier of another Party to establish or maintain a representative office or any form of enterprise, or to be resident, in its territory as a condition for the cross-border supply of a service.” (CAFTA Agreement, Chapter 11)

What were they really doing

Recent arrests of five illegal Arabs with maps to landmarks and historical sites of New York make one wonder what were they really up to and why the maps.

Authorities Arrest Men With NYC Maps, VideoFive Men Detained in New Jersey, Set to Be Deported

July 26, 2005 — Five Egyptian men with maps of the New York City subway system and video of New York landmarks have been arrested by the Joint Terrorism Task Force in Newark, N.J., ABC News has learned.

FBI and law enforcement officials told ABC News the five men — four illegal immigrants and one law enforcement fugitive — were arrested Sunday night following a tip to the Newark Police Department. In addition to the subway maps and video, the men had train schedules and $8,000 in $20 and $50 bills.

The men were identified as: Karim Ahmed Abdel Latif Ahmed, 21; his brother Mahoud Ahmed Abdel Latif Ahmed, 19; Ahmed Mohamed Atta, 30; Mohamed Ibrahim Gaber, 34, and Mohamed Palat Anwar Jozain. When Newark authorities converged at the group's location at 246 Ferry St., Karim Ahmed answered the door and agreed to allow police to enter. Officers said they noticed the maps, and video cameras and Karim and his brother agreed to a search.

Karim said he had the maps because he had a new job as a street vendor. Initially, Karim said no one else was in the apartment, but police came upon the three other men upon further search.

FBI officials said the men have no known link to a terror network but noted that none of them could adequately explain the items they had in their possession, the large amount of money or their reasons for being in the United States. Mohamed Ibrahim Gaber has been a fugitive since he jumped ship from an Egyptian flagged freighter in September 2000.

The men, all of whom claimed to be unemployed civil or chemical engineers, are set to be deported by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

[ If they were unemploted whyn did they have such a large sum of money on them? How come all these so called unemployed illegals have large cash amounts. Is it just a middle eastern thing or something more sinister? Why lie about people in the apartment? Hiding something perhaps? Then the big question how come it took so long to deport these ILLEGALS? ]

Littwin is Smoking Crack

Rocky Mountain News columnist Mike Littwin is way over the top once again in his rantings over a HYPOTHETICAL situation where we ( the United States ) would drop a nuke on Mecca. An idea I think has some real merit.
Lets again take a look at what all this nonsense is about. On a radio show in Florida last week, Rep. Tom Tancredo was asked what we should do if one of these questionable nuclear devices that may or may not be in country were to be set off. His reply was to meet extreme circumstances with extreme measures. It was the talk show host who said nuke Mecca not Tancredo.
Now with all this bolstering over remarks alledgedly said no one is actually taking a second look at the intelligence reports that talk about such an accurance actually happening. The fact of the matter is that government sources are clamming up when asked about reports of possible nukes in the United States. Something that Littwin would never ever consider looking into as it might prove that there is an actual terrorist threat to this country. Something he claims is brought on by our foriegn policy of support for Isreal.
Littwin a 60's reject of peace, pot and the micro dot, tries to disguise his contempt and hatred for anything conservative or morale in meaning by calling himself a journalist. Actually is nothing more than a crackpot himself. Taking liberal stands on everthing from gun control, open boarders, abortion, to eliminating church period as it is in his mind serves no real purpose. Littwin tries to insult the good people of the 6th district in Colorado by insinuating we are idiots for reelecting Tom Tancredo. Well news to Mikey. We keep electing him because unlike you we support him and he shares the majority of the views in the 6th district.
Lets think about what would happen if a nuke was set off in the states in some major city. Wow, schools, historic sites, parks, women , CHILDREN, INNOCENT LIBERLALS all would be killed. Then to look at the enviorment. Good golly Miss Molly. The impact on the enviorment would be devestating for years. Gee Mikey you ever consider this. The fact that plans for such an attack have been found and are being followed up on does not matter. The fact Christian churches, Bhuddist Temples, Jewish Synagoges, Hospitals, and yes Public Libraries would be destroyed. All ILLEGAL targets under the Genveva Convention, ( oh wait the terrorists never signed this document so they do not have to play by the rules). Wow all this destruction and then what should we do? Drop a bomb on who? Where, when? Well a strike back at something that would hurt and demoralize the terrorist might be a good start. Seeing how no Muslim is really speaking out against the radical Islamofacists, Mecca , Medina, Rhyad, and some other places in the middle east should become appropriate targets. If our historical and religuose sites are targets then so should theirs!
Littwin has it in for anyone who wants to stem ILLEGAL immigration. Thus his hatred for Tom Tancredo. Littwin refers to boarder watchers as "dress up in night goggles" crowd. Littwin still hasn't called upon the Mexican government to surrender the cop killer Gomez. He thinks that they are right to keep him from facing justice in the states if it means the death penalty. Hey Mike remember the people of this state are in favor of the death penalty.

