The democratic Presidential campaign claims to have change as a primary goal. To shake things up and no longer be caught in the rut of Washington. However for this to come about the decision was made to choose Joe Biden, Senator from Delaware.

How in the world can they expect me to believe they will bring about change with Joe Biden. Elected to the Senate in 1972, thirty six (36) years ago. Now an entrenched senior democrat. He represents part of the problem we have in Washington. The problem being never to have had a real job. It is easily arguable that a person in office for over 20 years has lost touch with the populace, let alone over 30 years.

Joe Biden on Abortion:

No public funding for abortion

Accepts Catholic church view that life begins at conception. Yet still supports abortion?

Voted NO on defining unborn child as eligible for SCHIP.

Voted NO on prohibiting minors crossing state lines for abortion. (so he not only supports abortion but letting minors have abortion and going out of state to another in order to get an abortion). Voted NO on notifying parents of minors who get out-of-state abortions.

Not much of a change in this stance is there?

Joe Biden on Budget & Economy :

Invest in new programs by ending war & eliminating tax cuts.

Voted NO on $40B in reduced federal overall spending.

Voted NO on prioritizing national debt reduction below tax cuts.

This is the same old tired stance that the democratic party has tried to push since President Reagan. New programs in liberal terms means programs that reduce not increase military readiness.

Joe Biden on Civil Rights:

Voted NO on recommending Constitutional ban on flag desecration. (long time anti patriotic view of liberals, a stance since the sixties.)

Voted NO on constitutional ban of same-sex marriage.

Voted YES on adding sexual orientation to definition of hate crimes. (helping to create another minority that already has civil rights but is demanding special rights)

Voted YES on expanding hate crimes to include sexual orientation.

Voted YES on setting aside 10% of highway funds for minorities & women. ( a clear indication of not wanting to follow a given budget, but increase spending in social programs.)

Re-introduce the Equal Rights Amendment. (a cheap exploitative job of trying to keep minorities ill informed of what is already on the books and win their support/vote)

Joe Biden on Corporations:

Voted YES on repealing tax subsidy for companies which move US jobs offshore. (supports subsidies but not in the oil industry, hurts the American taxpayer by increasing fuel prices.)

Voted YES on reforming bankruptcy to include means-testing & restrictions. (making it easier to from bailout legislation.)

Voted YES on restricting rules on personal bankruptcy. (hurting the taxpayer who is prayed upon by unethical business practices.)

Rated 32% by the US COC, indicating an anti-business voting record.

Joe Biden on Crime:

Voted NO on limiting death penalty appeals.

Voted NO on limiting product liability punitive damage awards.

Voted NO on restricting class-action lawsuits.

(favors clogging up the courts with class action lawsuits that are out of hand and only benefits the lawyers pockets. Not a change at all!)

Voted NO on rejecting racial statistics in death penalty appeals.

Rated 71% by CURE, indicating pro-rehabilitation crime votes.

(same tired old policies of rehabilitation versus punishment)

Divert drug offenders out of prison system. Voted NO on increasing penalties for drug offenses.
(liberal belief that certain drugs are not harmful and should not be punishable. No change in the thinking here of the liberals)

These are just a few of the examples where there is no hope of change being brought forth.

Now that John McCain has announced his choice in Vice Presidential candidates, the left pundits are now running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. Grasping at straws and trying, but failing to spin the truth of the matter.

Listen up lefties. IT WON'T WORK!

Susan Palin is more qualified then Obama, and she does bring the hope and change to Washington that people are looking for.

With strong middle class values. Values that represent America. Gov. Palin is that. For the feminist who want to through tier support behind Obama, they need to look at Gov. Palin hard and long. She is the epitome of what the NAGs are trying to achieve.

Gov. Palin is a strong, intellectual, forceful woman who has been looked at for her character and not her looks. These are what the NAG's (national association of gals) claim to strive for. How in all honesty can they not come out and support her?

The claim that she has limited and no experience, that she was picked only for political reasons in order to get the "Hillary" vote. Explain to me then what the decision for Joe Biden was. If his pick was not political then what was it. Joe Biden in no way represents change in Washington. If anything he represents the same old good ol'boy atmosphere of a do nothing elitist crowd. If any one was chosen for political reasons it was Biden. A poor foreign policy failure. A failed leader in the senate, and a failed senator. Just what has he really forced through in the way of legislation that had benefited America?

