Another Obama Mistake
It has turned out to be a mistake of major order every day. That is when you look at the long term and or big picture. Is there not a move that the Obama Presidency and administration will ever take credit for or not make an excuse for? I don't think so.
When someone stands up and does the right thing. For instance the Navy following part of their mission statement. To protect American vesels on the high seas. Obama tries to take credit for it, all the while behind the scenes he was doing all he could to thwart the Navies effort. Do not forget he delayed the rescue operation by three days.
Now President Obama said Tuesday: "It was a mistake, as was stated ... and it will not happen again."
I am shocked that he did not try to blame this on former President Bush. However I did here some where that the left conspirocy and morons have tried to blame President Bush.
Here are a few more mistakes this man and his bumblers have done since taking office:
"Obama criticized pork barrel spending in the form of 'earmarks,' urging changes in the way that Congress adopts the spending proposals. Then he signed a spending bill that contains nearly 9,000 of them, some that members of his own staff shoved in last year when they were still members of Congress. 'Let there be no doubt, this piece of legislation must mark an end to the old way of doing business, and the beginning of a new era of responsibility and accountability,' Obama said." -- McClatchy, 3/11
This year's budget deficit: $1.5 trillion.
Obama taps Nancy Killefer for a new administration job, First Chief Performance Officer -- to police government spending. But it surfaces that Killefer had performance issues of her own -- a tax lien was slapped on her DC home in 2005 for failure to pay unemployment compensation tax on household help. She withdrew.
"For months, the Obama administration and members of Congress have known that insurance giant AIG was getting ready to pay huge bonuses while living off government bailouts. It wasn't until the money was flowing and news was trickling out to the public that official Washington rose up in anger and vowed to yank the money back." -- Associated Press, 3/18
Nixes a "buy American" provision in the stimulus bill. (now businesses are closeing up shop and moving overseas, leaving thousands unemployed)
The release of classified documents from the C.I.A., all in pursuit of political witch hunting by the Democratic party.
The placement of Giethner, Napolitano, Salazar, Clinton, just to name a few into positions of responsibility and power over this country.
