Pitiful Atittude
With an atittude like this one should feel pity on Mary J. Blidge. Her self centered narrow thinking is self racists.

she doesn't think America's changed at all when it comes to race relations. "The blacker you are, the worse it is for you. If you're mixed, you've got a shot. If you cater to what white America wants you to do and how they want you to look, you can survive. But if you want to be yourself, and try to do things that fit you, and your skin, nobody cares about that. At the end of the day, white America dominates and rules. And it's racist."
Friends have told me I lack tact when dealing on certain subjects. Well sometimes the truth hurts and is not pleasent. So sit down or surf to another site cause here it comes.
In a way Mary is right . America is racists, however, and here is the but. It is not the so called white authority that is keeping the balck man down . Nor is it the white man who is the racists. THE BALCK MAN , A FEW POWER BROKERS OF AFRICAN DECENT, are the biggest racists around in this country. There are more millioniares of African decent in this country then white. Partly due to their talent and skill, along with some sharp managers and promoters.
The argument of not getting a chance is so assine absurd it is almost laughable if it was not so shameful. Equal oppertunity is not what it is supposed to be. It has evolved into instatutionalized quotas for race in hireing practices. Not only in government but in the private sector. Educational oppertunities are being squandered and thrown away with the accepted unequal levals in which they are given. A higher standard for whites then for blacks. Why? Blacks are not stuppid nor lack the ability to learn so why are their standards being lowered further then that of whites or any other race of people.
Government assistance programs will by pass a white family in need and doubl;e the hand out to a minority. Why, black activists threaten lawsuits. It isn't raceism that puts people in a position of needing help but a run of bad luck. Why are more balcks on the doll then whites? Because once again it is activists of the same race keeping their race down. Making them dependant on the system and stiffeling their self esteem in order to mantain a power base for their self.
The quota system that is place, politically correct known as equal oppertunity holds [people and buisnesses down. By forceing companies to hire by race and not qualifications is plane WRONG!!!! No wonder an inferiority complex can easily be found in Black America. Knowing you do not have to try and improve onesself and still get a job or handouts from the government will amke one lazy.
To say the white man is holding the balck man down is absurd. look how many rappers are living the life of rieley with all their bling bling and fancy cars. Some with talent , most without. Still making a fortune on a questionable form of music (questionable as I find the vast majority of it noise, with a lack of imagination, creativeness, and listening value. The same old rehashed beat with different lyrics placed over a over gained bass rythem. Scratching on songs someone else made famous.)
America has its faults, sure there are some white racists, but there are more black racists then white, with the hispanic movement upcoming even more racism will be seen. However if Mry J. Blidge doesn't like America I suggest she go and live in another country anywhere. Europe, Africa, or Asia. Then come back here and tell me how racist we are in America. I have lived in foriegn countries, and America is far from racists compared to the rest of the world.