I normally wouldn't bother to read Littwins colum except a friend asked me to. They said it was funny. Well it is funny in the fact Mike Littwin calls it journalism. One can usally find Littwins assine comments in the back of the Rocky Mountain News, however today Penny Parker was taking a day off so having nothing else to print in her spot the paper printed Mikes insulting, and misguided, ilinformed ranting of Rep. Ton Tancredo's comment. You can reads it on the Tuesday July 26th, 2005 issue on page 7A.
Then you can contact Mike at .....

Accused murderer's competence debated
By Clayton Woullard And Felix Doligosa Jr., Rocky Mountain News
July 26, 2005

A woman accused of killing two men in Denver last year told a psychiatrist she is a government-paid assassin with plans to form an army of 700 killers.

Dr. Mark Diamond, chief of psychiatry in the forensics division of the Colorado Mental Health Institute, testified Monday in Denver District Court that Amber Torrez, 20, is delusional and not competent to stand trial.

But a second doctor who testified Monday disagreed.

Dr. Karen Fukutaki, a psychiatrist at Denver Health Medical Center, said that based on her 90-minute meeting with Torrez in March, she believes Torrez is competent to stand trial.

Torrez is facing first-degree murder charges for the slayings of John Hand and Masfin Gazahgne.

Hand, the founder of Colorado Free University, was found in his east Denver apartment on March 28, 2004. He had been stabbed in his face, arms, torso and legs.

The next day, Gazahgne, a 45- year-old Freedom Cab driver, was stabbed 39 times.

Torrez was linked to Hand's murder through purchases she allegedly made with his credit card.

The night of Gazahgne's murder, Torrez was arrested in an alley while trying to hide a knife in her jacket pocket. Police said there was blood on Torrez's clothing.

Diamond said Torrez believes she is an assassin hired by the U.S. government.

Diamond also said Torrez described to him plans for a company of 700 assassins she would lead called Shadow Angel Industries that would carry out government- sponsored murders.

"She believes she is doing the right thing by killing people and that the government will reward her," Diamond said of Torrez.

Torrez has rejected her lawyer's options to plead not guilty by reason of insanity and not guilty due to post-traumatic stress disorder. This is because she does not believe she has a mental illness, according to Diamond.

Diamond diagnosed Torrez with a bipolar type of schizo-affective disorder with anti-social personality disorder. He said she is more calm and focused on medication, but holds onto her delusions, chiefly her belief that the murders of Hand and Gazahgne would be forgiven by the U.S. government.

Torrez told him she killed Hand because he attempted to pay her for sex and killed Gazahgne because he tried to rape her, Diamond testified.

Her desire for vigilante justice also stems from incidents in her past, according to Fukutaki, the Denver Health psychiatrist.

