Who will get Amnesty?
Here is a great look not only at a failed judicial system, a lack of law enforcement but guess what. This guy could have gotten amnesty in this country under the sham bill Ried, Kennedy and Bush want you to accept.
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP) _ A 22-year-old man was sentenced to five years in prison Friday for taking his boss's 13-year-old daughter across state lines to have sex, federal authorities said.
Erik X. Sanchez, a citizen of Mexico who last lived in Norwalk, pleaded guilty in April to transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
On June 11, 2006, Norwalk Police received a call from parents who reported that their 13-year-old girl daughter was missing. They had last seen her the night before.
Three days later, Sanchez was arrested at a bus station in St. Louis with the girl, authorities said.
At the time, he worked for the landscaping company owned by the girl's family.
He admitted that he took the girl from Connecticut to New York and engaged in illegal sexual activity, authorities said.
The pair boarded a bus in New York City with the intention of going to California, where they would live with Sanchez's sister.
Authorities learned from one of the girl's friends that she had telephoned from New York.
FBI agents were able to trace telephone calls she made to a bus station in Indiana and learned the bus was headed to St. Louis. On June 14, agents stopped the bus, boarded it and arrested Sanchez, prosecutors said.
Sanchez has been detained since his arrest in Missouri. Sanchez, who is in the United States illegally, will be deported to Mexico after his jail term, prosecutors said.
NOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS?

A 13 YEAR OLD IS NOT CAPABLE OF MAKING A DECISION TO CONSENT LET ALONE HAVE GOTTEN THROUGH PUBERTY YET. IF THAT WAS MY DAUGHTER THIS SANCHEZ WOULD HAVE A LOT MORE THEN A SLAP OF DEPORTATION TO WORRY ABOUT.
3) TAKING A MINOR ACROSS STATE LINES THIS IS KIDNAPPING. AGAIN ONLY 5 YEARS FOR KIDNAPPING? WHAT THE HELL. THIS BASTARD SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN IN THE STATES TO BEGIN WITH.
4) DO NOT TELL ME HE WASNT THAT MUCH OLDER. DO THE FRICKEN MATH. 9 YEARS OLDER!!!! SANCHEZ IS AN ADULT LEGALLY (ALTHOUGH HIS MORALS AND ETHICS WHICH ARE THE SAME FOR MANY SOUTH OF THE BOARDER. THEY DO NOT FLY HERE) SHE IS BARELY A TEENAGER.
