Thats what the 9th circut court of appeals has now said. The Service Employees International Union (SEUI), in California won a big endorsment for their open boarder prohispanic fraud support. In a case that involved 33 janitors in Los Angeles who were fired because their Social Security numbers did not match the government’s database. Uh, S.S.N. identity theft in order to work? A fraud. A crime that ruins American CITIZENS lives.

Aramark, the company that was OBEYING THE LAW, and checking social security numbers to the national registry of names and numbers found that 33 employees were useing a number that was not theirs. So they, the 33, were fired. However SEUI said this was unfair and filled a wrongful termination suit and won.

This case, a clear example of how a company can use this data base to determin if an employees is legal or not. Is punished by OBEYING THE LAW. All the while those who support and continue to BREAK OUR LAWS are rewarded. The court ordered that Aramark reinstate these IDENTITY THEFT (migrants who use identites Americans won't) criminals along with packpay that they missed out on after they were fired.

This is another fine example of how our JUDICIAL SYSTEM IS BEING PERVERTED AND DESTROYED. While SCOTUS rules in favor of those who want to kill us and destroy our way of life. Lower courts are ruling against law abiding companies and citizens in favor of criminals.