Fukutaki testified that Torrez told her that when she was 15 a man approached her from behind, held a knife to her neck and threatened to kill her. Torrez managed to break free, suffering a laceration to the neck, but didn't feel the man was properly punished, Fukutaki said.

Torrez also told Fukutaki of being drugged with the date-rape drug GHB and raped by a male friend who she said was never charged.

Monday's hearing ended before prosecutors and defense attorneys delivered closing arguments, which are scheduled today before Judge Christina Habas, who will decide if Torrez is competent to stand trial.

Tancredo is Right

Activists have blown out of proportion what Rep. Tom Tancredo has said. Speaking hypothetically he suggested possibley nukeing Mecca and Medina, or other Islamic Holy Sites. Ok so what? It was a hypothetical assesment of a possible nuclear attack on the U.S.A. Suggesting an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth response. This is exactly what needs to be done. As I blogged before a response that is just as mean and violant as what these Islamic Extremists hope to do to us.
Well the kowtowing activists and antiAmerican shmucks are taking this oppertunity to go on the offensive and call for the resignation of Rep. Tancredo. All the open boarder morons and hispanic activists are useing this as a plea to get rid of the only memeber of congress who seams to be taking the threat to our national security of a loosely controlled boarder.

Resign from Congress? Tancredo's not buying
By David Montero, Rocky Mountain News
July 26, 2005

Steve Nash wants U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo to resign from office, but he admitted he isn't prone to fantasy, either.

Tapping the back of a poster that read "Tom Tancredo Needs a Time Out" at a rally against the congressman Monday afternoon, he extolled the thickness of his homemade placard.

"We tried to make the sign out of heavy-duty stuff because we figure he will be around for quite some time," Nash said. "A man who would say it's a good idea to bomb holy sites isn't likely to step down anytime soon."

Quite right, Tancredo spokesman Will Adams said.

"The short answer is 'no,' " Adams said when asked if the four-term congressman would consider quitting.

Still, it didn't stop a host of speakers gathered on the Capitol steps from suggesting that very thing - many times over.

First was Hispanic activist Manolo Gonzalez-Estay, who ripped Tancredo for "embarrassing Colorado" with his remarks made on a Florida radio station two weeks ago.

Then came Djilali Kacem, executive director of the Colorado Muslim Society, who said Tancredo damaged the image of the United States with his comments.

"We should not allow (elected) representatives to help . . . al-Qaida recruit more extremists," Kacem said to cheers among the 200 gathered.

And Adrienne Benavidez, executive director of Color of Justice and an opponent of Tancredo's immigration stance, listed a history of wrongs committed by the U.S. government - including the internment of Japanese citizens during World War II. She accused Tancredo of espousing views that led to those events.

"We've been down this road as a country, and I don't want to revisit it," she said.

The wrath of the protesters centered around Tancredo's comment on WFLA radio, in which he responded to a question about terrorists possibly using nuclear weapons with the following exchange between him and host Pat Campbell:

"Well, what if you said something like - if this happens in the United States, and we determine that it is the result of extremist, fundamentalist Muslims, you know, you could take out their holy sites," Tancredo said.

Campbell responded: "You're talking about bombing Mecca?"

"Yeah," Tancredo replied.

Adams said the congressman wouldn't give the protesters the other part of their demand Monday either - an apology.

That suited 55-year-old Debbie Clair of Parker just fine.

Standing alone behind the protesters with a "Tancredo for President" placard in one hand and an American flag in the other, she said people were using the bombing comment to get at an issue that makes them angrier - the congressman's hard-line stance on closing the borders to illegal immigrants.

"They hate Tom Tancredo," she said. "It's personal with these people. And this has everything to do with illegal immigration, not the comment."

Jane the Pain

When will some people realize not to bring up the past or to keep their mouths shut. Internationally disgraceing herself as an American back in 1972 Jane Fonda is at it again.

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - Actress and activist Jane Fonda says she intends to take a cross-country bus tour to call for an end to U.S. military operations in Iraq.

