Racial Witch Hunt??????
The DNA evidance is coming in and it is proving that the 46 members of the Duke Lacross team were not the rapist of a 27 year old black stripper. However the Raliegh D.A. still wants to prosecute team mebers.
Pressure from the black community is hot on his heals demanding that a white boy from the university team is guilty of the assault. More evidance is coming to light that the stripper was not only drunk when she arrived at the party but not in the best of shape.
Defense attorney's claim photos taken will prove that the stripper was assaulted before she arived. The D.A. however is disenvowing these claims and looking for a grand jury to indite all of the Lacross team.
Police 911 tapes prove that the stripper was drunk and had been assaulted, however the question remains as to who did this.
I say that the second stripper is the key to all of this. As she was with the victem before and after the party. She would have knowledge as to what shape the victem was in prior and after the party.Who she possibly saw and may or may not have been with. This though is scethy as she may have racial motives of her own towards Duke, or the Lacross team.
Now lets face reality. I am not demeaning the victem hear but just stating possibilities.
The victem is an admitted stripper, therefore the chance of her being a prostitue as well are above 50%. This being said, she was also found drunk. Now could it be that before or after the party she ran into three other white men who did the rape and her being in an intoxicated state has confused where and who the assailants are?
Her costripper who was missing at the time the victem was found by police past out in a car at a store parking lot. Where did her side kick go? Could it be that she knows that after the party a trick went bad and then dissapeared? Or could she have set the victem up in order to oblige her pimp? Or say could a pimp, being turned down by the stripper to do tricks for him set the victem up, to teach her a lesson?
I guess we will never know the answer to these questions. The D.A. is to busy kowtowing to political pressure from the black community to go after and prosecute the white Duke Lacross team. The fact that D.N.A. evidance shows 46 members to be innocent of assault.
