This should , and had best be a wake up call to all Americans on what this leftist liberal government is going to try and do. As President Elect Obama, who claims he is a professor of Constitutional Law demonstrates his lack of knowledge. Specifically that of the 17TH Amendment. Which clearly outlines how a U.S. Senator is placed into office.
The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote. The electors in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures.
When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of each State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct.
This amendment shall not be so construed as to affect the election or term of any Senator chosen before it becomes valid as part of the Constitution.
Not only is the lack of intelligence evident in this incoming administration, but the clear abusive and denial of the peoples will by harry Reid, among others is insulting and troubling.
The law prevailed in this case but will it prevail in any form accountable to the obvious theft, and fraudulent recount in Minnesota. As Sen. Harry Reid throws a fit do to the fact his hand picked shoe lickers are not being placed into office to support his over reaching power base. The law and the people demand an investigation into the counting and not counting , recounting, double counting of votes in Minnesota to favor Al "I AM A JOKE" Frankin.
Make no mistake about it. The only reason that Frankin is being supported by senate Democrats is that he will vote and follow along with all and any ill conceived plan that they come up with. Minnesota has done themselves no favor in having this man represent them in the Senate.
Harry Reid is a power hungry bureaucrat. One that with aid from other leftist in Congress are the real oppressors to the people of this Great Nation. The next two years are not only going to be interesting , but dangerous to America.
