The state of Minnesota is planning on rewarding ilegals and punishing American citizens who wish to attend Collage in their state. By allowing Ilegals who have a high school deploma and have lived in state for at least three years to pay in state tuition fees.

Now on surface I admit this does sound fair. Yet now look at those who are American citizens who want to attend. Not only do you have to compete with these ilegals (competition is good) but you have to pay more money.

Essentially what this is saying is that foriegn citizens who want an education in Minnesota you can have it at a cheaper rate then Americans. Not only is this unjust to Americans but how about those from say Japan, or Hungary. Why not allow these people to pay a cheaper rate. You would think that the ACLU would be all over this bias act. It favors one minority over everyone.
