Colorado's cost for ILEGALS
After the leftist pushed through thier counter tabor admendments that will cost Colorado taxpayers millions on friviolus spending and welfare programs. A study was done to examine this.
The Rice report has sopme very starteling figures that need to be widely shared.
The total cost to Colorado of illegal immigration for Medicaid, K-12, education and incarceration is $1,025,518,839 per year. That number includes $64,531,983 of State General funds spent on Medicaid for illegals.
Rice also estimates an additional economic loss to Colorado workers of $2 billion ($2,030,807,803) caused by the downward drag of illegal labor to wages paid by Colorado employers.
This is only the cost to Colorado, what about the cost nation wide? If Colorado is looking at 2 plus BILLION dollars, the country has to be in the hundred Billion area.
The open boarder crowd says they are not costing us, or hurting us. Federal stats show that there are well over 250,000 felons that have snuck over the boarder. Thats CHILD MOLESTERS, RAPISTS, AND MURDERERS.
So what is the price we are willing to pay?

Makes me wonder just howmany of them are gang members as well. I suspect many are. In a news report that was aired on Canal 9 (a local news program here) and also reported in La Nacion (one of the largest newspapers in Argentina), it says according to the FBI the central american gangs are growing by leaps and bounds, many of the participants are illegals at that. here is a link for you. http://buscador.lanacion.com.ar/Nota.asp?nota_id=815774&high=pandillas
