The Continual Flaunting of the Law
ENTRY WITHOUT INSPECTION IS A CRIME:
Pursuant to 8 U.S.C. 1325, crossing the border illegally is a crime–a misdemeanor for the first offense and a felony for the second and subsequent offenses.
SO what does our ever vigilant Sec. of Homeland Defense think of the law?
"because crossing the border is not a crime per se. It is civil. " or so interprets Janet "enforcing what law" Napolitano.
If you take the time to read the law you see that no where is it a civil offense but a criminal offense. A huge difference in punishment and enforcement. However the open border anti American sovereignty crowd wants to blur this line even further than it already is.
This is the ignorance we have in office and positions of authority and governance. Absolute incompetence, and complete disregard for the law of this country.
These people in power are the same ones who think that identity theft is a victimless crime as well. That is until they get their identity stolen then it is a capitol offense.
They do not agree with the law so now they do not want to enforce the laws. It is inconceivable that they would ever be allowed to hold office yet they do. So how does this effect this country? It is destroying this country that is what it is doing.
To bring some sort of order to the chaos that our socialist government is now creating. One must think like they do. If we do not agree that murder is a crime we should be allowed to commit murder anytime we feel like it, or rob a bank, steal a car etc. It fits their logic. If you do not agree then do not accept the law the way it is.
Janet Napolitano needs to be removed from office and have her treasonous feet held to the fire. Her policy enforcement and that of the Obama administration is a joke.
