More outrage on fox and friends this morning as Lawyers cry foul to being investigated. You want to talk about spinning and forming grey lines to abuseing the Constitution. Here it is folks. Congress wants to reserve the right to when , who , and how they can be investigated for wrong doings.

The debate clause prevents first admendment rights from being violated by one branch of the government from another. It does not prevent the investigation and arrest of officials who break the law.

By Congress getting bent out of shape over a LEGAL act should raise all sorts of red flags to the voters. lawyers are the ones in office and it is lawyers who are being investigated. Is it not lawyers who know the loop holes in the law?

When the FBI went to the third branch of government to get a warrent, this indicates that there is no overiding vindictive act. What this shows is cooperation as it should be between these branches and an act of cleaning and keeping the rule of law as it should be.

If Congress can hide behind a grey line in the debate clause then the executive branch should be allowed to hide behind the first admendment on policy while the judicial branch can twist and abuse the rest of the Bill of Rights.

Civics classes must be made mandatory in High Schools again and qualified teachers hired to teach how this government is supposed to and designed to work. Only this way can the voter make an educated decision in electing their represenatives and stop this abuse of the Constitution.

If Congress is allowed to investigate, prosecute, and sentance its own members, then no one will be held to the letter of the law. Simplified the Legislature writes the law, the Executive branch signs it, and the Judicial branch determines its Constitutionality.

Congress does not have the right or the authority to be held as judge , jury , and executioner of the law.
