Denver Parking Scam
To those in Denver who use a pay for parking lot. In specific ones run by a company called Hall and Hall. You must be aware of a scam that is being pulled by this company. Even more specific you need to know about the one located at 16th and Grant St.
In this parking lot be very very careful as facts come to light it seems that either this lot is pulling a scam on paying customers or they have a problem with an employee by the name of ROB WAYDA. This man is either scimming money from the company or is being supported by the company to lie about paying customers. To add injury to insult. They have the city of Denver backing them up somehow.
See this is a private lot. Private property yet the city will charge $25.00 on a ticket on the word of ROB WAYDA alone without any proof or say from the socalled violater of parking.
This makes one really think as to what right does the city of Denver have to charge a fine to a citizen on private property for a parking violation. Second when one pays for thier parking and there is no reciept how does one prove that they paid. Well in the case that brings this to light a witness was present and will appear in court to testify as to the paying of the said fee.
Denver pay for parking users have been and will cointinue to be abused by these parking lots but it is time to call them to the floor and hold them responsible for their abuse of their customers. In this case a Small Claims Suite is being filled as to the missed work time to have to go and answer false charges of nonpayment, against Hall and Hall specificlly ROB WAYDA.
It is unclear as to what exactly is ROB WAYDA's position with this company is. Is he the lot manager, or does he hold some other position in the company. However since his name and phone number are on the violation ticket. He gets to jump to the front of the line in being called to the carpet.
Questions for ROB WAYDA and Hall and Hall parking are as foillows:
1) Rob are you skimming money and not reporting it to the company or the I.R.S.?
2) How often do you accuse paying customers of not paying and then call the city of Denver to come and issue a ticket?
3) Is the city of Denver in cahoots with Hall and Hall. Trying to raise revenue from people. While supporting a pay system that does not issue reciepts.
4) Is Hall and Hall parking actually behind scamming paying customers?
