A deal is being brokered in order to bring this PUNK/CHILD/PIECE OF GARBAGE back to America to stand trial. He will not have to face 1st degree murder or the death penalty for his crime. Where is the justice? Second degree, 96 year sentance? What is this crap. The Young family is being conned into accepting this in order to get the punk back to Colorado to stand trial.
