What a Fluff piece of reporting

The Denver post is renouned for it's left leaning writing/editorial staff. Once again they show their lack of equal and balanced reporting skill.
The story titled Clash, acquittal stoke advocate's political fire.
[ here is the address to find the artical http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_2849770 ]

If this isn't a feel good huggy touchy artical that leaves out several key points I am unaware then what would fit this description. Though this artical is writen well it neglects to talk about how the Hispanic activist Julissa Molina Soto got in trouble in the first place. As a Denverite myself I have heard her retoric and proillegal immigration stance.
I do not think over all that Julissa is a bad person but again here is someone who wants to change this country from a melting pot into a culture she fled. The fact that illegals flock to America to escape corruption in their own country and poor economies, only to come here and set up corrupt and racist organizations while living off the generosity of bleeding heart morons is amazing. Give me, give me, give me, is all we here from these supposedly oppressed people.
Julissa Molina Soto's stand turned to an arrest. The advocate became the one who needed to be defended, fighting to clear her name. Although she was the one who physically assalted her debate opponet the Post only tells how she is now fighting to clear a wrongful prosecution of her actions. Wrongful(?),let a white man assult a hispanic and it is front page and a hate crime.

["I became scared and suspicious of everything and everyone," she said. "I would think, 'I came here and worked hard to build my reputation and this happened to me."'

Soto's troubles started after she confronted anti-immigration activist Terry Graham last July during an immigration forum at North High School. Words were exchanged. Then, shoves and blows.

And Soto, an activist known for outreach to people in high-risk hepatitis C groups and Latinos with Alzheimer's, was suddenly a criminal defendant facing assault and disturbing the peace charges. ]

This is where the artical leaves out how she lead an assult on Terry Graham and maintained a hostile attitude when the police tried to settle things down. The fact that her trail was a shame much like the O.J. Simpson trial, playing to a small but vocal crowd of activists threatening to cause caos if she was found guilty. The Post also neglected to report that mass intimadation was used and threatened in by her supporters towards local government officials.

Soto does some fine work with people in high-risk hepatitis C groups and Latinos with Alzheimer's. The post neglects to mention that these groups of high risk are in this country illegally. That they pose a major health concern because the majority of infected are running around without proper supervision by medical authorities. Who's fault is this? Well Soto's lack of leadership and falsehood statements that keep these sick individuals from seeking medical attention for fear of deportation, is one of the problems.

Denver is unfortunately an Amnesty city. What does this mean? it means that those living here by birth and LEGAL immigration have to support without question these illegals. That these ILLEGALS can not be stopped or questioned by police when they committe crimes. That they have a blanket get out of jail free card for violationg traffic laws. If they happen to cause an accident while driving then police will not stop them the accident report is writen off as a hit and run. This leaves legal citizens to deal with their insurances while their rates go up. The fact in Colorado it is punishable by a $10,000 fine and up to one year in jail for driving without insurance does not matter to the activists like Soto or to the ILLEGALS.

Soto gets a nice write up with the artical ending that she plans to run for elected office soon. The artical skims over her legal status as well . Mentioning only briefly that her application for citizenship was put on hold due to her misfortunate arrest. The fact she came her nine years ago under questionable means [ a probable boarder jumper herself] helps to emphasise the Post's leaning and flagrent bias to not only legal citizens of this country but to those who are natives of this country.
