Hugh "Hypocrite" Hewitt
Hugh Hewitt, better know from now on as tripple H for his hypocrosy. Was on Hannity and Colmes last night to talk about his new shamless book in support of Mitt Romney. Hugh once again opens his mouth and inserts his foot. It amazes me that he can ever walk. His foot is so often in his mouth it is even more surpriseing that he can talk for his national syndicated radio show.
Before hand Hugh talked about how Congressman Tom Tancredo from the 6th district in Colorado was wrong. More politely Hugh (not paying attention to the fact it was a hypothetical situation) called Tancredo and idiot. Of course I am refering to the fact Tancredo was commenting on bombing Mecca or Medina if some schmuck terrorist nuked the United States.
Now Hugh has the nerve to beat the drum of the left wing by calling those on the right prejudice and immoral if we do not support Mitt. That we have a bias against Mormans. All this if we do not support the former govenor of Mass.
Talk about being a hypocrit. This is exactly what Hugh claims of the left every time they open thier mouths on a topic. Yet now because he has found a candidate he supports and likes if every one else does not. Then we are automatically anti Morman. Or that we cannot think for ourselves. HOGWASH HUGH!!!
Now I like what Mitt has done as Govenor, and I think a Mitt Guilliani ticket would win the White House. However I am not anti Morman. So should I choose to support Tom Tancredo, or hopefully a Newt Gingrich it does not mean I am anti Morman.
During last nights interview Hugh demonstrated that he falls into the same game plan that he accuses the left of useing all the time. He also demonstrates his own ignorance on things. That he opens mouth and lets his feelings out. Not a bad thing but definately not what a thinker does, or a normal conservative. His line of thinking:
One, that he is bias.
Two, that he is not nearly as smart as he claims.
Three, that he can alienate the voter base faster then a Mexican at the boarder demanding welfare.
Four, that he needs to stick to topics he is suited and versed at. Oh say like picking the looseing teams for the national championship in collage football.
My message to Hugh Hewitt should he ever get down off his high horse and read my blog. THINK BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH! Just because some conservatives support another, more conservative candidate. It does not mean that they are stupid, uninformed, or bigoted. It just means that it is before the primaries and in this country we have the right to support who we choose. Not someone you tell us to.