"I can't go into any detail except to say that it's going to be pretty exciting," she said.

Fonda said her anti-war tour in March will use a bus that runs on "vegetable oil." She will be joined by families of Iraq war veterans and her daughter.

They plan to return to the Santa Fe area, where she was promoting her book, "My Life So Far" on Saturday.

Prompted by a question from the audience, Fonda said war veterans that she has met on a nationwide book tour have encouraged her to break her silence on the Iraq war.

"I've decided I'm coming out," she said.

Hundreds of people in the audience cheered loudly when Fonda announced her intentions to join the anti-Iraq war movement.

"I have not taken a stand on any war since Vietnam," she said. "I carry a lot of baggage from that."

Fonda incited controversy in July 1972 when she was photographed sitting on a North Vietnamese anti-aircraft gun while on a tour of the country to drum up support to end the war.

Just wanted to be Popular

Amazing what some people will do to try and be popular. I wonder if she will be popular in prison.

GOLDEN, Colo. - A woman who told police she wanted to be a "cool mom" pleaded guilty to sexual assault charges Monday for having sex with high school boys at parties where authorities said she supplied drugs and alcohol.

Silvia Johnson, 40, pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of sexual assault and nine felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. As part of a plea agreement, prosecutors dropped two counts of distribution of methamphetamine.

"She described herself as a `cool mom,'" Detective R.J. Vander Veen wrote in the affidavit. He said Johnson told investigators "she was never popular with classmates in high school and now began `feeling like one of the group.'"

Prosecutors did not recommend a sentence, but each sexual assault count carries up to two years in prison, and each count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor carries up to six years, district attorney's spokeswoman Pam Russell said.

Johnson, who is free on bail, held parties for the boys almost weekly between October 2003 and October 2004, authorities said. She was accused of providing drugs and alcohol to eight boys and having sex with five of them.

Police said the investigation began after one of the boys told his mother about the encounters, and she reported it to authorities.

[ Will her cell block ask her to hold sex parties?]

One way to take care of Spam

We think of spammers as low life scum. Usally sending out links to porn sites or some adult dating club. In Russia it seems that someone or several people took real offense to a spammer and put an end to his spam e-mails.

Russia’s Biggest Spammer Brutally Murdered in Apartment
Created: 25.07.2005 13:14 MSK (GMT +3), Updated: 12:46 MSK, 41 minutes ago

Vardan Kushnir, notorious for sending spam to each and every citizen of Russia who appeared to have an e-mail, was found dead in his Moscow apartment on Sunday, Interfax reported Monday. He died after suffering repeated blows to the head.

Kushnir, 35, headed the English learning centers the Center for American English, the New York English Centre and the Centre for Spoken English, all known to have aggressive Internet advertising policies in which millions of e-mails were sent every day.

In the past angry Internet users have targeted the American English centre by publishing the Center’s telephone numbers anywhere on the Web to provoke telephone calls. The Center’s telephone was advertised as a contact number for cheap sex services, or bargain real estate sales.

Another attack involved hundreds of people making phone calls to the American English Center and sending it numerous e-mails back, but Vardan Kushnir remained sure of his right to spam, saying it was what e-mails were for.

Under Russian law, spamming is not considered illegal, although lawmakers are working on legal projects that could protect Russian Internet users like they do in Europe and the U.S.

Hypocracy in Action

This following story should make people stop and think. However it won't. Rather some people will stand and applaud this new intrusion on our personal freedoms. The claim of it is in the interests of public health will lead the way as advocates come out of the wood work. Although if one would just look at who will be holloring your stomache should turn . The ones who scream about loosing their civil rights under the Patriot act are all in favor of taking away and subjugateing others to second class status.
If it is not bad enough that Smokers have been forced to go outside in rain, snow, and gosh awful heat as of late. No longer allowed to smoke in many resturants and bars. There are even places that are limiting whether or not you can smoke in the privacy of your own home. Now this proposal from cedrtain activists comes.

