What a load of hooey and phooey from the administration at Duke University.

"I am, I know, taking a risk in reinstating men's lacrosse," school President Richard Brodhead said Monday in a statement. "The reinstatement is inevitably probationary."


What a risk, really sticking his neck out here (phhhhhhtttttt)..... not.

Brodhead said he didn't decide to reinstate the team until this weekend, after all remaining players agreed to a mission statement that emphasizes academics, tolerance and a code of conduct that, among other things, prohibits underage drinking, university officials said.

While evidance is loading up in the defenses favor on the allegations of rape from the three acused players. Duke is trying to still score points in the politically correct world.

Holdiong a still distateful and unsupportive attitude for the accused, the team, and the former coach. Duke administrators want every one to think they are being open and fair in their decision to allow the team to play next season under strict supervision and new rules of conduct.

Duke would really put their neck on the line if they showed support for innocent untill proven guilty and issues an apology when these three are found not guilty.