The democrats like to claim they are for the working man. However looky here. Susan Palin was a union member and her husband is one. They came from the work ethic and raised themselves up to better themselves. Along the way they have worked to help other better themselves. This is a win win for both union and nonunion people.

The left do not want to touch Gov. Palin because they can't. The same old koolaid of the V.P does not matter backfires against them as they turn around and praise their selection of a Vice Presidential candidate. When they say Obama and Biden reach across the isle, it backfires. McCain lead the gang of 14 ( most republicans did not like by the way) Palin made her legislature come together and work for the people.

When they cry she has no foreign policy past. It backfires. She works with Canada and Russia on fishing, oil, wildlife management, and wilderness management. That's more then Obama has.

The left does have a lot to cry about. If you think about it. The republicans have a chance here to keep the office of President republican for another 12 years.

America's Right sems to be the source of any information on this case filed against the Democratic Presidential candidate. The MSM refuses to pick up on this front page issue.

So how does the MSM look at any story that sheds light on the true Obama?

They label it as full of misstatements and inaccuracies , even though the only misstatements are based on what Obama has said or authorised.

I am truly amazed at the youth of this country. Just how bad has the educational system gotten.

Who else has seen some of these man on the street interviews where the youth are asked simple questions. Questions that have the answer given to them and they still get them wrong.

When they are shown pictures of the democratic leaders and they cannot identify them? Just how informed are these youth that the press claims are so involved in the campaigning?

Or how about the simple question of what change are you looking for. The answer is a conglomerate of inane ramblings that are not only incoherent but have no base or direction. Only the key phrase of we need a change and a new direction is volunteered as an answer.

When a competent reporter tries to isolate an intelligent answer they do not get one. Just more ramblings that include koolaid talking points form the democratic party. Talking points that in themselves do not have substance but are loaded with platitudes.

This election has got to go down in history as not only the most staged and strong armed, but as the most uninformed and uneducated election ever.

A look at Obama's policies is a must now that he and the democrats (or better known as the socialist party) are getting ready to railroad this country into bankruptcy and second world status. Through a rehash of bad leadership and more bailout, big brother acts.

Civil right policy:

Pay Inequity Continues: For every $1.00 earned by a man, the average woman receives only 77 cents, while African American women only get 67 cents and Latinas receive only 57 cents.

Hate Crimes on the Rise: The number of hate crimes increased nearly 8 percent to 7,700 incidents in 2006.

Efforts Continue to Suppress the Vote: A recent study discovered numerous organized efforts to intimidate, mislead and suppress minority voters.

Disparities Continue to Plague Criminal Justice System:

African Americans and Hispanics are more than twice as likely as whites to be searched, arrested, or subdued with force when stopped by police. Disparities in drug sentencing laws, like the differential treatment of crack as opposed to powder cocaine, are unfair.

(a tired old argument that holds no water. Claiming that only minorities are convicted of crimes. Statistics prove that a majority of crime is committed by minorities therefore the only logical conclusion is a higher arrest and sentencing of minorities.)

Barack Obama's Plan:

Strengthen Civil Rights Enforcement;

Obama will reverse the politicization that has occurred in the Bush Administration's Department of Justice. He will put an end to the ideological litmus tests used to fill positions within the Civil Rights Division.

(the litmus test referred to is the proper use of EOE policies. Where a person is considered on their merit, not on any ethnic or religious basis. Do not be fooled by Obama. He would increase the quota system, eliminating merit and basing hiring practices on quotas in favor of balancing the ethnic balance of employees.)

Combat Employment Discrimination;

Obama will work to overturn the Supreme Court's recent ruling that curtails racial minorities' and women's ability to challenge pay discrimination. Obama will also pass the Fair Pay Act to ensure that women receive equal pay for equal work and the Employment Non-Discrimination Act to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity or expression.

(a noble idea that would remove all entry level pay and discourage one to achieve as an individual. By setting a base pay across the board, removing any individual qualifications that set achievers apart from those who just want to collect a pay check.)

Expand Hate Crimes Statutes;

Obama will strengthen federal hate crimes legislation, expand hate crimes protection by passing the Matthew Shepherd Act, and reinvigorate enforcement at the Department of Justice's Criminal Section.

(another censorship act that would prevent an individual from expressing his or her opinion if it is not politically correct and supportive of a Utopian view, also known as the fairness in broadcasting act.)

