Justice served/ still a travesty
Yesterday the verdict came in on the punk Gomez-Garcia. He was found guilty of second-degree murder in the death of Young and attempted second-degree murder in the attempted murder of Bishop. Unfortunately do to his former employer Mayor Hickenlooper, along with the state department, he didnt have to face murde one or the death penalty which he so rightly deserves. Instead part of the extridition process was to eliminate these possible charges.
So what sentance does this cold blooded murderer get. He gets up to 48 years in prison for the second-degree murder conviction and up to 32 years in prison for the attempted second-degree murder charge. In other words this ILLEGAL ALIEN MURDERER can be out in 20 years if he is good.
That does the family of Det. Young a lot of good as they have to spend the rest of their lives knowing thier husband and father was murdered execution style by an ILEGAL ALIEN who was in the employee of the Mayor of Denver.
Young's daughter, Kourtney, spoke after the verdict was read. "It's not over. We still have to deal with it every day," she said.
"I am still a strong believer that he (Gomez-Garcia) is not sorry for what happened. He's sorry he got caught," said Kelly Young. "In my heart I will never forgive him for taking Donnie away from us."
HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TRIED FOR MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE AND HAD TO FACE THE DEATH PENALTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As per the leftists norm, they "feel" bad for those poor downtroden imbecils that break the law and kow tow to their whims in a farce of real justice. Then the predictable response of the Islamotards. If my memory serves correctly... had not Aljerkawad make the same threat to him as he has to GW in a letter to "come to the light of Islam". This is perscribed by the koran prior to declaring war.
Once more the US has puckered up and kissed the bung hole of corrupt country with complete disregard of common sense.
