From the Mayor of Las Angelas comes this out of both sides of his mouth. Promoting the civic duty of voting Villaraigosa courts the hispanic vote. Knowing that ILLEGALS are not eligable as of yet, though he is workinghard to get the vote for ILLEGALS he has this to say:

Villaraigosa: "Nothing is more important than for people to become citizens to register and vote so the people will hear you."

He is right as our system of a REPUBLIC form of democracy, needs the people to speak out and up. However his intentions are only self serving and racist as he is pro mythical Atzlan.