End Deceptive Voting Practices;

Obama will sign into law his legislation that establishes harsh penalties for those who have engaged in voter fraud and provides voters who have been misinformed with accurate and full information so they can vote.

(do not be fooled by this wording. Again this is misleading and is not true. What is being passed as fairness is nothing more then another form of censorship to prevent opposing views on policy from being put out as general information to educate voters on new legislation that is not in the voters best interest.)

End Racial Profiling;

Obama will ban racial profiling by federal law enforcement agencies and provide federal incentives to state and local police departments to prohibit the practice.

( This policy should scare people more then anything else proposed. It would bring to an end any form of investigating certain groups that do not hold Americas interest at heart. It would restrict any sort of investigating into extremists who tend to lean towards killing or hurting American citizens.)

Reduce Crime Recidivism by Providing Ex-Offender Support;

Obama will provide job training, substance abuse and mental health counseling to ex-offenders, so that they are successfully re-integrated into society. Obama will also create a prison-to-work incentive program to improve ex-offender employment and job retention rates.

( a socialist view on rehab of criminals who should never be released back into society. Giving convicted felons handouts to help support their ways instead of actually treating or punishing them for their crimes.)

Eliminate Sentencing Disparities;

Obama believes the disparity between sentencing crack and powder-based cocaine is wrong and should be completely eliminated.

(an equalization in the penal system for drug offenders. Making all drug crimes equal under the law and less punishable for more serious drug crimes in order to achieve legalization of drug usage.)

Expand Use of Drug Courts;

Obama will give first-time, non-violent offenders a chance to serve their sentence, where appropriate, in the type of drug rehabilitation programs that have proven to work better than a prison term in changing bad behavior.

( A fancy way of saying more social programs that will be expanded to include second, and third time offenders who refuse to stop wasting their lives away by using drugs. More handouts taken from hard working sober citizens to care for those who refuse to try and be sober.)

Disabilities:

(another way of saying he will continue a very bad policy of the Bush administration. More pretend government handouts to the middle class. A middle class determined by Obama, while shifting a tax burden to those who make over $50,000 a year.)

(A demonstration in lack of experience and arrogance in world affairs. Thinking that by putting huge restrictions on American production he can force the world to adopt the same policies. Something the world already refuses to do.

Job Creation

(Instead of shoring up existing industries and stream lining them, he would create a new industry based on being green and global warming policies. Funding taken away from workers now to give to companies who would force a radical change in our lifestyle as we know it. An increase in union based jobs over right to work policies. Increasing a dependence on foreign energy until a plausible working alternative becomes viable, costing America Independence and wealth.)

(claims that this is not a bailout are false. This plan clearly sets aside funds for bailouts and rewords existing laws that are not enforced now. To create an illusion that he has done the voter/taxpayer a favor. Again more platitudes from the Messiah.)

(A take over of the banking system and businesses who provide credit to consumers. Removing the task of the individual to read the small print and decide if they want to enter into an agreement that is not a wise financial decision. The big brother is here to take care of you and do your thinking approach.)

(More big brother intrusion on decisions made by the individual. A safety valve and bailout for those who make bad decisions in their fiances. The only part of this portion to his policies is the reform in bankruptcy law that allows individuals with medical debt with help. Unfortunately the majority of the high medical bill is a pass on to the American consumer policies that allow ILLEGAL ALIENS to continue receiving free medical care at the American taxpayers expense.)

(More social programs paid for by the taxpayer, in a redistribution of wealth scam. An adoption of European work ethics and removal of the little business man to manage and conduct his business as needed by installing more regulations that hurt not help small businesses.)

(A total sham in failed misdirection. Trying to show the world he is a christian all the while spending 20 plus years listening to a pastor that supported hatred and violence. Then throwing the man under the bus when it was revealed the truth of the sermons. Now attending under another pastor who supports the same radical policies and philosophies as the previous one. Taking the side of a misguided and atheist ACLU in a false interpretation to the separation of church and state stance. Do not be fooled by his smile, Obama is no Christian.)

If you sat there and read between the lines of the typical drivel, anti Bush delusions. You should have noted the not so suttel "this is what we will do, not what you want Obama" message that came across. Sure there were the platitudes of I support Obama. Yet what Hillary listed as what she ran for. It was not the same as what Obama ran his campaign on.

