Is it time that we the people consider putting the pressure on members Of Congress and the Senate to begin investigating grounds for impeachment of President Obama , along with members of the House and the Senate leadership?

What are the grounds for impeachment?

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution says, "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

According to Constitutional Lawyers,
"High Crimes and Misdemeanors" are (1) real criminality -- breaking a law; (2) abuses of power; (3) "violation of public trust" as defined by Alexander Hamilton in the Federalist Papers.


Exceeding the constitutional bounds of the powers of the office.

Behavior grossly incompatible with the proper function and purpose of the office.

Employing the power of the office for an improper purpose or for personal gain.

So far we have no real evidence of criminality or bribery. Despite the obvious on this health care arm twisting and back room promises we really cannot say ion a court of law yet that President Obama has violated the law. I am sure that after the 2010 election and removal of so many liberal leftists we will see the evidence come forth in the job placement of these abusers of power.

Has the Presidents behavior been incompatible with the standards of office? In many ways yes. An excessive party lifestyle and jet setting across the globe on non official jaunts to Europe, the Middle East and soon the Orient. An abusive use of Air Force Once to chauffeur his family on vacation at the tax payers expense is just a minor abuse. The alienation of long time friends and allies to this country are more in line with inappropriate behavior. Although his personal attitude when it comes to members of the opposing party and those who dissent with his ideology fits the bill.

The using of his office for improper gain is very reasonable and definitely needs to be looked into. Certain dealings in real estate, marketing of certain industries in which he like Al Gore have a personal financial stake in.

The lack of concern over those who are trying to kill us, subjugate the Southwest under another nations flag, and the support for international thugs all speak highly of a lack of character on Obama's part. This country was warned about this before the election but refused to believe.

Members of the House need to be looked at as well.

Nancy Pelosi and the clear abuse of her privileges on a personal jet paid for and provided by the American taxpayer so that she can jet to and from California is one of her abuses. As the health entitlement debacle moves forward more and more crimes I am sure will come to light. The subversive end run on the Constitution, and the arm twisting and bribery to get votes.

Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, Charlie Rangle, the ethics committee members who refused to look into their violations of ethics, morals, and rules while in office.

Senator harry Reid , his conduct, real estate dealings, and backroom meetings are demanding investigation as well.

The sure incompetence of the cabinet, the illegal Czars and hidden payroll, along with just what is their agenda. These need to be looked into and investigated. All of this leads back to President Obama.

There should be no doubt or argument as to an investigation and preliminary hearings on impeachment.

Will this happen? Doubtful as we are oppressed with a leftist government hell bent on destroying this country at all costs. Especially at the cost of the Constitution.