Bill Pushed to Stop Drivers From Smoking

Ashtrays have been disappearing in cars like fins on Cadillacs, and so could smoking while driving in New Jersey, under a measure introduced in the Legislature.

Although the measure faces long odds, it still has smokers incensed and arguing it's a Big Brother intrusion that threatens to take away one of the few places they can enjoy their habit.

"The day a politician wants to tell me I can't smoke in my car, that's the day he takes over my lease payments," said John Cito, a financial planner from Hackensack with a taste for $20 cigars.

Those cigars, pipes and cigarettes would become no-nos for drivers. Offenders would be stung with a fine of up to $250, under the measure, whose sponsor said it's designed more to improve highway safety than protect health.

Some states, including New Jersey, have considered putting the brakes on smoking while children are in the car. But none have gone for an outright ban on smoking while driving, according to Washington, D.C.-based Action on Smoking and Health, the country's oldest anti-tobacco organization.

Smokers, feeling like easy targets, say enough already. They argue they've been forced outside office buildings, run off the grounds of public facilities, and asked to pony up more in per-pack excise taxes when states feel a budget squeeze.

"With smoking, it's becoming increasingly fashionable to target legislation or prohibitions," said George Koodray, a member of the Metropolitan Cigar Society, a 100-strong group that meets in Paterson for dinner and a smoke.

Assemblyman John McKeon, a tobacco opponent whose father died of emphysema, sponsored the legislation. He cites a AAA-sponsored study on driver distractions in which the automobile association found that of 32,000 accidents linked to distraction, 1 percent were related to smoking.

The measure, co-sponsored by Assemblywoman Lorretta Weinberg, a fellow Democrat, was introduced last month just before lawmakers' summer break. It faces some improbable odds for passing.

Some lawmakers may fear the bill is frivolous compared with more pressing issues like taxes, said political analyst David Rebovich.

And there's this to consider: Traffic safety groups acknowledge motorists now widely ignore the state's year-old law against using hand-held cell phones, so why would smoking be any different?

Mitchell Sklar, of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police, said police departments may balk at enforcing such a law. "In general, we'd rather not try to incrementally look at every single behavior and make those a violation," he said.

What will these self rightouse morons try to push on the public next? We can't have any more authority given to police and the government in the name of national security but we can sure violate the rights of smokers by over taxing them and limiting even more where they can smoke.

A certain person i know of who I will not name because he would cry if it be known his liberal hypocracy he holds dear. Claims that his personal liberties are being taken away from him due to the Patriot act. The fact he is obnoxiouse, not funny and overbearing in his attitude on all topics ranging from Sports to the War in Iraq. He finds that the smell of smoke is offensive. He bemoans constantly when I go down the elevator 6 floors and then outside to lite up. "I can smell it on you and it sickens me. I can't stand the smell. Don't you know smoking is bad?" This is a daily argument that I win as I reply its legal buddy. His support for medicinal marijuanna is amazing seeing how it is harder on the lungs and body then a filtered cigarette. This man is a tyical hypocrite on this and gun control topics. Argueing that smoking should be outl;awed period and guns too. Only criminals should have guns in his mind and all criminals smoke cigarettes.
Useing his illogical approach to things government should not be involved in anything unless it supports his views. Hypocracy in action

A Democrat sinks to a new low

Amazing the depths that so called liberals will sink to in oreder to further their beliefs. the Lt. Govenor of Pennsylvania crashed a funeral of a Marine SSGT.
According to the family of this honorable man the Lt. Gov said that the government did not support this war. What kind of message does this give the grieving family. Did their family member die in vain? Is this what the insensitive political pompus ass try to convey to the family.