A key phrase was at the beginning , "Tonight we need to remember what a presidential election is really about. When the polls have closed, and the ads are finally off the air, it comes down to you -- the American people, your lives, and your children's futures."

This is the biggest anti Obama message sent. Anyone who has an open mind. To use the term of the left, "a progressive , enlightened mind". You will have noticed that in Obamas worlds it does not come down to you and your family but to his and his family.

Any criticism, any opposing view, is all racial, not important, always wrong and capitalistic.

Of coarse Sen. Hillary Clinton went on and on about her little meetings with certain individuals along her campaign trail. Many of the stories in the past proven to be exaggerations and made up. How these people gave her strength, etc etc.

The foreign policy mandate of Hillary ... "To restore America's standing in the world, to end the war in Iraq, bring our troops home and honor their service by caring for our veterans. And to join with our allies to confront our shared challenges, from poverty and genocide to terrorism and global warming."

This is not the same as Obamas vision. When Hillary says that she wants to work with our allies she means in a leadership capacity with a major supporting role by the allies. Obama , well he would rather take his inexperience and let our allies dictate to us how to do things. With the United States playing the supporting role. Turning our leadership role in the United Nations to one of secondary voting status. Barack supports the dismantling of the security council with the United States being the first to be striped of its founding member veto vote. Hillary wouldn't even go that far.

Immigration stance ... Hillary: "To make America once again a nation of immigrants and a nation of laws." Hillary may be an open boarder supporter but at least she wants to use the laws in a way to maintain some sort of rights to the sovereignty of this nation. Obama ... he would have us ignore the rule of law and remove all boarders to this country.

On the economic front Hillary said ... "To bring fiscal sanity back to Washington and make our government an instrument of the public good, not of private plunder."

Now that is a big difference to Barack Obama and his vision of the economy. As a matter of fact Obama in the same question about the economy can not come up with anything more then "we have to raise taxes. That the rich (of which he still can not define what the rich are) need to pay more."

Obama stands for unrestrained higher taxes and a punishment to those who strive to achieve a better way of life through hard work and self improvement. He would have a major redistribution of wealth. To reward those who either are to lazy, or to non motivated expecting a hand out to better their lives. A huge contrast to any sound economic policy.

"We need a President who understands that the genius of America has always depended on the strength and vitality of the middle class." said Hillary. Again she has a defined concept of who the middle class are. She respects the middle class and at least feigns support for them. Obama contrasts this by no defined middle class, no defined economic understanding, and an arrogant looking down his nose at the peons.

Hillary set the agenda, and mandate for the Obama campaign to carry on to the election. A far different agenda then the one Obama ran on.

She also sent a subtle message of remember who the Clinton's are. Do not get to big for your britches buddy. The crowds approval of Hillary was massive and heart felt. Not coerced, or strong armed.

In Hillary's speech all was subtle but strongly worded on how to act, what to do, and remember you are being watched. Not just by the democratic party, but by conservatives, and by those who know your associations with known criminals.

That is my take on Sen. Hillary Clinton's speech. Not all that warm, or fuzzy to Obama and his campaign. But stern and motherly.

Who watched the all of the speech's last night on the opening of the DNC convention?

2) What dreams are they referring to?

3) Just exactly what direction are they wanting to take this country in?

Hopes , dreams, change, the main theme for the democrats in this election. Butt, what is the truth behind this theme?

As I see it. The democrats and Obama are hoping to stifle all of the descending views to his anointment to President. By quashing and changing the rules of a democratic process, the outcome can be very predictable and fascist or dictator like. Seems Chicago has moved to a national level when operating a campaign.

The dream being eluded to is one of a socialist to communist agenda. One that would not look out for United States citizens , but remove our protected rights and freedoms provided by the Constitution.

If you do a little Google research you find that not only Obama but many of our so called leaders, including the RINO's in office support measures in the United Nations that run contrary to the Constitution and would make these Amendments to the Constitution mute and no longer enforceable. An outlawing of the second amendment, removal and addition of censorship to the first amendment, ( moves that in historical perspective are that of Stalin, Trotsky, Hitler, Mussolini, Mugabe (?), and other dictators through out the world). The loss of the fourth and fifth amendments? Come on now the United nations has for years been eating away at our sovereignty and Constitution. Now they have a real shot at usurping our government with the aid of our government.

