Obama Television

Presidential candidate Barack Obama has purchased a television channel on cable. Channel 73 on the Dish Network is now The Obama Channel. Is this a violation of the fairness in broadcasting act, that is if it were brought back as the democrats want?

Is it now a violation of FEC standards when it comes to equal air time for opposing candidates? Is this being investigated or even looked into by any one?

Having worked in the broadcast industry for four years. My understanding of political adds is that if one party runs and add, the other party is entitled to do the same. Cost for such adds cannot be at different rates and the opportunity must be allowed for opposing views.

This being said does the broadcasting of a single candidate on an exclusive channel for said candidate violate this provision of the law. Not that it matters as Obama has violated election laws like a hot knife through butter. Accepting donations from foreign entities. Running an in your face voter fraud campaign through left wing activist like ACORN, LA RAZA, and MeCHNA.

Lacking morals and responsibility in his campaign with deceitful lies and smear tactics. Using the race card at every turn should any one question him on any topic from A to Z. The list goes on and on.

What is needed to be known is this. Is it necessary to have a pro Obama channel when the MSM is in the tank for Obama and the spin machine in full production and avoidance of Obamas true agenda and stand on all topics. Can John McCain get his message out with out the deceitful editing of public appearances and lies by the Obama machine and press.