The family of a Marine who was killed in Iraq is furious with Lt. Gov. Catherine Baker Knoll for showing up uninvited at his funeral this week, handing out her business card and then saying "our government" is against the war.
Rhonda Goodrich of Indiana, Pa., said yesterday that a funeral was held Tuesday at a church in Carnegie for her brother-in-law, Staff Sgt. Joseph Goodrich, 32. She said he "died bravely and courageously in Iraq on July 10, serving his country."

In a phone interview, Goodrich said the funeral service was packed with people "who wanted to tell his family how Joe had impacted their lives." Then, suddenly, "one uninvited guest made an appearance, Catherine Baker Knoll." She sat down next to a Goodrich family member and, during the distribution of communion, said, "Who are you?" Then she handed the family member one of her business cards, which Goodrich said she still has.

"Knoll felt this was an appropriate time to campaign and impose her will on us," Goodrich said. "I am amazed and disgusted Knoll finds a Marine funeral a prime place to campaign."

Observations on the Economy

Why is it every time you turn on the news be it radio, television , or simply opening the paper and reading all you see is how bad the economy is. Is there a sinister plot to ruin, and plunge the masses into a reccession? Yes by the way the economy is reported I truely believe so.
Facts are simple. The NASDAC and the Dow all show an increase in investment and growth by anywhere from 4 to 6 % each. The Dow is well over 10,000 and fluxuates several hundred points a day. With the volume now on the Dow it is resonable to see this. While many people are becomeing smarter shoppers the economy isnt all that bad.
Sure there is a problem with younger workers or unskilled laborers not able to find jobs. This however is not due to a lack of employment out there, but a result in the hireing of ILLEGAL ALIENS, who take these lower paying jobs away from citizens.
Despite the alarmist claiming no one is saving or investing the evidance is right before ones eyes as they can see this is not true. Sure people are not dumping blindly into the markets as they did in the 90's but again we are becoming smarter and more educated in what our hard earned money is put into. The dot com scams blindly invested in are not being invested into now. We learned that there has to be substance or a product to back up shares of stock.
Larger companies are finding that stock holders are wanting more information and accountability on their investments. The general public is wiseing up to the fact corporate America has been over charging them for years. As is evident by the Auto industry offering supposedly great deals on their products. Why is the buyer paying an additional 10 to 15 thousand dollars for a vehical mark up? Well they aren't anymore as we now have employee discounts. ( com'on any one believe that the auto industry is loseing money on these sales has their head in the sand). What is happening overall is companies are no longer able to over inflate their bottom line and dupe the investor on inflated quarterly reports. This is why many in the news are reporting a slow sluggish economy.
( these elitist also do not want you to know that like the rest of us the also shop at Wal-Mart ).

To sum up my opinion of the economy: The consumer is shopping smarter. Educating himself on investing, and holding accountable those he trusts his money to. The economy is slow but will pick up as more and more consumers take control away from corporations and brokers. When ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION is also stemmed we will see jobs increase and wages stabalize again. For now wages will decrease as long as we allow companies to hire ILLEGALS for low wages instead of citizens at standard wages.

Muslim Truth be told

The truth of what the Islamic faith wants and craves is now starting to come to life. We have been asking where are the moderate Islamic leaders, why are they not speaking out against the murder of innocents. Well the answer is simple. Looking beyond the political correctness and sham of so called peaceful Muslims their plan of world domination is coming to light.
Centuries ago Europe saw an invasion of the Christian Worlds. As the Turks closed in from the east, certain treaties and hostage exchanges took place in order to keep a fragile peace. Nobles gave their children to the Shieks, who in turn used them for their perverse pleasures. One poor youth who became the savior of the Christian worls and a national hero or Rommania was Vlad Dracul. Vlad the Impailer. More on Vlad later.

In recent interviews more and more so called leaders of the Islamic faith are speaking out, but not condemming the acts of terrorism. Instead they claim that these acts are only to save Islam from the evil west. Yeah right bite me you ragheads! One such punk who lives in England now spoke out yesterday.
Attacks on UK will continue, radical cleric says

By Gideon Long
Friday, July 22, 2005; 10:57 AM

LONDON (Reuters) - Militant Islamists will continue to attack Britain until the government pulls its troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan, one of the country's most outspoken Islamic clerics said on Friday.