Who's direction is this they want to go. What is the direction? Is it one that makes the united States truly the world leader, or the worlds banker by redistributing wealth made and earned on the backs of the blue collar backbone of this country. A direction that would essentially make Americans a second class, second world nation, with no power to protect ourselves. A direction of foreign policy that is condescending to itself and backs down to all other Nations.

Are these really the hopes , dreams, and the direction we want to go?

Once again the ever revisionist Ward Churchill shows his inability to answer simple questions about his beliefs and back them up with any facts what so ever.

The photage is on fox and all over the Internet. Yet asking any of Wards chickenlittle followers they claim a different and completely different story from the facts.

When confronted to answer any questions on his personal agenda and propaganda, Ward hid behind his brainwashed followers. Scampering away as fast as his little rat legs could move. Only stopping to speak to more brainwashed chickenlittles and assure them his lies were not lies. As if any person with common sense and a basic introductory knowledge of history and contemporary issues.

Wards so called supporters formed a wall of bodies and refused to allow any reporter who was not sympathetic or brainwashed themselves to come near Ward and ask even softball questions.

The chickenlittles used their bodies to press reporters away and keep them from asking questions. Though some of the left tried to answer any questions posed themselves it was rather ridiculous to listen to.

Once again Ward shows his disgraceful actions and leftist ways by running and hiding behind others. His refusal to stand and be counted as a man , something he claims to be. He discredits his own arguments. If he will not answer questions on his version of the spin he spews.

Ward was heard to cry that the police prevented protesters from expressing their opinion as should be in a free society. That America is only free to do what you are told when you are told to do it, in the manner you are told.

What Ward seems to forget is that this is not just his country. That it belongs to a lot more people who may have a descending opinion then his bias. Restrictions are in place not to hinder ones freedom of speech and their freedom of assembly, but to protect those who do not view the world in his colored eyes.

Ward likes to think that only he has the right to be a heard. He easily forgets that the restrictions also protect his rights to be WRONG, PLAGIARISE, and SPIN, DENY, and ALTER THE TRUTH.

So it was announced that Sen. Joe Biden will be the anointed ones VP candidate. This would seem to be not only a poor choice but a desperate one as well.

It should be no secrete that Joe Biden deemed Obama not ready yet to run for President. In Bidens own words Obama was lacking in experience for the job.

Biden is not the first one, nor the last one to point the obvious out to the American public. Yet in his own desperate measure to get himself into the White House. Joe seems to have set aside all his beliefs and talk from early in the campaign.

I will not blog on the easy facts here. Those that show that Obama has chosen another extreme liberal for his cabinet. I also won't sit here and state how Biden is nothing more then a lackey for the Obama campaign and if possible Biden will be thrown under the bus with anyone else Obama can push blame off onto to deflect his own lack of intelligence and experience.

What I will talk about is how the media sat around and hyped this event. Playing to Obama ego and keeping him on the spotlight for as long a s possible when there may be other news afoot.

Lots of local stories here in Denver. The pundits who are in town, the delegates and their parties. Wanna talk about what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. How about which strip joints are jammed packed full of delegates out on the town and away from their families.

Now I will not say it is a fact or that it is true but one of Denver's more upscale adult entertainment places seems to be a little busier then normal.

How about a look at how Denver is putting the squeeze on those of us who live here and making it difficult to park and get to and from work. I noticed today on Lincoln next to the Denver YMCA how the meter maids were issuing parking tickets to legally park vehicles. Why is this. There were no notices that the parking in this area would be restricted. The meters were not in operation as it was a Saturday, and they had not been closed off saying that parking would not be allowed. So why the tickets Denver?

Why is the MSM not covering the Colorado National Guard encampment on 17Th and Quebec? There are over 800 guard members housed there for the duration of the circus.

Then there is the puzzling question of why Alicia and Brad Gumm, of Gumm Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitso, were training protesters in Lincoln Park ? Is there a confrontation coming that we as citizens need to be a wear of? I thought that these protests were to be peaceful. Martial Arts training would not indicate this as it would tend to lean towards some sort of confrontational showdown with authorities. Was this class being held in public to try and intimidate law enforcement officers? If so it was pretty stupid drawing attention to themselves this way. Especially since the class was for the recreate 68 crowd. Hey guys I got news for you. No matter how much training you have martial arts takes a back seat to tasers, water cannons, a 12 gauge shotgun (even if it is only loaded with bean bags), and most definitely there is o defense against a swat team member on a rooftop with a sniper scope.

