My Isreal Vent
I have been fairly silent on this Isreal oppression bunk that is flying all over the place. From Sheppard Smith on Fox to the rest of the MSM. I have had enough of blame Isreal. So many people coming out and talking about how it is arab land, and it belonged to the palisinians first ect ect.
Lets take a look at the history of this disputed land. It goes back a ways.
In 1250 B.C. Joshuah conquered this land claiming it for the Isrealites.
Between 63 B.C. and 313 B.C. the Romans nearly exterminated the Jewish race in this land.
It is believed that the word Palestine is derived from the word Philistien, which were greeks who came from the southern coastal plane of Canaan. Despite some enlighten thinking this does not make then indiginous peoples to the area.
From 639 to 1099 two thousand years later the Arabs made there conquest/occupation of this land. Note that the jewish people were there two millenium prior to the Arabs.
Note that from 1250 B.C.E. to present there has been a Jewish presence in this area. Not only after WWII, but for a hell of a long time.
After the Arab invasion and first occupation of this land, it did not become exclusive to the Arab world. That at no time was there ever . I REPETE ever an Arab or a Palestinian state.
In 1947 the United Nations Partition Plan divided this land up giving the Isrealis mostly desert to farm and develope, while the Arabs were given very fertile land on the West Bank and in the northern Galilee.
It would be 54 years now that there could have been a seperate Arab-Palesinian state, if the Arabs and the Palestinians has lived up to their end of this U.N. plan.
However the Arabs refused to acknowledge the exisitance of an Isreali state.
In 1948 the first modern conflict between Isreal and the Arab states began creating a refugee problem. One that still exists today. Why because the Arab world does not want to do anything about the refugees. Refugees that are Arab. By leaving them in the squaller, they fester a hatred to Jews. Denying their muslem brothers a chance to live in comfort in the Arab/Islamic world they propagandise false hatred at a problem that they themselves (ARABS) created by refuseing the partition plan.
Between 1948 and 1967 the Gaza was governed by Eygpt and Jordan. During this time the Palestinians did not demand their freedom of self rule. Why not you ask. Because the Arab League of nations was formed and for the next 20 years they acted like typical United Nation officials and did nothing.
In 1964 the PLO was formed to liberate the Gaza. this was three years before Isreal captured this land in the 1967 war. Three years before this war the PLO wanted to liberate themselves, but from who. It was fellow Arabs from Egypt and Jordan who were in control not the Isrealis.
March 29, 1979 ... Egypt and Isreal sign peace treaty.
April 26, 1982 ... Isreal pulls out of the Sinai
October 30, 1991 ... Isreal, Syria, Lebannon,Jordan and the Palestinians negotiate a 2 stage 5 year plan of self governing arangment that was supposed to lead to a Palestinian state.
September 13, 1993 ... Oslo agreement signed by the PLO recogniseing Isreals right to exists.
July 25, 1994 ... Jordan and Isreal sign peace treaty.
1996 Oslo fades as the PLO launch attacks.
October 23, 1998 ... the Wye River Memorandum was signed between Isreal and the PLO.
September 4, 1999 ... Sharem el-Shiekh memorandum was signed, restateing all that the PLO and Isreal had previously agreed to.
(NOW THE PALESTINIANS ARE IN SELF RULE IN BETHLEHAM, JENIN, NABLUS, QALQILYA, RAMALLAH, TULKARM, PARTS OF HEBRON AND 450 VILLAGES.)
July 11, 2000 ... at camp David Arafat turns down the best deal ever offered to the Palestinians.
There a brief history of what is happening in the middle east. It is not Isreali oppression but a total lack of fairness of existance from the Palestinians and the Islamic world to allow the Jewish people to live.
I pray and hope that Isreal will do what needs to be done. Eliminate all these Islamofacists who seek their destruction.