Speaking 15 days after bombers killed over 50 people in London and a day after a series of failed attacks on the city's transport network, Sheikh Omar Bakri Mohammed said the British capital should expect more violence.

"What happened yesterday confirmed that as long as the cause and the root problem is still there ... we will see the same effect we saw on July 7," Bakri said.

"If the cause is still there the effect will happen again and again," he said, adding he had no information about future attacks or contacts with people planning to carry out attacks.

Bakri, a Syrian-born cleric who has been vilified in Britain since 2001 when he praised the September 11 hijackers, said he did not believe the bombings and attempted attacks on London were carried out by British Muslims.

He condemned the killing of all innocent civilians but described attacks on British and U.S. troops in Muslim countries as "pro-life" and justified.

In an interview with Reuters, Bakri described Osama bin Laden, leader of the radical Islamist network al Qaeda, as "a sincere man who fights against evil forces."

[ Osama a man who fights evil forces? Get real Osama is an extremists, sexist, and radical who wants to destroy, murder, and eliminate all culture that is not in his eyes true Islamic in nature.]

"I would like to see the Islamic flag fly, not only over number 10 Downing Street, but over the whole world," he said.

[ Ah ha, a point that is repeated all the time on Islamic and Arabic television and radio. Preached in their masques. World domination by the Islamic church.]

A hate figure for the British tabloid press, the bearded and bespectacled Bakri said Islam contained "a message of peace for those who want to live with the Muslims in peace."

"But Islam is a message of war for those who declare war against Muslims," he said.

"I condemn any killing and any bombing against any innocent people in Britain or abroad, but I expect the British people to condemn the killing of Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan."

[ He condems any killing as long as the west kowtows to him and his beliefs. Killing of innocents in Afganistan and Iraq? Was it not the Muslims who attack us first? I say yes it was. But this does not seem to matter. Much like the Palastiniens in their so called truces with Isrial. Oh we demand you don't kill us but we will continue killing you. Some line of thought. Submit to us or die. ]

Bakri, a 46-year-old father of six, was born in Syria and lived in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. When the Saudi government expelled him in 1985 he came to London.

Nicknamed "The Tottenham Ayatollah" after the area of north London in which he lives, he has infuriated many Britons with his firebrand speeches and refusal to condemn suicide bombings.

He founded the British branch of Hizb ut-Tahrir, which describes itself as a non-violent political party dedicated to creating an Islamic caliphate centered on the Middle East.

But he split from the group in 1996 and set up al Muhajiroun, which won notoriety in 2001 for celebrating the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon which killed nearly 3,000 people.

Bakri has Syrian and Lebanese citizenship and says he thinks the British government might deport him to one of those two countries in the wake of this month's bombings.

"But I think that would be political suicide for the British government if they started to deport and imprison all extremists and radicals," he said.

"Because if, God forbid, something happened again, they would have nobody left to blame."

[ No one left to blame? Come on who is he kidding. We know he is supporting either by sympathy or physically these thugs. Deportation would be to good for this creep. I say put him in the tower of London and bring back the rack. ]

When Vlad was finnally released to go home to Rommania, the so called peace with Islam was timid at best. Then they (Islamic forces) reinvaded Europe. The Church needed a protector on the eastern front. With the churchs blessing Vlad did this. He stooped to the same level as Muslims and sent these invaders back to their homeland shacking in their boots and causeing nightmares for centuries. This is the only thing Muslims understand. They can cry foul and political correctness with pursecution all they want. It isnt fun when the tables are turned back on them is it. They try to dish it out but deep down they cannot take it. For the fires in the kitchen get to hot for them.

