Which is more inhuman. A quick and painless death by falling asleep then having your breathing stop, or keeping the same person in a small 7 by 12 foot cell with no human contact. Movement from one cell to another twice a week for one hour at a time. Not allowed to speak or be spoken to.

I personally am in favor of the death penalty. I think that they should be open to the public, and done by either hanging or a fireing squad. The impact of the grafic nature to this type of execution would have a lasting effect on those who think that they can willy nilly be gang bangers. Or just a thug who thinks they can snuff out a life without taking responsibility for their actions.

Anyways Zacarias Moussaouigets life instead of death. Lets just hope in 10 to 15 years we haven't forgotten and some bleeding heart judicial panel lets this camel jocky loose.
