Pandering to the left for votes
If this is not pandering to the left wing extremists in order to get votes, I guess standing at the polls paying people isn't either.
Without any legal justification what so ever Joe Biden mentioned to the news in passing yesterday, Sept 3rd. That Barack Obama and himself would seek legal action against the Bush administration should they get elected to office.
Obama might pursue criminal charges against Bush.
Democratic vice-presidential nominee Joe Biden said yesterday that he and running mate Barack Obama could pursue criminal charges against the Bush administration if they are elected in November. (this is an effort to consolidate extremist under the democratic banner. If there were any illegal activities the Democratic controlled legislature would have and should have brought charges forth already.)

But his statements represent the Democrats' strongest vow so far this year to investigate alleged misdeeds committed during the Bush years. (these comments should not have gotten any notice on an historic day where Gov. Sarah Palin said it like it is and not only put the left on notice but the biased media as well. Letting them know she will do the peoples bidding and not the beltway insiders .)

Only investigating allegations of Republicans and giving a pass to their fellow Dem's on bribery, theft, and being influenced by outside forces.)