Denver is having to reorganise and plan the taste of Colorado. A popular event that brings thousands of locals to the downtown area each year. Now a mingle of thousands of others. It is a bad enough traffic and crowd problem as it is without the mix of protesters left over from the DNC.

Denver and the feds still have a lot of questions to be answered from our recent suicide of a Somali from Ottawa who may or may not have been mentally unstable. Who decide to use a pound of cyanide to kill himself.

I guess though it is more news worthy to have camera trucks parked around the clock outside of someones home in hopes of getting the scoop on what turned out to be a dude story of a foregone conclusion.

With the fact whether the law suit has bases or not Fox won't even run the fact it has been filed in federal court.

This just in from Hannity's blog (hat tip Rise Up) from here: Obama Sued in Philadelphia Federal Court on Grounds he is Constitutionally Ineligible for the Presidency


A prominent Philadelphia attorney and Hillary Clinton supporter filed suit this afternoon in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Illinois Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee. The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States.


Phillip Berg, the filing attorney, is a former gubernatorial and senatorial candidate, former chair of the Democratic Party in Montgomery (PA) County, former member of the Democratic State Committee, and former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania. According to Berg, he filed the suit--just days before the DNC is to hold its nominating convention in Denver--for the health of the Democratic Party.


"I filed this action at this time," Berg stated, "to avoid the obvious problems that will occur when the Republican Party raises these issues after Obama is nominated.".


Berg cited a number of unanswered questions regarding the Illinois senator's background, and in today's lawsuit maintained that Sen. Obama is not a naturalized U.S. citizen or that, if he ever was, he lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia. Berg also cites what he calls "dual loyalties" due to his citizenship and ties with Kenya and Indonesia.

Even if Sen. Obama can prove his U.S. citizenship, Berg stated, citing the senator's use of a birth certificate from the state of Hawaii verified as a forgery by three independent document forensic experts, the issue of "multi-citizenship with responsibilities owed to and allegiance to other countries" remains on the table.


In the lawsuit, Berg states that Sen. Obama was born in Kenya, and not in Hawaii as the senator maintains. Before giving birth, according to the lawsuit, Obama's mother traveled to Kenya with his father but was prevented from flying back to Hawaii because of the late stage of her pregnancy, "apparently a normal restriction to avoid births during a flight." As Sen. Obama's own paternal grandmother, half-brother and half-sister have also claimed, Berg maintains that Stanley Ann Dunham--Obama's mother--gave birth to little Barack in Kenya and subsequently flew to Hawaii to register the birth.

Berg cites inconsistent accounts of Sen. Obama's birth, including reports that he was born at two separate hospitals--Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital--in Honolulu, as well a profound lack of birthing records for Stanley Ann Dunham, though simple "registry of birth" records for Barack Obama are available in a Hawaiian public records office.


Should Sen. Obama truly have been born in Kenya, Berg writes, the laws on the books at the time of his birth hold that U.S. citizenship may only pass to a child born overseas to a U.S. citizen parent and non-citizen parent if the former was at least 19 years of age. Sen. Obama's mother was only 18 at the time. Therefore, because U.S. citizenship could not legally be passed on to him, Obama could not be registered as a "natural born" citizen and would therefore be ineligible to seek the presidency pursuant to Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution.

Moreover, even if Sen. Obama could have somehow been deemed "natural born," that citizenship was lost in or around 1967 when he and his mother took up residency in Indonesia, where Stanley Ann Dunham married Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen. Berg also states that he possesses copies of Sen. Obama's registration to Fransiskus Assisi School In Jakarta, Indonesia which clearly show that he was registered under the name "Barry Soetoro" and his citizenship listed as Indonesian.


The Hawaiian birth certificate, Berg says, is a forgery. In the suit, the attorney states that the birth certificate on record is a forgery, has been identified as such by three independent document forensic experts, and actually belonged to Maya Kasandra Soetoro, Sen. Obama's half-sister.

"Voters donated money, goods and services to elect a nominee and were defrauded by Sen. Obama's lies and obfuscations," Berg stated. "If the DNC officers ... had performed one ounce of due diligence we would not find ourselves in this emergency predicament, one week away from making a person the nominee who has lost their citizenship as a child and failed to even perform the basic steps of regaining citizenship as prescribed by constitutional laws."
