Read the Report!
Read the actual report iof the ALLEDGED abuse at Gitmo. In the report you see it was a Muslum who dropped the Qu'aran [(?) how ever you spell it], not the guard who flushed it down the toilet. ( although when a book is perverted from its origions as much as this one has been maybe flushing it isn't a bad idea).

Notes, "REDACTED explained that during his detention by the US military in Kandahar, Afghanistan, he was beaten by some guards as he was lying face down on the ground. He stated that he was not resisting, and was beaten for apparently no reason. REDACTED further stated that there were other guards that treated him very well."

Notes, "REDACTED stated that he has been in prison for nine months and noone can prove he committed any crime. REDACTED claimed he was mistreated by U.S. Army Military Police soldiers during a recent cell block search . . . REDACTED claimed the Americans were holding his incoming mail. REDACTED was defiant and asked agents to kill him.

Notes that "REDACTED complained about detainee treatment by the guards. REDACTED stated he had heard a detainee had been severely beaten by a guard and had died. REDACTED advised he heard the altercation between the detainee and the guards began when the guards disrespected the Koran. REDACTED complained the guards would take away the Koran as punishment and he believed this punishment was unjust as the Koran is extremely important to Muslim detainees. "
As you can read most are complaining at the fact they heard or claim they have been kicked and or beaten. The lack of physical evidance on their person hints at they are not telling the truth. Personally this is how I look at it. Despite claims by the bleeding hearts these people were caught on a batttle field, not in a uniform and shooting at American Troops. Give them their POW status because then we can legally line the bastards up against the wall and shoot them as spies. End of story. They give us no quarter so why in the hell do we give these towel wearing hate mongerers any mercy at all. An eye for an eye Ali hadji , and your head for our tooth is what I say.