Now during the crusades it was not about Christianity coming to dominate the middle east but to open travel for pilgrims to go and visit one of the holiest places to three of the great religions. Judism , Christianity and Islam all hold Jeruselum as holy but they Islamic church if it had its way would never allow any one but Muslims to see these sites. So the crusades happened.

For thousands of years the Islamic faith has tried and keeps attempting to commite genicide on the Hebrews. Read your bible, any vesion you want they are God's chosen people. Muslims and arabs have savagely murdered Jews in their beds and in their schools and places of worship. To Muslims it does not matter only that Jews die. However Isrial has fought back and hard with strikes at the heart of these thugs. The Jews will live in peace as long as Muslims quit killing them. So in hopes of turning the tide against the Jews the Islamic world has set its goal on persuading the Christian faiths to aid them. They are doing this with terrorism and lies. Purposfully teaching falsehoods in schools and collages about Jews.
It is evident every day when you read a paper and on the front pages are stories of antisematic propaganda. So called proffesors in collages spewing forth their hatred to mush filled brains who do not get a chance to hear another side to this contraversy. Hearing only that Jews and those who support Isrial are evil and oppressive.

I say its time to take the kid gloves off and as the title to Col. Hunts book says ... "Kill them why they sleep"!
Take the fight to them in terms that they can understand. Stop pussyfooting around and do it. When the American Embassy was siezed in 1980 by Islamic radicals in Tehran Iran, Soviet Hostages were also taken in Lebannon. While we sat there under poor leadership of Jimmy Carter the Russians took action. They kidnapped several members of the terrorist group responsible for the kidnapping and sent parts back to those holding the hostages. 96 hours later with apologises to the Russians, they were free. They Russians understood how to deal with these extremists. Just like Vlad did centuries before. As General Sherman from the American Civil War said ..."Leave soldiering to soldiers and politics to politicians". So we must do that now with renewed enthusiasm. Loose the Dogs Of War upon the infidel and reap the whirlwind Ahkmed.

The Morons come out of the Woodwork

Related to the new search procedures inacted by the NYPD, leftist activist groups and those who lack common sense make the following statements:

NYers to NYPD: 'I Do Not Consent to Being Searched'

by Chisun Lee
July 21st, 2005 6:36 PM

Reacting to the NYPD's announcement Thursday afternoon that police would randomly—but routinely—search the bags of commuters, one concerned New Yorker quickly created a way for civil libertarians to make their views black-and-white.
In a few outraged moments, local immigrant rights activist Tony Lu designed t-shirts bearing the text, "i do not consent to being searched." The minimalist protest-wear can be purchased here, in various styles and sizes. (Lu will not get a cut. The shirts' manufacture, sale, and shipment, will be handled by the online retailer. Lu encourages budget-conscious New Yorkers to make their own and wear them everywhere.)

Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly had announced the legally obvious—that New Yorkers are free to decline a search and "turn around and leave." But Lu, who is a lawyer at Urban Justice Center, warned that even well-intentioned cops could interpret people's natural nervousness or anger as "reasonable suspicion." The possibility of unjustified interrogation and even arrest is real, Lu said.

Although police promised they would not engage in racial profiling, Lu said that, as with all street-level policing, people of color and poor immigrants would be particularly vulnerable, especially if encounters lead to arrests.

NYC begins searches

NYC Cops Search Subway Riders
Thursday, July 21, 2005

NEW YORK — Police on Thursday began random searches of bags and packages carried by people entering city subways, a new security measure announced after another round of bomb attacks in London.

"We just live in a world where, sadly, these kinds of security measures are necessary," Mayor Michael Bloomberg (search) said. "Are they intrusive? Yes, a little bit. But we are trying to find that right balance."

The inspections began Thursday on a small-scale basis in at least one location in Manhattan, where a cluster of officers was seen stopping five men over a 15-minute period as they entered a subway at evening rush hour. In each instance, the officers peered briefly into the men's bags, then waved them through.

Full-scale inspections are scheduled to be in place by rush hour Friday.
