Senator Harry Reid came out and made a very truthful statement , but no one was listening to the message.

"Tonight we are sending a clear message to the American people ...."

Yes and the message is this. We in Washington know better than you. We, the power in this country do not care about you the American. Despite the gloom and doom we are telling you. We see that we are lying to you and we will do WHAT WE WANT, WHEN WE WANT, HOW WE WANT, and there is nothing you the American can do about it.

That is the message Harry Reid has sent.
